It's funny - when the stars align and I'm in the mood for it, it's pretty easy to slam down a couple thousand words.
Other times, it takes like a week to scrap up three or four paragraphs. Writing consistency is not a virtue of mine, tragically.

I feel this. I've long since convinced myself that A) short writing isn't necessarily bad writing and vice versa, and B) I'm rarely going to be on my best writing and that's alright.

I too have that struggle with consistency, no surprise. I feel like I have a bit of a harder time with that since I want to try describing as much as I can to help the players see as much of this world as possible, as there's a lot of it I have in my head that takes me a while to share with everyone else. Plus I guess when it takes me a while to get an update out it makes me want to make it longer and fuller to make it worth the wait, making a vicious spiral.

Also, a bit of a random lore-thought. Perhaps the reason that the Garmiccians attributed Ferruoston as the god of war is because of the metallic smell/taste of blood. Along with weapons and tools, obviously.
I'm probably going to rewrite that scrappy religion writeup I made for the Garmiccian Helreskaffen Church at some point, after I get caught up to date in the main plot.

Oof. Yeah, I get that mindset. I for one would kill for more frequent updates though, even if they come at half, or one fourth the size of your bigger posts
Not that you should compromise post quality in exchange for frequency, mind you. Neither frequency nor quantity equal quality.

I mean, technically Erosen is a fallen Nature Elemental, but I also chose Nature in the poll because I really would like to have been a Nature Elemental. Erosen started from something I genuinely was interested in, but he went off on his own... path.

I got you beat. I'm in the top 0.003 percent on the entire site for advanced law enforcement. 6th in the whole NS world, baby. Hooty hoot.
