Name: Geng “Fulcrum” Huang
Image
Image

Age: 73
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Blacklight Securities, Under Contract
Appearance:
Standing at 5’5”, rather short on the whole, Huang’s a stout individual with a good deal of muscle mass in comparison to his more kept colleagues. In terms of facial structure, the man has turned a little alien as far as emotion goes, exchanging looks for lethality in his profession. His hair, still black, is kept short, complimenting the facial hair that’s been implanted on an otherwise lifeless canvas. His two arms, often covered by such things as longer shirts, are a dull metallic hue, his fingers whirring with mechanical tone.
Physique:
Muscular, strong, and overall built as he’d been working hard his whole life, Huang lacks the sort of fat and blubber one would normally see on a person’s body, especially one working for the big companies. His legs are heavily toned, though his arms hold a metallic perfection now.
Augmentations:
  • Bionetic
    • B.I. Port 9
A neural interface, the Port 9 allows for instantaneous communication between an individual and mechanical instrumentation, such as for instance a Powered Armor suit, while lacking in the far more annoying prospect of attempting to interface circuitry with nerve endings. Lab-grown, it’s a natural connection unqiue towards every individual.
  • Cybernetic
    • C.R. Mk 3 “Hammer Time”
As one of the few full-arm replacements, the Mk 3 allows for increased survivability, control, and hard-hitting raw power. Designed to be bulletproof up to .50 BMG, the system allows for individual strength to be increased up to three times the power of a normal individual’s, as well as aiding in the simple actions of fine motor movement. Finely articulated fingers aid in such actions as general movement. The Mk 3 is notable, however, for being permanent to a person and in lacking any form of outside interfacing.
    • C.R. Full Facial Reconstruction
Effectively a mask, the FFR is a reconstruction effort designed to tailor towards the user’s needs. As such, Huang’s lacks the certain general facial movements and fine methodology normally associated with such reconstruction, instead formed from armor-resistant materials produced under R.M.I., able to withstand rifle caliber rounds at moderate ranges. As such, it is highly durable and far less prone to electronic or EMP-produced failure. A gas filtration system is included, allowing for sustained survival in a chemical environment.
Equipment:
  • R.M.I. Mk 2 Heavy Repeater
A heavy railgun designed to fire 20mm rounds at 360 rounds per minute, thee cannon overall has the capacity to shred over and personnel with extreme prejudice. Powered via a heavy pack worn on the back, the weapon is either drum or belt-fed, often with an attachment on that same pack. The Heavy Repeater lacks a good deal of accuracy, however, instead being fully capable in placing as many rounds as possible downrange in order to adequately engage any enemy.
  • R.M.I. MARS-202
A 9mm, fully automatic submachine gun styled after the bullpup layout, the MARS-202 utilizes a twin system of electronic firing ignition and chemically-cooled barrel, the short region itself covered by a jacket, to achieve one of the highest rates of fire any small arms can boast. Capable of firing 4000 rounds per minute, the firearm is fed by a 300 round drum magazine which it chews through hungerly. A directed gas vent allows for a vast degree of recoil to be avoided, as the excess gas is used to counteract this force, and with the strong arm of a Powered Armor suit, the MARS-202 can be utilized as intended: the apex of Real Metal Industries creed and goal.
  • R.M.I. Mk 17 Powered Armor
While severely outdated, the 10 foot armor worn by “Fulcrum” has the ability to overall withstand damage up to light cannon rounds, as well as possessing laser weapon resistance, heat treatment, EMP protection, and radiation resistance. Joints and other vital areas are protected via segmented armor units. High power motor units allow for mobility otherwise unexpected from a heavy unit as the Mk 17. The suit is furthermore equipped with a high-power floodlight capable of flashing at high speed, disorienting and blinding most enemies, as well as a nonlethal speaker system designed to emit disorienting, loud noise, incapacitating most individuals.
Skills:
Fully capable in room clearing operations, close quarters combat, and demolitions, Huang is a man for which murder and mayhem are the fun parts in life. His reflexes are extremely heightened and tuned, a product of what is normally necessary in the Undercity. His accuracy, while adequate, is not extremely stellar.
Personality:
Barely human, Huang has long ago accepted what he enjoyed and what he did. The finer violence, every time, feels like a bit of revenge, a bit of joy, and in some ways he could be called a sadist. Yet despite that, a professional demeanor is maintained for those outside of the helmet.
Backstory:
Born to the Undercity, Huang was one of the children otherwise forgotten by the rest of the world. His father was a junkie, his mother a prostitute, and between the drugs and sex she just sort of drifted away from the family as a whole. His six siblings, however, they never forgot about him and he never forgot them; they were a family on their own and, when the drugs started to get too much, he lead them out of the home. Huang was just fourteen, the eldest of all of them. They took-over an abandoned apartment among the slums, among the trash and foreclosed areas, the dead things and mutant freaks, with the three eldest taking-up different shifts for a nearby factory.

