Perhaps Mosquitoes are actually a really common demonic species that was released upon Gaiaca and never could be fully wiped out with the concentrated power of the gods and man combined... not that it means Tenaembra has any control over the little buggers either.... he just thought everyone else should have to suffer as he does.

I like Aerion, because it's like someone shoved a Neutral Evil or a Chaotic Neutral right into a party of Good characters. Adds a little spice to the mixing pot.

Short post, but I just wanted to make something to, at least, keep up.

And the prospect of no-questions-asked transport where she's stuck with the group is a good way of keeping Gwendolyn with the party until she feels bonded enough to not run away asap.

One good battle should do the trick. Maybe a Watchtower ship attacks on the high seas, and we have an epic, swashbuckling battle of cultists versus pirates. And they could be Watchtower stealth operatives, too. *nods*

To me, he comes off as Chaotic Evil masquerading as Chaotic Neutral because the DM won't allow evil characters.

I think of him more as neutral Evil, like he's a dick but everything he does is for himself. He doesn't have a code but also won't run around fighting everyone and smashing things up when he's sober, he's just selfish.

Probably. The Galllian Empire had Yuelkelu as a protectorate in the ancient days, because of course you protect the tropical island paradise from the ravages of hellspawn, and assuming Tsubaki is somewhere near Yuelkelu missionaries would have canoed their way over eventually.
