I downloaded a character creation/worldbuilding app on my Chromebook the other day, and it's inspired me to finally flesh out the different bits of Galllia some more. I've expanded the information on the U.G.F. with a little bit more history of when exactly it came into being and when exactly Kayarost invaded, as well as a description of Albrion's climate, natural resources, and economy, and a brief history of the Halvefori minority within the country.

The common demons were all about the height of an ordinary man. This one stood more around the stature of an Elemental, close to seven feet tall.

Tristan is favoured by the divines, which is why he's been able to mate with a real woman despite being under 6 feet tall. :P
He is less than 6', right? I sorta forgot
Ameriganastan wrote:...Wait, Elementals are seven feet tall?

Not exactly. They're generally over 6 feet, but 7' is still unusual for them. I was envisioning this demon being slightly taller than Alexei.

Yeah. I think in the previous iteration I gave a number that actually made him remarkably short compared to the rest of the cast (5'6? I think?), but IIRC that was based on some numbers you gave on average people height, plus I didn't really know at the time Elementals were generally taller than humans. Given what we've seen on this thread people in general are clearly a lot taller than previously noted (and Tristan presumably grew) so those numbers probably don't apply anymore :P

I still think he probably wouldn't be that tall, though. Something like 5'8, or maybe 5'10 is better? Idk.

If Elementals really were 7 feet tall even Hakkon would be a short boi :P

On an unrelated note, can I write out the fight with the big boy, or do you want to control his actions?

Other franchises worry about power creep. Elementals just has height creep. :p But yeah, that makes sense. Tristan was only 17 in Elementals 2, so he'd still have a few years of growing left in him.

I don't think I've ever given a specific height for Eric. I picture him as being a good sized guy, maybe like 6'1, 6'2. You can't swing a longsword around like that if you're a runt after all.

I enjoyed it! I'm glad to see the demons I had attack in this round have proven to be a good challenge thus far, while still letting the PC's show off their growing powers. I like the contrast between Tristan and Hakkon while they're working together too.