Yet that never would last. His siblings began to get involved with the United Front and, after a few years, they disappeared. Huang’s searches turned nothing up. He worked harder though, tried to keep the others alive, keep them fed and warm, and yet it never would mean anything. One night, he returned from work and found the repaired door busted open, the corpses of three kids there, half-eaten with around twenty mutants inside chewing on the bodies. Huang left, left without being noticed, left to go and break-open the cleaning cabinet. He mixed every singular chemical agent inside, much to the effect of developing chlorine gas, and sat the bucket outside the door. Those inside died rather rapidly, falling victim to an insatiable appetite and lack of sense. Huang would bury his siblings outside, before then taking on his own jobs.

These ranged from, in the beginning, a simple thug for nightclubs, for the less reputable drug dens in the Undercity, to his current work as a mercenary. Offering dirt cheap rates with R.M.I., who held large scale facilities relatively nearby, the man accumulated a series of favors through this, taking on the wetworks required to keep operations running smoothly. Eventually he acquired enough to come into possession of an R.M.I. Mk 17 Powered Armor suit and accompanying hardware, thereafter extensively modified the weaponry and armor to suit his needs. Now the man takes on whatever jobs needed, though has a severe preference for Blacklight Securities operations as he continually takes his pay in the form of genetic modification in order to ward-away such sluggishness that might accumulate over the years. There have been rumors, however, that Huang has taken participation in cloning and consciousness transfer operations, purely experimental, with BLacklight Securities, yet these have never been substantiated.

Due to the time the man has operated over, the man who became “Fulcrum” has achieved a nearly folklore status as a demon bastard who takes some perverse pleasure in purging the Undercity of it’s mutant populations, as though it’s personal for such a being. He’s often told to the smaller children as a figure to scare them, as someone who raised himself up from the depths of poverty and yet kills, kills, kills, a beast in a human’s skin. It’s not wrong to state that he rarely speaks of himself to those in his hometown; he’s grown apart from them, completely and utterly. However, in his time in the employ of the larger corporations, between the money and the bloodlust, “Fulcrum” has begun to operate in the form of a more traditional Bounty Hunter, engaging other such targets as they would normally do.

Name:Father Sebastian Argyll
Age: 62
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Fifth Seal Correctional Enterprise (FSCE), Subsidiary to the North American Federation and Blacklight Securities.
Apparence:
Image

Augmentations: A database of scripture behind his right ear, and a port in the back of his neck that allows him to interface with the prison computer systems. A voice enhancement system. An implant in place of his left kidney that keeps him looking young.
Equipment: A digital bible tablet, a heavily gilded pistol for self-defence
Skills: Sebastian Argyll is an intelligent man, quite good as a preacher. He is an enormously charismatic speaker, but also a profoundly good listener with a very good memory. He has a perfect memory when it comes to faces and stories, enhanced by his scripture database. Sebastian always knows the right bible quote for a certain situation, a moral angel on his shoulder that somehow does not keep him from dealing in human misery.
Personality: Sebastian is a man of very few words. He is good at speeches, yes, but in private conversation he will keep to himself, usually communicating through non-verbal cues. A smile here, a frown there, and people know what he means. He doesn’t like the limelight of politics, though, and always seems to be hiding something behind the crisp, unearthly smile he always dons.
Backstory: Sebastian Argyll was a low-paid actor in the slums of New York a mere 40 years before our story starts. He came from a relatively well-to-do middle class family, but he had squandered that by following his dreams of becoming a world-renowned actor, inspired by the neon billboards of celebrities all over the city. Acting in the modern world, however, was not the work of the most talented. Rather, it was the work of the most well-known faces, a well-known face drawing more people to see plays and movies than proper acting ever could. After all, you knew the face of the protagonist before you knew the quality, and so the face made you buy tickets. Sebastian didn’t have a well-known face. He scrounged at local pubs, lowering himself to doing a good impression of the Prime Minister to get a few tips and free drinks. Increasingly, he spent his own money on booze too, walking from pub to pub in order to find sleeping spots. More than once, he slept in cold alleyways when no-one wanted to harbour him.

