Sewer Mutant Doll: Dolls that can spew acid, allowing Herbert to break into safe and buildings easily.

Terror Soaker: The only piece of toy memorabilia Dollman has that isn't doll related. It is a modified Super Soaker that allows him to fire various harmful chemicals up to 100ft at opponents.

Bio: Herbert Percival Westbrook was born in London, England. His family was broken from a early age when his father left his mother shortly after birth. Herbert's mother, Charlene, coddled Herbert throughout most of his childhood and encouraged him to express himself in any way possible. Herbert, who was a soft spoken, nervous child, was often bullied by the neighborhood children for his timidness. As a result of this bullying, Herbert had no friends and spent much of his time alone in his room, talking with his toys. When Herbert was 10, his mom bought him a doll called" Little Ann", due to a recommendation from a friend at work. Herbert immediately fell in love with this doll and often spent hours at a time talking with it and playing with it as if it were his only friend.
When Herbert was 15, he began to manifest a genius intellect that was above that of an average boy his age. By the time he was 17, he managed to graduate High School early and immediately went to college to study engineering. But, unknown to even his own mother, Herbert started to collect more dolls to make up for his loneliness and,in his head, as he talked to his dolls, they responded back. After college, Herbert got a job at Wittlebone Electronics, a company that wanted to make robots. During this time, Herbert met and fell in love with a woman who worked in accounting and, to his surprise, she had the same feelings for him. No longer needing his doll collection, Herbert sold most of them but kept his childhood doll Little Ann. Two years later, he married the woman and had a child a year later. This child, whose name was Linda, was Herbert's pride and joy and he spoiled her immensely. When Linda was five, she and her mother went on a field trip. Unfortunately, a tragic accident happened when the bus taking them to their location crashed, killing everyone on board, including Linda and her Mother. When Herbert heard this tragic news, he took a few days off work and stayed in his house. He refused to talk to anyone during his vacation, but neighbors reported hearing loud sobbing and crying coming from the house.
When Herbert came back to work, he was a completely different man. Herbert completely refused to talk to anyone in his workplace, including his boss. He was also seen by some of his co-workers at various antique stores all over the city buying dolls. It turned out that Herbert was redoing his doll collection under the pretenses that they were his only friends left. He would spend long hours of the night talking to his dolls, including one that happened to resemble his daughter. One day, Wittlebone announced they were building prototype androids and placed Herbert in the project along with half of his department. Herbert proved to be quite adept at building these robots and managed to build a prototype within 6 months of being placed on the project. After the prototype was built, Herbert suddenly had a idea. He would build a robotic copy of his daughter and continue where he left off before she died. He then started to secretly swipe parts from the lab and started to build his robotic daughter, going as far as making a plastic shell to stand in for her skin and placing a blond wig on her head. Unfortunately, before he could activate his daughter, Herbert's boss came in and confronted him about stealing parts to make his daughter. Then, before Herbert's eyes, his boss startled to dismantle the robot and, in Herbert's head, the robot was screaming in pain and calling for help in Linda's voice. Herbert then snapped and bashed his boss' skull in with a wrench. Herbert then disappeared into the night, letting out a insane laugh that echoed through the streets. Herbert hasn't been seen since this incident. Recently however, a mysterious individual calling himself the Dollman has surfaced in the Criminal Underworld. This mysterious individual, who uses modified dolls for his crimes, is actually Howard committing crimes in order to raise funds in order to revive his daughter.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Kinetic Shield: Johan generates a shield around him that protects him from incoming kinetic forces. The strength of this shield is proportional to his current velocity, allowing him to crash into things unharmed, and stopping most small arms fire at maximum speed.
• Collision: Johan can use his kinetic shield upon contact with an object to increase his force of impact. The strength of this is proportional to his current velocity, increasing it ten-fold at his maximum speed.
Drawbacks & Limitations:
• Unidirectional: Johan can only accelerate in a straight line, he cannot reduce his speed instantly, and if he were to change directions while moving at high speeds, he will still maintain the momentum in the previous direction.

Bio: Born the eldest of four children to an old and wealthy industrialist Afrikaner family, Johan went through a relatively normal if high class upbringing. He started showing ambition from an early age, exceeding both academically and at playing rugby, all while being groomed to one day take over the family’s businesses.
