4. Do France have the same national anthem as IRL?

According to Benuty's application, the Fifth Republic collapsed around 2035 with the Sixth Republic emerging either the same year or a year later, plus the Sixth Republic retreated from Gallian-held territory after the Gallian War of Independence (aka War of Gallic Succession, Gallian War of Liberation and possibly First Franco-Gallian War) ended in 2044.