At the verge of death, in the dead of winter, he was rescued. Delirious from hypothermia, he was dragged from the slums by a few priests working for a homeless shelter. They clothed him, fed him, and in return to his conversion to New Catholicism, he was allowed to stay on the premise. The second chance given to him really inspired him to a life change. Instead of acting, he used his talents to speak to the masses outside, inspiring them with religious zeal. More often than not he was booed by a dissatisfied populace which had long abandoned religion, but he was accustomed to tomatoes being thrown in his direction. Instead, he kept talking, drawing some young folk to join the tiny monastery at the edge of the Big Apple. As the years progressed Sebastian Argyll rose in the ladder of the monastery, until he was the main caretaker of the place. The head priest had taken a liking to him, and had made Sebastian his ward when he got old and senile. Unofficially, Sebastian took over the care of the premise, and took it to new heights.

The Federation was dealing with an ever-increasing prisoner problem. Rebel groups poured into prisons, and as the economy faltered, the debtors prisons became overcrowded. The government was desperate for any organisation to step into this booming market, and Sebastian stepped up to the plate. If the government would build him a prison, he would run it for them, with a religious zeal aimed at rehabilitation. The government, eager to take on any PR that would make them look benign, took him up on the offer. They demolished the old monastery and built a new one, entirely to Sebastian’s design. It looked like an old Roman Church, but it was a monstrous high-security facility, a mixture of a modern fortress and a cathedral. Tainted glass windows mixed with iron bars, scripture written on the walls, and depictions from the life of Jesus and the Saints were thoroughly abundant.

Sebastian has run that prison ever since. The prison is based on a system of forgiveness and the threat of damnation, both weaved into a narrative. Prisoners accept the teachings of Jesus Christ and leave reborn men and women, baptized for good measure and with a newfound purpose. Not accepting the teachings of Jesus Christ is a reason to prolong one’s stay. Helpless cases are sometimes put out of their misery, having little ‘accidents’ or being sold off as cheap labour to the mines of Appalachia, their rent or the value of their organs being transferred to the bank account of the prison. A weird mix of pragmatism and horror lives throughout the complex, and with an increase in political prisoners who are not easily swayed to Christ, the number of accidents has increased wildly over the years.

Good stuff. Your Angel to God is accepted. Welcome aboard the fun.

Just a single question. What is the caliber of your gun?

I never expected you to be here, or anyone really. There's now a good lot of people coming to my RP. Which makes me nervous.

