I was thinking of him having passed a tax cut for agricultural businesses, a pilot smart grid platform in Hamilton County, overseen many investigations into financial wrongdoing on Wall Street during the Dudley strike, and potentially having passed a plan for upgrades to 2,000 miles of state highways and high speed rail from Albany to New York City.
