Greetings Comrade!
We have seen letters. We agree on the idea of an International Communist Congress, and will attend assist in preparations for it in 1951. It has also been suggested by General Secretary Stalin that we hold this Congress yearly, or at least at regular intervals. Whether future meetings will in Marseilles or rotates to other cities in our allied nations can be discussed at a later time.

A conference on the growing tensions in Korea would be preferred, and Tokyo would be a good place for the meeting. However, the USSR cannot negotiate in good faith with other nations who allowed remnants of the Third Reich to exist. Despite the millions of lives lost, mainly on our side, and our close proximity to victory, it was decided that the war would end. A compromise in Korea can be made, but only if we further discuss the Third Reich. For this, we suggest a United Nations meeting.
Signed,
Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet Nikolay Shvernik of the USSR

Dear comrade,
Since we are 2 communist countries touching each other, we would like to seal an alliance between our 2 countries. It would be, for now, economical, and it may include a defensive military pact.
These would be the terms I propose :
- No more taxes for French products to go in Spain
- No more taxes for Spanish products imported in France
- Easier travel for Spanish and French citizens in both countries (like EU IRL)
- If one of us gets attacked, the other will intervene with at least 50% of it's military.
- If one of us attacks another country, the other isn't forced to intervene at all.
- We aren't allowed to attack each other, or this pact is immediately broken and the attacker will be ashamed forever.
This would boost both of our economies, and protect both of us in case another country attacks.

Fair greetings to you, fellow Comrade of the Revolution.
We have also been attacked by such radicals and terrorists upon our own land in Okinawa, while your own forces have managed to break apart the counter-revolutionaries that had threatened to indoctrinate the natives with their poisonous ways - I am sad to say, that Mongolia had fallen to such elements.
We have been in contact with our fellow Comrades on Taiwan - as we had recovered some equipment, that had belonged to these 'foreign agents'. While most of them had been old, Imperial Era equipment - back when the Imperial Bourgeoisie held power and dominance - some of them weren't of our own make. We had suspected either the Americans or the nationalist Chinese to be responsible behind these unwarranted attacks - due to the fact, that both have agents close by to our territories.
After being in discussion, with Comrade Mao - we believe that it is highly likely that nationalist China and Cheng Kai-Shek to be behind these unwarranted acts of hostility. As China at the moment, is in close proximity to all of our territory. Not to mention, they have the means and are likely afraid of our growing unity and solidarity. It is no mistake that the General is both a dictator and has a cult of obedience around him - as such, it is likely he approved of these acts. In favor of dividing our attention away.
I offer to reply tit-for-tat against these agitators - while Mao and his people had been forced to flee; there are many of his followers in the more rural parts of China.
Signed, Grand Secretary of the Communist Party of Japan, Marasuka Okubo.
Keep the Revolution alive, Comrade.

I think that an agreement can be reached on the matter of the Third Reich, but understand that as one of our sole allies on the European continent we are reluctant to abandon them so easily. They are not the same regime which five years ago stamped its boot on the face of all western civilization, and their current leaders are making efforts towards liberalization. We shall touch further on this, us and the representatives of all nations involved, at the upcoming meeting of the United Nations Security Council in New York. We can fight and bicker amongst ourselves all day but in the end I think atomic warfare is something neither of our governments want.

It was a great moment in North Korea as the PRA had come to meet with their counterparts in the first ever Asian Cooperation and Support Games.
As a gesture of good will and faith, the delegates from Japan had brought along a special gift. Namely the Chrysanthemum Throne itself, that had been removed from the Imperial Palace - now the People's Assembly.
Namely, a symbol of oppression - now it would be the first target to be demolished as a show of solidarity and cooperation between the two former enemies.

We would be more than happy to accept your invitation. As a former Imperial state and one liberated by the Revolution only five years ago we would be more than happy to take part in this International gathering of Socialist and Communist states.
We have also noticed the build-up of capitalist forces near the Korean Peninsula. Rest assured the People's Revolutionary Army will be on standby to assist our Comrades in Korea. A direct confrontation in Portugal would be inadvisable. For the same reasons we gave to communist Korea, acting too bluntly would escalate tensions. We suggest bringing this up at the Communist Congress, where all of our fellow communists can discuss the issue. For now, we can only suggest influencing the politicians to accept our ideology.

MGB Agents, along with Foreign Minister Andrey Vyshinsky walked into the Kremlin, delivering urgent news to Stalin regarding recent events, especially in the Far East. Stalin had been preoccupied with the Eastern Bloc, which he admittedly began to ignore following the escalating tensions in Korea. Sending troops to the Soviet aligned states would not be a good move now, mainly because of Korea but also because of the upcoming meeting in the UN, which Stalin suggested in order to see how much the West really wanted to keep the Third Reich, despite the Red Army dissembling the Wehrmacht and were only just about a year away from total victory. There was not too much to do now before the meeting in New York, or that's what Stalin believed was the case before he was greeted by his Foreign Minister. He looked up from his desk and asked what was going on.
"General Secretary, our various intelligence agencies and contacts in Mongolia have informed us that a coup has taken place."
Stalin immediately stood up, shocked. "What's the details?"
"We're not sure yet, however we do know that Chinese officials have moved in."
"Those damn capitalists! How are we supposed to negotiate on Korea and Germany if they pull these stunts behind our backs? Sending in troops at this point would only further lower our relations, which haven't been high to begin with." Stalin rubbed his forehead in frustration, leaving Vyshinsky and the MGB agents fearful of what he would do next. Stalin was the same man who purged his own military of competent leaders right before the German invasion. If you got on Stalin's bad side in the morning, you would get executed before lunch. He truly was a menacing man, and his actions might change the world.
"...And one more thing-"
"Spit it out, Vyshinsky!"
The Foreign Minister took a deep breath and announced the most important thing he wanted to say. "We have reason to believe the Chinese have detonated a nuclear weapon."
Stalin simply stood there frozen, and his facial expression unchanged. He began making a bizarre laugh, and shook his head as he went into his room for 10 minutes. He came out and said, "Handle the various events. And bring me the top science researchers and engineers we have."
Vyshinsky was confused at Stalin's request. "General Secretary?"
"I want to send a shuttle to space." He walked out, and the MGB officials returned to their duties.
Outside the Kremlin, the Soviet Union was holding a patriotic ceremony to get the citizens focused on the space race as opposed to the threats facing them today.
Stalin gave a speech to the crowd, who knew that there would soon be a larger parade. "Greetings Comrades! The Capitalist West has gone too far in their endeavors. We will attend a United Nations Security Council meeting in New York City, but never forget their crimes against us! Despite the brutal war we fought against the Nazis, they agreed to a premature peace treaty, effectively negating all our progress and justice for our fallen workers!"
The crowd was as angry as Stalin, which was made even worse as troops carried portraits of the dead soldiers and burned the flags of the western nations. "Despite this, we can still obtain something great. It is my intention to initiate missions to send our rockets into space!"
The reaction, as Stalin expected, was divided. While there were no shouts against him, a large part of the crowd remained silent. He knew such an announcement would be seen as crazy, but so was the development of weapons that could destroy entire cities. The ceremony went on for hours more as Stalin thought deeply about his future actions. To: Pt.Jawaharlal Nehru
