Just wanted to put some things out:

1: It makes it easier on me if you include date, place, time, and character at the top of your post

2: I think third-person is better just from a reading perspective, since we switch characters easier. You don't have to edit the posts that you've made in the past to comply, I'll fix it in the dispatch. But just in the future. Thanks everyone!
