I just burst out cackling bc of this and then bc of the following:

Ferdinand is sad that Donald Johnson didnt want to drink his tea, as he put a lot of effort into making it:

"I can add more milk," Ferdinand says, but Donald Johnson had already poured it down his sink.

Hearing that Doctor Johnson is working on a cure is good news to Ferdinand's ears, but his comment on making viruses illegal leaves Ferdinand confused:

"How can you make viruses illegal, I thought their independent creatures?"

Then Donald Johnson gets some water, says there's Zika in it, smashes it, and leaves without saying goodbye.

Ferdinand cleans up the tea and water, and goes to his room where his diary is. Opening it to the day that it was, he begins writing:

Dear Diary,

Today I met Doctor Donald Johnson of California. He's an idiot.

Sincerely,
Ferdinand

Ferdinand decides to let local Miami doctors inform the population on what to do.

The next day, Ferdinand begins preparing for meeting with Senator Brightwater.

Donald Johnson sit in the house. "I no drink Tea" he say. "it too hot!!" Then Donald Johnson thinks about Zika. "Zika is bad. Their is no Cure. but i work on a Cure in California because I am the Best Doctor in California. When i make the Cure i give it to Miami for free of charge. i care a lot about People and want to make health for them. Also, i try to make law that make Dangerous Viruses illegal so they cant hurt Your People."

Then Donald Johnson get a glass of water and sit down agan. He about to drink then stop. "This water have Zika in it??" Donald Johnson throw the water on the Floor. "Look out your Water might have Zika in it you must change Miami's Water!!"

Donald Johnson get in his car and drive to California.

The Ferdinand Fund was a very good idea of Ferdinand's. Homelessness hadn't gone up by a single person since the Fund had come into acting, and had actually gone down. Houses were bought for many homeless people, and there were even some private builders bought to build more houses, specially designed to stay warm at night. Ferdinand's approval levels had leveled off, and his political advisor told him it wouldn't be long before it would go up. Once he was back in the good books of everybody, he'd be able to comfortably win the Libertarian Primaries in 2020. To be seen helping people, Ferdinand was to go on television.

Ferdinand is standing infront of a house that was the home of a homeless person. It was paid for by the Ferdinand Fund. Ferdinand walks up to the door and knocks. A man in a sweater and jeans answers, and smiles, and invites Ferdinand in. The cameraman walks behind them. Inside the two men shake hands, and the homeless man makes a cup of tea for Ferdinand. They then talk for awhile:

"Im very happy to see you in a home, out of the cold night air," Ferdinand says.

"Thanks to you and the Ferdinand Fund," says the homeless man, "Im warm at night, and I can also find a job now that I have a home."

"Im very happy to hear that," says Ferdinand, "But dont thank me, thank the people of Miami and beyond for their generosity."

Later Ferdinand realized he needs to help people in more ways than just giving them homes. Diseases and viruses are terrible and can kill people. The Zika virus could kill Florida at any moment too, if people aren't prepared. So Ferdinand decided to contact someone to help him protect people against diseases and viruses.

To Donald Johnson,

Hello Mister Johnson, Im Ferdinand Simpson, a very big fan of yours. Im Mayor of Miami, and like you, I want to help people. Ive already helped people by giving them houses, but I want to help them by protecting them against viruses like Zika. Doctors help people all the time about this, and I think you can help me and help Miami. I invite you to my home here in Miami for a discussion about protecting Miami.
