Which faction you're talking about? If its the People's United Front then their power have its mass mobs, people, and will to fight. The Liberty Union are high-tech professional "terrorists" that will likely have your kind of assassins. The Sliver League are espionage-focused.

Makes sense, I wrongfully thought the People's United Front was the only one in open rebellion.

Of course. This all would not happen without you and Apto's help, and you can meme a bit (given that you're playing Fett Kath).Chrominus wrote:I also cannot.
Odd, I'll see about it of getting new reference pictures.

Our first communist. Welcome aboard the fun. Your position in the United People’s Front shall be a influential one - given that you're a big supplier. The Palmetto wrote:Thanks! I'll get an app up whenever I can.
Got time to be a co-op for this rp?

Can you explain your low-powered-gun?
I don't know weapon terminology when it comes to guns, bullets only about .18-.20 of an inch? Not many special powers either, just a very light handgun.

Name: Dr. Fausto Rindón
Age: 36
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Biogen Incorporated
Appearance: A pale and lean man at the height of 5'8", Fausto possesses dark brown hair and blue eyes; generally seen wearing a dim-gray lab coat, a silver button-up, a black pair of slacks and formal shoes, Dr. Rindón seeks to project the image of a refined geneticist in his outfit as well as in his work.
Physique: Fausto is notably thin, having weighed merely 116 pounds before starting his work at Biogen. However, following a set of surgeries later on in his career, his small frame now conceals a set of dense muscle, ostensibly for the purpose of appearance.
Augmentations:
Subdermal Tissue Implant: The figurative iron fist within Rindón's velvet glove, the STI has increased his effective muscle mass twofold, complete with the benefits that brings. If he actually took the time to exercise, he might well improve further.
Metabolic Enhancer: Appearance is everything in the upper classes of America, and a doctor ought not to be an exception. This augmentation regulates the body's metabolism, having the dual effects of a thinner figure and more frequent restroom trips for Fausto.
Equipment:
Shanxi Type 17 (.450 SMC): Rindón's personal handgun, chambered for .450 SMC rounds. With an elongated barrel and Kobra sights, this heavily modified Mauser C96 packs the kind of punch needed in Detroit.
Bolo Knife: In spite of its rougher origins, Fausto has adapted this Filipino melee weapon to fit within America's high society. A polished silver blade with a white neon inline ensure that there are little questions about the doctor's prestige.
D-IX: No doctor would be complete without their medicine. This powerful drug cocktail is Rindón's personal favorite, using it to provide both a long-lasting high and keep himself awake for his work.
Skills:
Candyman: A pillbox a day keeps the worries away, right? This character possesses an acute knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly how to retrieve high-end pills and other medical supplies.
Biogen Certified: First do no harm, then see what's profitable. This character, having worked at Biogen for some time, is able to operate Biogen's medical equipment.
Pistoleer: The Old West has died, but its pistols live on! This character is adept with the use of one-handed firearms.
Personality: Outwardly portraying a naive appeaser who stays neutral on most issues to prevent unnecessary conflict, Rindón is a sadistic sociopath in private, performing torturous experiments upon enemies of the North American Federation deep within his Detroit compound.
Backstory: Fausto Rindón is not a particularly splendid person, and a look into his past does little to solve the enigma of why. Raised by an upper-class family, Fausto put his nose to the books as well as the grindstone throughout his youth. While his teachers in his earlier years praised his polite manners and thirst for knowledge, reports became progressively more disturbing as the young Rindón distanced himself from his fellow students and focused instead on experimentation. Peculiarities such as bringing a live (and, as the fire alarm showed, very flammable) frog for a dissection lab became the new norm as Fausto delved deeper into acts of wanton cruelty.
By the time he had left for college, however, it seemed to most people that Fausto had cleaned up his act. He pursued a degree in Genetics, aspiring to find employ within the halls of a great company such as Biogen. Working for many years towards earning his doctorate, his entrenched desire to witness and create pain remained. Now a respected employee at Biogen, Doctor Rindón seeks to push the boundaries of genetics yet further, taking a special interest in wolves and applying their "selfless pack doctrine" to the unfortunate subjects that didn't pay for his surgeries.
