Fair enough. On the upside, not having to write an update gives me time for my other main writing project at the moment: the history of Yelhennei.
Rup, where had you envisioned Catrin going off to? Is she in a shop, a dusty shack? I had an idea for something to drop in to keep things rolling a bit there but I'd like more context before I get to writing.

"Put that down, Mr. Eric." He said. "She's obviously not a chicken."

Ameri's got her maybe a little predisposed at the moment. Lol

In the meantime though, relevant question: Const, would Fenrirtusk be a reliable symbol of someone favored by the gods, or are such weapons common enough that they're not that strong as symbols? I figure it's an important thing to ask, since the Duke's court is clearly devout (or at least the Duke himself)

Mageforged weapons capable of conducting and boosting magic are generally relics from the golden age of the Galllian Empire or even earlier, so they're important symbolically. Fenrirtusk can glow extra special or something since Froenstia herself gave it to Tristan, and people might be more willing to believe what he says about being her champion if people like the Consul of Yuelkelu and Bismarke Van Aurenheim believe him.

Gotcha, sounds good.
Though for some reason I feel like bringing up Bismarke isn't a great idea

This reminds of the time I came up with a short-lived WW2-mecha Elementals spinoff on a snowday.

It wasn't mandatory, but highly recommended. I ended up moving back home and picking up a night shift job at the local grocery store to help my folks out a little bit during this crunch period. We'll be fine - the adjustment period has just been a little strange. Balancing online classes and work isn't nearly as hard as I anticipated it would be, thankfully.

That was a scam, we never got to the mechs