Name: Elasma Leisagh-Khisling
Age: 26
Gender: F
Allegiance: North American Federation, Biogen Incorporated
Appearance: Elasma stands at 5’7” and weighs a healthy 131 lbs. Her frame is, for the most part, thin, interrupted by wide hips and a matching lower body, as many clients of Biogen Inc possess. Her legs, unlike most, however, possess more muscle than fat, making her more physically able than many of her fellow bureaucrats. Her entire body lacks hair entirely, as if she was waxed, and her skin is always silky-smooth, and almost shiny. Despite this, one would not expect her to be biomodded if one merely looked at her body. Her head is another story, however. Her face is mostly Caucasian with a shape between triangle-shaped and oval shaped, possessing a fairly small chin, and a slightly upturned nose. Her lips aren’t thin, but they’re not big either, and hide developed, almost vampiric fangs. Elasma has four eyes, with the second row sitting below her first. Her first row is mostly Caucasian, while her second possess epicanthic folds, and, if it weren’t for her eyelashes, could blend in and make it seem as if she only had two eyes with some work. Her eyes, particularly her main row, have thick eyelashes, thick and long enough to seem false, but they’re natural, in the sense that they’re a part of her body, at least. All four of her irises have no natural colour any longer, but instead contain modified chromatophores like those of cephalopods, and hide behind them bioluminescent bacteria, enabling her to take on any eye colour, and make her irises glow by making her chromatophores cease to be opaque. Her “hair”, undoubtably, is the most obviously biomodded part of her body, as, in place of hair, she possesses tentacles like those of an octopus. They sit at shoulder length, although she usually keeps all but a few in a ponytail. Like the arms of an octopus, they contain chromatophores, possess suckers, and, like her irises, contain bioluminescent bacteria that allow her hair to glow a variety of colours when desires.
Physique: Elasma’s upper body is lithe and dainty, while her lower body is comparatively voluptuous, and quite strong, enabling her to move quickly and gracefully as is often required to fetch coffee often enough for her boss while still getting work done.
Augmentations:
  • Bionetic
    1. Enhanced Eyelashes: Self-explanatory
    2. Enhanced Caudal Region: Elasma’s lower body has received a few general enhancements that provide her with a stronger and more sturdy lower body.
    3. Secondary Eyes: Elasma possesses a second row of eyes identical to her main eyes
    4. Tentacle Hair: Elasma’s shoulder-length “hair” is composed of a number of large prehensile tentacles, which are much like the arms of an octopus.
    5. Chromatophores: Elasma’s hair and irises contact cephalopodine chromatophores which enable her to change their colours.
    6. Bioluminescence: Elasma’s hair and irises contact bioluminescent bacteria, allowing her to radiate light of approximately the intensity of a low-power flashlight from her eyes and hair with a shift of her chromatophores.
    7. Bio-indefinite Mortality: Elasma’s body has been biologically modified to regenerate cellular DNA caps as well as produce more stem cells to give her negligible senescence, resistance to cancer, and the biological ability to repair her brain, allowing her theoretical eternal life, although she is wholly susceptible to disease, poisons, violence, and other external hazards. This is the only bioenhancement that Elasma has possessed from birth.
  • Cybernetic
    1. Vocal Filter: Through modern marvels of engineering, Elasma possesses an artificial supplement to her own voicebox which enables her to change her voice at will, as well as push it through digital filters, allowing her to possess a voice that might be physically impossible for a human to produce without aid, if she so chooses.
    2. Volar Interface: With a chip located in her left hand, Elasma can mentally link to supporting computer systems by touching them, assuming they're unlocked.
Equipment:
  • Passion Limb Enhancers: Although they seem to be a pair of black arm-sleeves, Stasia Limb Enhancers are actually advanced cybernetically enhanced clothing that connect with Elasma's palm chip to allow her to project thoughts into holograms through the built-in microprojectors and microspeakers, make phone/video calls, and preform the functions of a digital watch.
  • Stasia Wand Alpha+: A terribly expensive piece of technology, the Stasia Wand Alpha+ is the most powerful domestic portable tractor beam on the market, able to generate a beam which can be used to levitate and move objects of up to 300lbs for reasonable periods of time. Lifting heavier objects is possible, although the heavier the object, the faster the battery drains, making the practical limit of getting something off the ground a much higher weight.
Skills: Elasma is skilled in the many arts necessary for an esteemed subordinate of the president, being skilled with the workings of office computer programmes from Microsoft Spreadsheet to bypassing content filters by logging in as the administrator. She’s reasonably skilled in self-teaching, and speaks English, French, Mandarin Chinese, and Manchurian, the latter of which she taught herself solely to be able to complain loudly without anyone being able to interpret it, as no translation software yet exists for Manchurian. With her superiors, she can pull a more convincing smile, and makes sure to win their favour with few caveats. Although not particularly chauvinistic, and even sometimes bearing slightly perverted empathy towards the impoverished like many of her colleagues and superiors, Elasma continues to hold far more interest in her own affairs than those of the less fortunate, and, as such, rarely does more than giving leftovers to beggars outside of restaurants, and occasional meagre donations to charities when she feels she ought.
Personality: Elasma is an eccentric and deeply passionate about her actual job. Her capacity for passive-aggressiveness is rivalled only by her capacity for stubbornness, both of which she keeps more clandestine at work, and coats with a darkly optimistic demeanour. Although she possesses a noticeable temper, Elasma’s rages often seem unsuspecting enough, with an mad smile on her face, and wildly animated movements distracting from the fire in her eyes.
Backstory: Elasma hails from an icy rock in the Atlantic known to most as Newfoundland. Much of her early life was fairly unassuming, with a home education, an innate sharpness, and a well-off middle class family giving her an edge when she finally entered the public education system in the 7th grade. Although she showed a great deal of proficiency and promise in her studies, Elasma ultimately never fell in love with most topics available to her, garnering only a passing interest in language, bureaucracy, and management, still proving herself to be a hard worker, even and especially out of school.

