My reserved post is done.

Because Nea posted before I could get my post up, the dates are a bit skewed, but I have expanded the current political state of kingdom quite a bit ( as well as some more background on the military ).

Keep in mind, who ever posts next will likely start the next page.

I take it Israel will be informing the Secretary of State of planned operations in Argentina, Reverend Norv? Do you want my next post to include an introduction between Shimon Peres and David K. E. Bruce and let you have a monologue in that post, or had you planned the meeting differently?

That's the idea. Feel free to do post about Bruce welcoming Peres, introducing himself, etc., and then my next post in response will be Peres' own introduction and then his explanation of Israel's plan.

Enemies?: Japan

Nation's history: It's October of 1943 and armies of Japanese and Thai troops flood the border like the monsoon season which had just ended. The British began to stall the offensive around the Bengal area. The front had become static by the January of 1944. Meanwhile some Soviet Communists had decided to shelter in the north in case of the fall of the USSR as a whole. These people began to rally support around the communist party. On February 11, the Midnight Rising saw the assassination of all major right wing leaders in India including Chandra Bose. Leaderless the Fascist Parties agreed to ally with the Socialists to overthrow the British and sort out their differences later.

During this time the 2 ideologies mixed to create a sort of version of socialism known as Indo-Socialism. By June the 2 groups split up again, with the Fascist leaving to the axis state in the east. The Communist party was able to gain the support of key leaders like Ghandi, which helped bring in massive amounts of supporters. The young politician Mohit Banjeri would rise to the top of the party, he was a passionate speaker and the founder and creator of the Indo-Socialist Ideology. He advocated a total break with the UK as soon as possible. When the British forces heard of the fall of London and the Germans dropping nukes, they lost hope.

In February of 1945 the Communist Party was given power. Immediately putting in top officials they began to reorganize the country as quickly as possible so as to be able to mount a defense against the Japanese. In March of 1945 general Mohan Singh, a general who converted to the Communist Ideology, was given full reign over the northern part of the front. He decifered a weak link in the Axis front along the ganges River. He built a fleet of rafts and put his supplies on them, whilst begining to move his army up the river and then outflanking the Japanese forces on the north bank of the river. This soon lead to a collapse of the Japanese front on the north.

Mohan Singh then ordered a full assault south against Kolkata. The siege of Kolkata would be nicknamed the Meat Grinder by the Indian forces. Civilians and Soldiers alike would be gunned down in massive amounts for a total 2 year siege that destroyed the city. In the end on the morning of April 2nd, 1947 the final japanese troops committed a mass suicide. Mohan Singh new that a conquest of Bengal with the current circumstances would lead to the death of millions of Indians. He agreed to a ceasefire with the Republic of India, but made sure the navy placed the nation under a blockade so as to strangle its research and resource capabilities.

With the war put aside the Nation was developed and the population was put to work modernizing the country. thousands of miles of rails were built in just a few years, connecting the country. By 1950 the country was dotted with airports. The Indo-Socialist movement advocated a state controlled competition with two or more state companies duking it out over customers, prices were regulated but it made sure that products and skill were still rewarded. In 1950 the Caste Removal Act, legally removed the caste system and removed gender inequality. The cities were modernized with asphalt roads and electricity by 1952. In 1949 the Indian government passed the National Armament Act, creating several armament and aerospace companies. They first used copied soviet and british models but all of the companies have decided to begin their own production lines to provide a more Indianized set of arms and vehicles. In 1950 the government created Focus Cities, where foreign companies were allowed to operate and laws were more lax. These cities include Old Delhi, Mumbai, Karachi, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Visakhpatnam, Pondicherry, and Colombo.

Many Cities became known for certain things, for example Pondicherry became the Comic Capital of India with many Comic and Publishing companies locating their headquarters in Pondicherry. Old Delhi became the banking capital of India and Mumbai became the Tech and Shipping Capital of India. Meanwhile by 1947 the education reforms had been made which no longer glorified the British empire but instead the Indians and their history. It also prioritized connections between famous Indians like Chandragupta and Ashoka and connected them to the actions of the communist party. This helped create a new brand of Fanatical Indians.

Heh, I don't think there's any timeline where the answer to that question is no. I'll happily open up for better relations with Italy in coming posts. I can see there being a stigma against Italy following the nuclear explosion on Sicily during late WW2, but by now, and especially considering Italy's political state, relations should get better. And so should trade.

Well Italy doesn't blame the Allies for the nuclear attack the blame falls on Germany as it was they that sent it in the first place. Also yes if I am going to do some major industrial expansion I am going to need a fair amount of oil.

Looks great, Tricky Dick. Once Nea-Byzantia sets the stage for a meeting with Moshe Dayan, I'll post to advance both meetings and to describe the covert deployment of Mossad and Palmach operatives to Argentina.

Average Soldier Statistics: Most soldiers are between 19 and 40, they have grown into somewhat fanatical supporters of the party, however, fanaticism isn't particularly a factor in recruiting troops. Troops are trained rigorously and told to sacrifice themselves for the people from day 1. A rigid organizational structure keeps the large force in place, loosely based off the British and Soviet models of organization.

Is this accepted or not?

No, for several reasons:

1. The idea of the Dominion of India driving the Republic of India all the way back to the Bengal, after years of stacked casualties, and with no help from the allies is rather unrealistic. The Indian borders should look more akin to this.

2. Your population is way too high. IRL, 1955, India's population was 409 million - your app added on an additional 18 million people. It should be quite a bit lower considering that, A. India suffered huge casualties from the war, B. Nearly a quarter of the subcontinent is ruled by the Republic of India.

3. The whole bit about Soviet troops escaping to India and after like a month they led a nation wide communist revolution is just ludicrous and poor story telling. As well as that bit about the assassinating right wing leaders, which just totally came out of left field.

4. A nationalist rebellion in India for anything other than support of the actual nationalist India in the East just wouldn't make sense.

5. Your nation is far too developed, industrially, politically, and economically.
