"Mine's most of Manhattan and some of Brooklyn. I've got a schedule for town halls, and proposed a speech at the Memorial on Patriot Day, and perhaps some talks with activists to see if they would work as surrogates and whatnot. South Africa is the symbol of what happens when the best of intentions go bad. Ever since the institution of the mob rule of the ANC, things be getting worse than the old system. Crime rates in South Africa be shooting through the roof, the Black life expectancy has been in the decline, and an upcoming genocide against whites is on the horizon. Things were objective better for the Blacks under apartheid, though I be no supporter of no apartheid.

Nigeria's economy is plummeting down the drain you damn fool, it can't even prevent their women from getting kidnapped. When you look at the Asian nations like Singapore, Malaysia, and China(who all be poorer than Nigeria when it was founded), you see even the best black countries are inferior to even middling Asian ones.

Fowler stood outside the chamber waiting for Amaras, upon seeing him he took up a light jog to catch the man "Senator Amaras, do you have a second?" Fowler came up close to Peter before saying in a low voice "I would like to discuss the bill I contacted you about, that the majority whip was working on with me..."

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Image

The port of call was never to arrive in a liberal, blue state and ask for support. Joh Stansky made it his strategy to visit the states in the middle, and discounting the opening night in New Jersey, the Medicare for All rallies had been held in West Virginia and Iowa. The next stop was Pennsylvania. After growing support among working class groups in these states, he would then reach out to the larger allies of the cause for Medicare for All. He was hoping this rally in Harrisburg would stir up a bit on conversation in the state, as Glen Anderson continued to run frantically around the state.

Joh jumped on stage.

"Thank you Harrisburg, and thank you Pennsylvania for hosting me so graciously. It is fantastic to bring the Medicare for All campaign to this great city to speak about the largest issue on the minds of the American voters: healthcare. And rightly so, people are struggling to pay for their healthcare. It should be the big topic issue for every candidate running for every office. Healthcare. But there is only one solution to work on the healthcare problem, and the solution is to catch-up with the rest of the developed world. We want healthcare that actually cares, one that invests in our communities and liberates our people from financial burden. That is Medicare for All with no compromises.

The American people cannot compromise on these issues anymore. We need to take them on fully and directly. WinstonCare was going in the right direction, but at heart, it was a Republican healthcare plan. WinstonCare was a right-wing alternative that worked as a half-measure, but still left millions of Americans without healthcare. We cannot have a single American without healthcare because we deserve it as a right. WinstonCare was all about compromise, trying to tell us that a majority of people in this country being covered is good enough. No, that's no good enough. Even if we have 99% coverage, we still have another 1% who do not receive healthcare! The hypothetical window, I can't remember what it's called, the overton window needs to be moved drastically to the left on healthcare and many other issues frankly.

That's what we're doing, we're changing the debate to allow for better, lefter ideas into fruition. But, as a matter of fact, the idea for Medicare for All is not left-wing, it's not socialism, it's common sense. There are many right-wing governments around the world, who are economically conservative especially, who continue with a universal, free system. It's not because they're somehow all weird, it's just because we're yet to catch-up. To decide whether you support Medicare for All or not, all you have to ask yourself is this: do you believe everyone is entitled to healthcare, no matter the size of their bank account? If yes, you are an ally of our cause. If no, then you must be okay with the thousands that die each from being unable to afford medical treatment. I don't want to be in that camp.

Recent surveys have also shown that a Medicare for All plan would be cheaper than what the government is currently spending on healthcare; meaning our plan is the far more economically fiscal measure. It won't break the budget, or increase our debt, it will relax the budget, ease the debt. It will also cover 100% of all Americans in this entire country. That's why the international right support it in their own countries, not because they're part of a conspiracy to isolate the U.S., but because they understand the importance of universal healthcare. So, it is imperative that we let the Republican Party, and some in the Democratic Party know that they need to support Medicare for All, or they should get out of the way and let a real representative run the place.

This is my mission to you, Pennsylvania, call up your elected officials. Ask whether they support Medicare for All. If they say no then demand why they do not support. You can raise the point I made earlier, about the cost savings. You can raise the point that every American deserves healthcare, not the rich and elite. Keep hammering them with those points. That is they way we can get things done. We are not going to ask nicely, we going to take the battle to them and never give up. It is a political war and we need to make sure that the people are the ones victorious. That's why at the end of this rally today, join our fundraiser for our national campaign. Join up in our roster of volunteers. Contribute however much you can or are able to. It's going to be a tough fight, that's for sure. It's the people versus big pharma and career politicians. It's the 99% versus the 1%. We need to win.

Here's some quick facts: we have 28 million people in this country uninsured. And perhaps more under-insured. That's 28 million people that the American Dream has failed to notice. I thought this place was the country of prosperity, freedom. There's no freedom in financial bondage. Let's take care of all Americans, that 28 million people and more included. Yet our healthcare system costs twice as much per person compared to other countries. That is a sign that our system is not working and it needs to be changed. It's going to need a grass roots movement and we know that it can be successful, so long as we activate our manpower. We have massive public support for Medicare for All, the polling is easily on our side. What we now need on our side is the politicians.

I want to finish the legacy of Franklin D Roosevelt, one of our countries most popular Presidents, I want to finish the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr, who described healthcare inequality as one of the worst inequalities in the United States of America. We have the historical figures on our side, all who championed these measures but failed. We must take up this mantle once again and hopefully our movement will be known in the future to come as the precursors to FDR, to MLK. For the sake of their legacy even, we need to get this done. We need to mobilise. Thank you Harrisburg, thank you Pennsylvania. We need to take our politics back, take them out of the hands of big pharma and into the hands of the people!"

Watching someone as brain dead as Stansky try to gaslight people is just adorable. It only takes him fifteen seconds to slide from talking about dragging the whole country drastically left to promising everyone that his government healthcare takeover isn't left wing at all.

Amaras, not a very difficult man to catch up to, slowed to a stop at the Senator's approach and request.

He glanced briefly around him, seeing no one in the vicinity, though that was subject to change. "Is this the right place?"

The IRS audits Mississippi a lot more than Yankee states in New England. Coincidence? I think not! It is an example of the federal government's oppression against our State.

Anderson handed him a bottled water and then sat behind his desk, he unlocked a drawer and pulled out a folder which he handed to Peter “as I told you the majority whip and I were working on a bill before the attack, merit based immigration, comprehensive and like the Australian system it’s based on the needs of individual states. Iowa needs 5,000 migrant workers to help on farms they make a request for it, those workers are authorized to work in that industry, in that state for a predetermined amount of time. If they overstay or leave Iowa, then Iowa faces a penalty. That’s basically how it works, immigrants selected for the program are done so via a point system. As you can see were were about halfway through writing it, because it’s obviously a very sensitive issue we’re kept it quiet. The idea was to write a bill that would unite the party.... I want to believe she will come back and continue her work but if she can’t... I want to finish it to honor her.”
