We didn't fight Daesh with protests and letters, we fought them with rifles and artillery, because we were fighting a real terror of rape and murder, not bad wages.

@ScionOfZion

Letters don't mean anything to real agents of terror with they burn down your house or devastate your neighborhood with rocket barrages or kill your children in front of you. Taylor is ridiculous with hyperbole, and any legitimate criticism of corporate greed and failures falls apart when he opens his mouth too wide and makes a fool of himself.

Martin Taylor
@MartinTaylorWA

(1 of 3) It's bad wages here in America. In Syria, in Yemen and in Palestine, it's bombs and disease. In Sub-Saharan Africa, it's slavery and military dictatorships. The reason we do not a fight a revolution here in America is because capitalism is more benevolent here. It is horrible, but not enough for a revolution. In other nations, I do advocate revolution and back those that fight against American- and capitalist-backed dictatorships.

Martin Taylor
@MartinTaylorWA

(2 of 3) As I have said previously, there are brutish effects of capitalism in other nations, as they are more benevolent here in the USA. You won't trust my words, so I'll give you some numbers. 20 million people die every year from hunger, dehydration and preventable disease. 2.3 million more die every year from unsafe working conditions. John Stockwell - a former CIA agent - estimates that 6 million people (the amount of Jews killed in the Holocaust) have been killed by the USA from foreign wars, and Global Research argues it to be 20 million.

Martin Taylor
@MartinTaylorWA

(3 of 3) Leopold II's Congo "Free" State killed 15 million. Back at home, racial segregation killed about 176,000 a year. We had disease-ridden concentration camps with over 100,000 people within them. Truman killed 200,000 people through the only use of nuclear weapons. The Korean and Vietnam Wars combined killed 7.5 million and the Iraq Sanctions killed 3.3 million more. I could go on, but I think I've made my point.

Yes, @MartinTaylorWA there's more than bad wages there because those are the places were terror groups are stronger. If corporations are so much worse than the actual killers then America would be bloodier than anywhere in the Middle East but we aren't because they aren't. You're only disproving yourself.

But why are they stronger there? It is because of poverty. Poverty creates radical terrorists, who have nothing to lose by joining. Religious extremism is only strong because of the prevailing conditions. And why is there poverty? Because of colonial and neocolonial capitalist theft.

Martin Taylor's team have announced the opening of a new website, known as www.ForANewAmerica.com, which will soon establish a manifesto for the New America program. People will be given the ability to comment on the manifesto and contact him directly through the website.

Another thing announced is that Taylor will soon do AMA events across several social networks, with a schedule pending. These will mostly be set in left-wing networks, but also in some general political ones, so that he can interact with the average American citizen.

It has, but the division of ethnic groups through Sykes-Pikot has made it several times worse. I'm not even going to indulge the 'human nature' argument and instead point you to the theory of evolution. Why should humans hate humans? It seems counter-productive, does it not? Groups that cooperated had a higher individual survival rate as opposed to ones that didn't, and the bigger the better, so I think you see where I'm going....

"Yeah sure. If you're brave enough." Rosa says to the First Lady and raises an eyebrow. She finds a cup still sitting on the edge of the small sink with some dust covering it from sitting there for too long and rinses it out once before she fills it up again and hands it to the First Lady. She taps her foot impatiently wanting to move along but not wanting to be the first to yield.

"Thank you," Aubrey said with an open smile, a false one. She was getting closer, she could feel it. She was not the most prolific in her department, but she had waited out enough detainees to have a feel for when they were on the edge, and she had that feeling now. She took a slow sip, and waited.

America wasn't built on the backs of the rich. It was built on the backs of the ordinary working class American: the one who laid the railroad, who forged the steel and who mined the coal. By 'a communist holiday' you mean a commemoration of the Haymarket Affair, which brought the 8-hour workday and is celebrated in a number of countries? As for your other point, what would all those men be without soldiers to fight in their armies and without regular people to rally behind them?
