Forgive my ignorance but who is currently running for Governor of Virginia?

- A foreign policy of American exceptionalism

Just so you know, it's generally frowned upon to make a self insert character based on your own political ideas. It doesn't have to be a total opposite but breaking new ideological ground with your character and having them have some or many major positions that you personally disagree with is a good idea

Think so? I think it's a lot more damaging then a lot of the earlier stuff he'd said about Israel/Palestine. Not on the shock level of IDF=terrorists, but taking away the shield he had of being anti Israel as a political position rather than anti semitic.

Vilseck for sure is pretty much done with him, and Jared's probably not gonna give him any favors

Arthur Arlen, Mayor of Norfolk, liberal Democrat, environmentally minded

Moses Clearwater, former Congressman and Air Force vet, coming off as pretty liberal himself, specially on healthcare

He needs to pick a side and stick with it with the top two primary. He has a shot at victory as a blue dog Dem who'll pull enough GOP votes w/incumbency to get into the top two and take it, and he would have a shot sliding left and hoping to outlast the Prog, but staying in between isn't going to do him many favors

He seems to be mostly falling in the blue dog side but lurches back left occasionally, he's gotta choose a lane at some point pretty soon, probably 3/4ths in the conservadem lane currently

An SC vote won't totally block him from swinging left later, its a hurdle but not a wall, but if something like abortion comes to a big vote in the Sen then its decision time

Good luck with that- she reached out to Republican state organizations that she knows, and she knows pretty much all of them. It’s just that the Women’s and Asian American groups are the ones she’s most active in.

Plus, you know, planning months in advance.