At the age of 15 he discovered his powers while speed training, seemingly becoming the first person in the Veermak family to demonstrate metahuman traits. Over the following years he was encouraged by his parents to keep his abilities a secret, while continuing to train them at their family’s estate, in a bid to avoid both social stigma and the watchful eye of Argus and the South African government.
After graduating high school he entered the University of Cape Town to study business and continued playing rugby for the college. Months later during the finals of the Varsity Cup, while his team was losing by a couple of points and only with a few seconds left, he saw the chance to use his powers to accelerate his body and rush past the defenders. Not being one to like losing, he went ahead and managed to score, seemingly winning the game. However, Johan was much less subtle than he thought, his ability usage was noted and his team disqualified, not only that but shortly after he was suspended for cheating and the authorities notified of his powers.
With his secret out of the closet, he enrolled at the William J. Nantz institution at the behest of his parents, in order to get sanctioned as a hero and be allowed somewhat of a free reign on his abilities. Mass Generation: Mr. Big has a finite pocket dimension of mass that he can tap into, letting him increase his size and strength. The amount of mass in his pocket dimension is approximately equivalent to fill and aircraft hanger, when he uses the mass it is gone from that dimension but is replenished daily. Not only can he increase his size and strength but the mass gives him a pseudo-healing factor, but this healing is only on big wounds that he has taken such as limb loss. He can use all of the mass to grow to the size of a building, but when he does this he can only sustain it for a limited time of 1 hour and when the hour is up he is back in his regular form tired and without any powers.
Mr. Big is able to passively keep himself 7 feet and 7 inches tall and his width is about 4 feet. Due to him always having at least some more mass than a regular human he is stronger and more durable than the average human, he is able to lift 51 tons. Depending on how much mass he has being used, he can take heavier and heavier hits. In his standard base 7 foot and 7 inches state he can take small hits with little to no noticeable affect, this includes bullets and stab and slash wounds from small blades. He is also able to take hits from physically enhanced meta humans with ease as long as they aren't too strong.
Power Granting: Mr. Big is also able to grant powers to non-meta humans. These powers are based on their personality and experiences they had in their lives. The powers last only one hour when he first gives them to people but progressively gets longer the more times he gifts them powers. When giving powers to the same person the powers are always the same but stay at the same power level. He gives powers by accessing his pocket dimension because despite what Mr. Big thinks, his pocket dimension is actually what grants powers to others and himself. Due to the fact that he is always in contact with himself he always has his powers of Mass generation and he taps into it to increase his own powers abilities.
Drawbacks & Limitations: He has to touch people to gift powers and he can't get bigger than the mass in his dimension.
Weaknesses: None stand out,though he does lack proper ranged attacks.
Equipment and weapons: A fancy pimp cane, serviceable as a weapon in a pinch. Occasionally carries specially made firearms designed to accommodate his size.BACKGROUND

Personality: Likes to be in charge, likes money, likes good smooth deals, hates fat jokes and he holds a grudge. He was short-tempered in his youth, but he's gotten better at controlling his anger.
Bio:
Mr. Big, before he went by the name, first discovered his powers at the young age of 15. He wasn't able to control his mass build-up, and believed that he was simply obese. He was harassed or judged due to his size and Walter developed a loathing for anyone who called him fat, even once. By the time he was 17, he received his first beating, courtesy of a few members of a local lowlife gang that had decided to rob a convenience store. The Cape Hangars, as the group was called, were notoriously anti-meta, and their targeted store just so happened to be run by a metahuman. Walter had gotten in their way. However, no matter how hard they struck, he felt no pain. This inspired the seemingly-overweight 17 year old to retaliate with extreme force and strength, enough to shatter bone. Walter was unable to properly control his strength or rage he felt to them and ended up brutally killing one of the Cape Hangars by collapsing his skull. The group had suspected him of being a metahuman, and this incident confirmed as much. What was a simple brawl began to devolve into a shoot-out. It proved to be too much for Walter to handle, and while he escaped with his life, the store's owner did not. Walter grew a thirst for revenge against the gang, but decided he should learn how to fight, build a force to back himself up, and gain control of his powers.