Her college experience was markedly different from her experience as a minor, particularly in her experiences with Biogen Inc. For her time in college, Biogen Inc was her primary employer, and brought her through art school on scholarship, as companies can seemingly never have enough totally real people, although her major, stage managing, did not lend itself to the speaking part of spokesperson. With the traditional employee discount, Elasma purchased a number of biomods, and used her ever-growing wages to purchase cybernetic enhancements, and two pieces of equipment she’d sought after for years.

After a good run of sweet-talking, sweet moving, and sweet living, Elasma graduated from secretary at Biogen Inc to becoming one of their bugs in the presidential office. In practice, she operates as a lower-upper-class glorified paperwork completer for the president who reports back to Biogen with any potential issues. Her standard of living is excellent, although her social status remains more in line with upper middle class than upper class.

It would be pretty interesting, Elasma's pretty much the opposite of Koshka in terms of alignment with corporations. Besides, bioluminescent eyes probably nullify one of Koshka's main advantages- ability to stun people with light. I think a scene where Elasma's pretty much just toying with Koshka could work pretty well (and perhaps give an indication of how far Elasma's willing to go for Biogen Incorporated). Perhaps some sort of scene where Elasma gets sent down to the lower-town with a bunch of guards to check out the meager holdings of Biogen Incorporated?

Well, our player-base looks like its big enough to do the IC. I just need some feedback from you people.

So, the plan is to drop you into the Detroit Administration District. The Subversive Elements (which are just two players at this point) shall find themselves in a cafe. Although Detroit is extremely fortified and spied upon by the government and megacorps - there are few places that don’t have monitors for one reason or another. The Silver League has done you a favor by giving you expensive fake IDs and identification data.

For you big-corporation peoples - you been notified of certain people that do not belong within the district. You don’t know who they are but they are about the area. In order to prevent any incidences, bodyguards (Victor in this case) have been assigned to high-ranking individuals. You all stop in a cafe to gain some snacks. This is where the fun starts.

Perhaps, yes. Her tractor beam wand, which she usually holds with her hair, would cause Koshka some trouble. I will say, Koshka might find herself rather lucky to have crossed Elasma rather than one of the more ill-tempered bureaucrats.

NAF Recon Assault : A specialized assault rifle exclusively for the Recon Force division, armed with scope as well as lethal/non-lethal/armor piercing. Only for field duty. .311 caliber.

NAF Army Recon Pistol : A standard-issued pistol for the Recon Force division, with both lethal and non-lethal option. Semi-auto in its use. .45 caliber.

NAF Recon Armor : Standard-issued body armor for the recon force. Protection against ballistics and energy weapons to a certain degree, enough hits would be an instant destruction.

Binocular : Binocular, specialized to scope beyond normal walls with the use of x-ray and thermal. Only to a certain degree of range, however.

Skills:

Military Training : Military training that covers abilities such as close combat, firearms, and long-range surveillance. Firearms is her strongest point, while she is slightly below average regarding close combat.
Free-running : She uses her augmentation useful in moving. Between buildings, houses, obstacles.
Flirtatious/Charismatic : Make no mistake, she is by no means an excellent negotiator. But she knows how to talk her way in/out/ask for favors through any means necessary, by soft approach or by hard approach.
Personality: Polite, dutiful, and orderly. However, she has a streak of freedom and violence for the necessity of her duty. Or her own conscience. Or her 'real' allegiance.
Backstory:

No one knows her parents, or her real name. When she was put down in front of an almost run-down orphanage at the Cleveland Industrial District that was also a front for the Liberty Union, she was left without identities. Nonetheless, she was raised in the orphanage and was given a name by the founder of the orphanage. She was indoctrinated in the Liberty ideas, since the orphanage was a front of Liberty Union, after all. She was, by and large, a known follower. But all good things must come to an end (if you think living in a poor living conditions of an almost run-down orphanage ran by a small-scale Liberty Union base a 'good thing') when the orphanage was raided by NAF police, and many got killed. She got lucky though. She was captured and sent to the indoctrination center of NAF. There, she pretended to care about NAF to avoid death, and she lived through, even joined the military academy when she was 18.

