"Hey, I won't lie about it, I'm still holding to that." Kristen said lightly rather than defensively. "Though if you ask me its a little different running for Governor instead of Senator. You're changing your position to run a state, Samara just wants a promotion to a bigger congressional office. "Its fair criticism, and i'm not saying you should change or that im miffed by it. But the criticism could be leveled at me so out of caution I am cutting back a bit."

"People have asked why i'm running for governor and not for senate, and I give a lot of BS answers about being more involved with communities directly and being able to affect change... Honestly the decision to run for governor came down to being able to live in Harrisburg where my daughter lives. I can see her more this way."

Kristen sat silent for a few moments thinking and finally spoke.

"You know....I'm not even sure I should be asking this, I'm trying to figure out how to word it so it doesn't come out the wrong way. Don't take this as any kind of political commentary, just a more personal one. If you want to see more of your daughter most of all...why run for Governor at all? I'm not thinking you wouldn't make a good Governor, you look like you're a great fit for the job, but, well, if it's just a way to be closer to her, I'm sure there's a lot more that would give you more time with her without always getting pulled away with all the responsibilities a Governor has. Me, I don't have anybody, it doesn't really matter if I run for Senate or run for President of Nigeria, but if you have people, and what you were saying earlier about how you couldn't be a good husband, father, and congressman at the same time and you had to give one up...if you're giving up the Congressman, you've got the space for the others now."

The Senators of Mississippi should be ashamed of themselves, they voted for the globalist agenda of the United Nations enforcing the NORTHERN ELITE's will on the entire world.

The drive into the city goes slowly but at last Buck arrives at the Capitol. He has already heard the result while he watched on the drive in and has taken it in silently without externally showing his feelings on it as he ponders his options. As soon as he steps out of the vehicle however he is smiling broadly for the reporters that have started to gather outside as soon as the tie news was heard though he has beaten some by already being on the way before the result.

"Good afternoon everyone!" Buck say cheerfully. He waves and smiles but walks up to go inside not taking any questions from the reporters. He enters the building and starts walking to the chamber.

Anderson shakes his head "I don't no win situations, I can hook you up with some people interested in small business growth and deregulation, if you commit to that. And I might not have a huge profile but I am an enthusiastic campaigner, and I spend plenty of time in DC with Senators who might stump for you if I ask."

"Not a no-win scenario, just an awareness," Hotchkiss replied. The relatively young Congressman certainly had energy and drive, and if he was going to press for his own involvement as much as he was, she was not going to dismiss him. "What we are doing here is more help than anything else, but if you want to spend your time on me, I won't deny you."