He started with boxing lessons at the local gym, and the fighting style fit him well due to his strength and surprising speed despite his size. He started to gain finer control of his powers, to make himself taller as well as wider so his appearance became somewhat less comical. When assembling his crew, he gathered a few local people that were fed up with the Cape Hangars as well his best friend; Emma Beltran. After the fateful incident when his powers had first appeared, he'd told her about it before anyone else. The two were odd, yet close friends due to Emma being an extreme introvert and Walter being a social outcast. Weirdos really do stick together. She was the first person that Walter granted powers to, giving her the power to create space-warping portals. After seeing that it was a success, Walter began to give metahuman abilities to the rest of his assembled crew, so that they could hit the gang hard despite their smaller numbers. Emma teleported them all in, and Walter started the fight. The battle turned into a one-sided massacre in the metahumans' favour, but eventually the Cape Hangar's boss got wind of the commotion, and entered the fray armed with stolen Tinkerer-built weaponry. The boss was a big man, but Walter could get bigger. He bulked up until he was eight feet tall, and murdered the Cape Hangar's boss in cold blood.
Walter then took charge of the gang, recruiting the Cape Hangars that surrendered. With more manpower under his thumb, Walter could rise out of the shitty parts of town, and come closer to what he considered his ultimate goal- stopping the prejudice against meta humans. He earned the nickname Mr. Big due to his growing in size in the final fight as well as his ambition, and rather than feeling hatred of the new nickname, Walter claimed it as his alias. Mr. Big knew that to be a successful crime lord, it would help to have a legitimate business at the forefront so that he could retain some amount of respect. He made himself the owner of a private military corporation that utilized metahuman soldiers- a loophole to work around the St. Petersburg Accords. Anyone could join, due to Mr. Big granting powers. Through the years he gained many lieutenants, each in charge of their own squad. Behind the scenes of his private military, he runs a power dealership. Similar to a drug dealing operation, but doling out temporary superpowers rather than illegal substances.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

But, unknown to even his own mother, Herbert started to collect more dolls to make up for his loneliness and,in his head, as he talked to his dolls, they responded back. After college, Herbert got a job at Wittlebone Electronics, a company that wanted to make robots. During this time, Herbert met and fell in love with a woman who worked in accounting and, to his surprise, she had the same feelings for him. No longer needing his doll collection, Herbert sold most of them but kept his childhood doll Little Ann. Two years later, he married the woman and had a child a year later. This child, whose name was Linda, was Herbert's pride and joy and he spoiled her immensely. When Linda was five, she and her mother went on a field trip. Unfortunately, a tragic accident happened when the bus taking them to their location crashed, killing everyone on board, including Linda and her Mother. When Herbert heard this tragic news, he took a few days off work and stayed in his house. He refused to talk to anyone during his vacation, but neighbors reported hearing loud sobbing and crying coming from the house.
When Herbert came back to work, he was a completely different man. Herbert completely refused to talk to anyone in his workplace, including his boss. He was also seen by some of his co-workers at various antique stores all over the city buying dolls. It turned out that Herbert was redoing his doll collection under the pretenses that they were his only friends left. He would spend long hours of the night talking to his dolls, including one that happened to resemble his daughter. One day, Wittlebone announced they were building prototype androids and placed Herbert in the project along with half of his department. Herbert proved to be quite adept at building these robots and managed to build a prototype within 6 months of being placed on the project. After the prototype was built, Herbert suddenly had a idea. He would build a robotic copy of his daughter and continue where he left off before she died. He then started to secretly swipe parts from the lab and started to build his robotic daughter, going as far as making a plastic shell to stand in for her skin and placing a blond wig on her head. Unfortunately, before he could activate his daughter, Herbert's boss came in and confronted him about stealing parts to make his daughter. Then, before Herbert's eyes, his boss startled to dismantle the robot and, in Herbert's head, the robot was screaming in pain and calling for help in Linda's voice. Herbert then snapped and bashed his boss' skull in with a wrench. Herbert then disappeared into the night, letting out a insane laugh that echoed through the streets. Herbert hasn't been seen since this incident. Recently however, a mysterious individual calling himself the Dollman has surfaced in the Criminal Underworld. This mysterious individual, who uses modified dolls for his crimes, is actually Howard committing crimes in order to raise funds in order to revive his daughter.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Filth Manipulation
Angel can create, manipulate, shape, transform, etc. any matter that is rotten or filthy (grime, dirtiness, stains, grunge, etc.) and has control over dead and decomposed matter; the user can also control moldy and mildewed matter, spoiled, rancid food, fetid water, polluted air, urine, vomit and feces.