In the academy, she learned military training, military education, and non-military education. She thrived through the hard trainings, and served in the district, supplementing the police officers. It was through here that she was contacted by a former friend of hers who served the Liberty Union. She was not accepting it completely, still reluctant to the whole idea and even to her own life. She enjoyed a life of her own, even having boyfriends and girlfriends at various points of her life. She was 29, when she joined the Recon Force division, where she was augmented with cybernetics and given more trainings. At some point when she was 35, she was given an exoskeleton suit for a more specialized field duty.

4 years later, as a Second Lieutenant in the Army, she served the country willingly, but now also a reluctant friend of Liberty Union, secretly feeds them low-grade information while trying to balance her life and her career, as well her 'real' allegiance.

Since then he's been training as an operative to be used against their corporate oppressors.

Name: Paul Hudson
Age: 36
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Liberty Union
Appearance:
Image
Physique: Paul stands at 1,82 metres and weighs 73 kilogrammes. Though he hasn't truly exercised for the past two years, he has a considerable ot of muscle left, comfortably placing him above the average in terms of strength.
Augmentations:
Optical Display Lens: A pair of polymer contact lenses fitted with microscopic chips, sensors, LED lights and a transmitter to link with computers. While not a permanent implant, they fulfill a large variety of tasks from providing night vision to taking photographs and assisting targeting.
Equipment:
Стечкин АПС: Designed in 1948 by Igor Stechkin, the APS is a Russian pistol capable of selective fire which accepts 20 round double stack box magazines. This model has been modified to fire the 9x19 parabellum for better ballistic performance. Despite its large frame, Paul manages to conceal it somehow.
Colt M16A1: The iconic symbol of a dead nation, forged from aircraft-grade aluminium and high-impact polymers. This one fires 6.5x39 polymer-cased ammunition fed from 25-round magazines and is accompanied by a low magnification optic as well as a selective fire switch.
Vest: A lightweight surplus vest that can be used under a shirt. It is composed of a few layers of graphene and ballistic fiber, which allow it to resist five or six rounds from milspec 5.56 rounds.
Skills: Serving the armed forces has gifted Paul with the skills of marksmanship, close quarters combat, surveillance and equipment maintenance, with the last two being further enhanced by his job as an automaton supervisor.
Personality: Paul comes across as discreet, prudent and polite. In truth, he is quite dissatisfied with his lifestyle, as he doesn't think he has accomplished anything of worth: he hasn't got a family, his job is repetitive and he can't find time for his own projects. He also nurtures and interest of the deceased United States and their way of life, which he sees through rose tinted glasses.
Backstory: Hudson was born in a rural town in what was once the state of West Virginia, away from the sprawling neon cityscapes. He led a sheltered childhood among many small farms, who were one by one strangled and bought by their larger competitors.

At the age of 19, his father died under suspicious conditions, and his lands were bought after a particularly bad harvest and integrated into the agricultural division of a large conglomerate. To sustain his family, Hudson interrupted his studies and travelled to work at the Big Apple, whose futuristic architecture and technological life-style fascinated him. Desperate to find a job, Hudson enlisted in the armed forces. He served for fifteen years through a few foreign deployments and many domestic interventions. In fact, too many domestic interventions. Fighting for the Federation, he discovered that in fact there was nothing worth fighting for. The interests of bloated corporations monopolised the market and choked the nation while its people was enveloped in a shell away from trouble. Paul at first ignored this status quo, then came to accept it. To avoid any more excursions into the Undercity, he requested his discharge and found a job as a supervisor in the Cleveland district.

However, there is a certain sympathy for the Liberty Union that permeated the ranks of military veterans. With time, Paul grew closer to the group, and was introduced to a few members through his connections. Convinced that they are the best hope for positive change, he joined the group, for which he provides surveillance and training occasionally.

Working on an idea: a mole for the UPF and/or Liberty Union within an elite internal-security unit of the Federation Intelligence Service. Such a character could serve a useful role, plot-wise, as a story link between other characters on both sides of the conflict.
For really, I think that the poorest he that is in England hath a life to live as the greatest he. And therefore truly, Sir, I think it's clear that every man that is to live under a Government ought first by his own consent to put himself under that Government. And I do think that the poorest man in England is not at all bound in a strict sense to that Government that he hath not had a voice to put himself under.

A God who let us prove His existence would be an idol.

That seems like a nice idea.

Thanks, I'll get my post up later. But why are there wenches in the room that Rindón and Leisagh-Khisling are in? I mean, I get that people like "entertainment", but I don't think human shields are useful in such a crisis.
