For sure though, you are mostly Siberian. Your government was filled up with the extremists who retreated with Stalin after the total route that was 41 and 42. Stalin has been dead for the last two years IRL ( kill off when ever or however you feel like ).
You can make it up from there.
What about the Soviet territories in Asia?

Nation's history: The Japanese invasion of the Philippine islands was a bloody one. The Filipino and American forces dug in and tried to stop the relentless flood of Japanese troops in Luzon in vain. Soon, the US dominion- The Philippine Commonwealth was toppled and replaced by a Japanese puppet state led by President Jose P. Laurel. The Philippine Resistance- an extensive network of Filipino and American soldiers began a campaign to pester the Japanese occupiers all across the Philippine islands. At the turn of 1945, the Japanese were beginning to lose ground in China and several divisions had to be sent to the mainland to repel the Chinese resistance. For the next five years, Filipino and American remnants would slowly gain ground, capturing small villages at first then began to besiege major Japanese fortifications as the Americans began to land troops under the command of General MacArthur in Lingayen Gulf. With the US still tied down in Europe however and the numbers sent to the Philippines were only half of what was originally planned to be. With a token Japanese army left to defend the occupied territories, the citizens of the country simultaneously began to rise and joined in the militia. It was only a matter of time until Manila as recaptured and victory was proclaimed. Five years later, reconstruction is beginning to take shape across the islands.

Description of Government: Gran Colombia is a federal constitutional presidential republic, operating under five branches of government. The branches are the President of Gran Colombia, the Legislative Assembly, the Judiciary, the Constitutional Assembly and the Electoral Court. The executive branch consists of the President, the Vice President and a cabinet of government ministers, as well as possibly the military. The judicial branch consists of the Supreme Court of Justice, who deals with common law, and the Supreme Court of Administration, who deals with administrative law. The Electoral Court is the electoral branch with responsibility for overseeing election in the country. The Legislative Assembly is a tricameral legislature, composed of the upper (de facto governing) Senate, the middle (de facto upper) Chamber of States and the lower Chamber of Tribunes. The Senate is essentially the legislative presidium, led by a Chairperson (Chairman or Chairwoman, depending on the incumbent's gender) and responsible for managing the legislative process, representing the Constitution (as well as possibly the President) and overseeing both the Chamber of States and the Chamber of Tribunes. The senators (Senate), including the Chairperson, are appointed by the government, while the state representatives (Chamber of States) are indirectly elected and the tribunes (Chamber of Tribunes) are directly elected. Both houses are headed by Speakers. The Chamber of States represents the various states of the country and has exactly the same powers as the US Senate (except for other powers such as government impeachment and treaty ratification, which are restricted to the Senate of Gran Colombia), while the Chamber of Tribunes represents the general population and proposes legislation. The Constitutional Assembly, being both a constitutional court and a constituent assembly, is the constitutional branch, responsible for managing and protecting the Constitution of Gran Colombia.

Active military troop count: 488,000 (138,000 actives and 350,000 reserves)
Gran Colombian Army: 95,000 actives
Gran Colombian Navy: 32,000 actives
Gran Colombian Air Force: 7,000 actives
Gran Colombian Civil Guard: 4,000 actives
Total possible troop count: 2,100,000

A general run down of your equipment: Mostly the same as South American militaries had in the early years of the Cold War. Gran Colombian equipment also include firearms, vehicles and other military equipment from the US and the defunct Britain. The tactics and doctrine were adopted from the US military.
Allies?: USA and Canada
Enemies?: Brazil, Peru and Argentina
Nation's history: South America was relatively untouched by the war, but there were minor clashes between the Axis Powers and the Allied Powers off the continental coasts, as well as clandestine liaison operations on South American soil by the Third Reich. As war worsened and belligerents were about to be cracking into pieces, Esteban Rodríguez, the newly-elected President of Colombia, began planning for the reunification of Gran Colombia through diplomatic relations. He manages to succeed with this by warning Panama, Ecuador and Venezuela of the war that ravages in Europe and Asia, claiming it would soon reach South America. Therefore, reunification was neccessary to boost a large standing army and combine the economic efforts. Esteban also reached out for US support. He promised the three countries (Panama, Ecuador and Venezuela) equal rights and federal autonomy. The diplomatic talks went through in 1950, just as the war was over. Despite the war ended, reunification was still encouraged and had to occur. On July 31, 1950, the Republic of Gran Colombia was officially formed under Esteban Rodríguez and his new post-reunification party, the National Construction Party (Partido Nacional de la Construcción). As of 1955, Esteban is still President of Gran Colombia, currently serving a second term following the 1954 Presidential Election. The country maintains good relations with both the US and Canada, while holding animosity towards Brazil (due to territorial claims), Peru (due to the Ecuadorian-Peruvian War of 1941) and possibly Argentina. This animosity, however, isn't extremely hostile, just moderate at the moment. The country opened up trade with many countries and allowed in many foreign businesses (including US businesses), as well as improved the living conditions of the indigenous population (as well as implementing indigenous civil rights).

Could you do some more to your history.
Latin America is infamous for how everyone hates each other ( Colombians and Panamanians for example ), so unification would have to be ALOT more justified