She can induce rot at will upon physical contact. Angel
can also induce such foul conditions that makes water filled with bacteria and unsafe, making air (including breath) stifling and smelly, inducing rot and putrefaction in organic matter or even inducing bacterial infection on open wounds.
Mold Manipulation
Angel can create, shape and manipulate mold, a large and taxonomically diverse number of fungal species where the growth of hyphae results in discoloration and a fuzzy appearance, especially on food. She can cause fungi to grow, move/attack or even rise from the soil and "walk", mutate fungi by rearranging DNA structure, etc.
Weakness: Her mold and filth is extremely vulnerable to fire, as well as herself, developing a deep fear for flames.
- Angel can only make things rot and decay upon physical contact. She has to actually touch someone in order to enduce rottness into her victims.
- She can only create mold and filth at a fast pace within a five foot distance. Any further, the creation of filth and mold will be extremely slow
- Angel can only control no more than five mold creatures at a time.

- Maximize, Minimize: Karina has inherent knowledge of how to combine maximum effectiveness with minimal energy expenditure in almost every activity. She can do something extremely well, and spend very little energy doing it. This can apply to both mental and physical activities, within certain limits. This combination can make her seem much stronger, faster, and smarter than her true limits.
- Reaction Time: Karina's reaction time is several magnitudes above that of a regular human. This has come from both physical conditioning and the development of her powers as she has grown up.
- Peak Physical Condition: Karina's physical condition has been trained to peak human levels, being just as strong and as fast as many Olympic athletes. While this power is not inherent, her Min/Max capabilities allow her to relentlessly train her body for several hours longer than regular humans without having to stop from fatigue. This enables her to often dedicate entire days, from 9am to 5pm, towards physical training, before her muscles are completely spent.
- Riverwalking: A note: this isn't a power, I just don't know where else to put it. Karina, along with several hired martial arts experts, developed her own fighting form. Known as Riverwalking, the fighting form relies on weapon-based combat and - just as her powers - combines maximum lethality with minimal expenditure of energy. Riverwalking is based around extremely relaxed, but defensive, posture. Its core tenets enable the user to circle and maneuver around an opponents attack as they tire themselves out, then making one or two final blows to end the fight. It emphasizes counter-strikes, feints, and generally deceptive tactics in order to achieve victory.
- Well Funded: As explained in her biography, Karina is the heir apparent to a successful corporation. This means she receives ample monetary compensation for her tasks.
Drawbacks & Limitations:
- Physical Limits: Despite her prowess, Karina's strength and speed are not augmented in any way by powers. This means that eventually raw strength or fatigue will win out.
- Lack of Real Intellect: Karina is smart, that much is true, but she's no genius. Once again, her powers can only carry her so far before she needs to truly expend energy.
- Caloric Intake: Karina's metabolism is almost too fast for her own good. She needs an extreme amount of food to maintain the proper weight and health.
Weaknesses: While Karina doesn't necessarily have a kryptonite, she is vulnerable to most everything a human is vulnerable to. Her bones can be broken, she can be shot, she can be stabbed, bleed out, and so on and so forth. Since she doesn't have a healing factor, or a team to accompany her, she relies on medical knowledge to keep herself upright. This means that after a particularly difficult fight, she may need to take several days to return back to base and heal before continuing her mission.
Equipment and Weapons:
- Metal Bo Staff: Standing at 5'8", only an inch shorter than Karina is, this Bo Staff is most assuredly more than meets the eye. By adjusting a few settings, Karina can convert the weapon into a glaive, a javelin, or divide it into two shortswords. Not to mention, the weapon can be configured to conduct electricity through the metallic parts. This is made safe by a snap-on, snap-off, rubber grip to enable wielding without shocking herself.
- Diavolos: A revolver custom made for Karina by her benefactors within their corporation, Diavolos is - by all rights - a magical artifact. However, it seems to be relatively new. The gun, by design, does not fire conventional bullets. Instead, it fires linear bolts of concentrated sub-atomic particles that are vibrating at extreme rates. The front mass of particles vibrates forwards and backwards, allowing the gun to penetrate through tougher armor. The middle and back mass of particles vibrate in random patterns, generating extreme heat and internal damage within a target. Karina keeps this weapon on a holster on her thigh with the barrel exposed. The holster can be set to rotate freely, allowing Karina to fire the weapon with decent accuracy without pulling it from the holster.

Personality: While not a jovial or friendly person, Karina is very relaxed and laid-back about a great many things. She is goal-oriented, wickedly smart, and difficult to analyze emotionally. However, she adopts a casual attitude and tends to seem either overconfident or apathetic about any tasks she currently has at hand. Despite the fact that she would be considered a "villain" by conventional standards, Karina has a strong moral and ethical compass. She doesn't like to cause excess collateral damage or trauma, and will avoid gaudy displays of power or combat prowess when necessary. When around friends, she can tend to loosen up a tad. However, she doesn't necessarily relish social interaction or crave it. She is simply comfortable in most situations. This makes her an incredibly valuable asset both in the field and behind the scenes, as she can naturally insert herself into almost any situation with very little issue. Since heroes operate within the law, she considers them her conditional enemy. However, she is hardly opposed to making temporary alliances for the benefit of both parties. Even still, she prefers to avoid direct contact with professional heroes. She actively avoids targeting hero groups, and doesn't have the same vengeful complex against heroes that most villains do.
Bio: Karina, for the most part, has been aware of her powers since birth. Born to two metahuman parents who had used their combined powers of enhanced cognition and mastery of economics to build a corporate juggernaut that spanned the world, she was designated at birth to be the heir apparent of this corporation, known as Antem Pharmaceuticals. The corporation started as a relatively innocent company, but slowly evolved into a globe-spanning vendor of unnatural performance enhancing drugs. These performance enhancers, however, are not the typical adrenaline and steroids that are marketed by other companie. Antem Pharmaceuticals sells pharmaceuticals augmented by metahuman stem-cells. Cramming for a test and need to take in a massive amount of information in only a few hours, Antem has the pill for that. About to go into an MMA fight and want to put your opponent down for good? There's an Antem injection that will set you right up. As the drugs tread closer to illegality, and started getting banned in most professional sporting and academic circles, Antem Pharmaceuticals slowly morphed into a criminal enterprise. Black markets and illicit online stores are now saturated with the relatively cheap, yet horribly addictive, Antem pharmaceutical products.
As mentioned, Karina grew up in the transition era of Antem Pharmaceuticals. She slowly watched her parents transform from honest entrepreneurs to criminal masterminds. While there were still parts of Antem Pharmaceuticals that were legal, Karina was most fascinated by the illegal portion. At the young age of eight, she was exposed to both the benefits and the ramifications of this criminal enterprise. She was showered in unbelievable wealth, but was sheltered away from making many friends outside of the children of other crime lords. Around this time was when her powers also began to manifest, and her parents took full advantage of this. She was relentlessly trained and developed by the best combatants and scholars that money could buy. By the time she was 16, she was fully prepared to take on a portion of the family business. She was given control of the local distribution network, and essentially ordered to maintain it without any outside help from her parents. This turned out to be essential in her development and transition into adult life, as she had to rebuild and maintain her network of contacts and efficiently run a pseudo-legal business without catching the ire of both the police and international lawmakers.
By the time she was 20, Karina was given a much more important job. Her parents, realizing their own mortality and vulnerability to both legal punitive measures and the natural competition of the criminal underground, named Karina their heir. She was given the role of head of enforcement among Antem Pharmaceuticals, as her full combat prowess had begun to take form around this age. She had already developed and subsequently mastered Riverwalking, and was well on her way to becoming a bonafide criminal metahuman.
Since then, she has been acting generally of her own accord. Handling enforcement of a global crime syndicate naturally led to her having a lot on her plate, even without the added tasks given to her by her parents.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
