If moving the plot forward isn't cool, let me know, but I figured it'd be okay.

I think Everard planned to have the raid start at 10, not midnight. Also a very minor point for future reference: Gaiaca has two moons. Although they have different phases, so it's fine having only one be out at a time. But having your people start things off is fine by me; Lisoette or one of my many NPC's isn't in charge of the scheme.

Just need a right time to introduce the Jinmaos. I take it the plot has already progressed?

So Aerion doesn't like sand, because it's rough, coarse, and gets everywhere?

MInroz wrote:Just need a right time to introduce the Jinmaos. I take it the plot has already progressed?

Right now the main group is rowing towards a pirate ship, so your characters probably wouldn't bump into them. But Eric the Sage is in the docks being chased by a horse of pirates to distract them all while the others steal their ship. The Jinmaos could get lost in Carogne, wind up in the shady part of town, and accidentally stumble upon Eric and the pirates.

Time for Tristan and Caitrin to get us aboard.
For really, I think that the poorest he that is in England hath a life to live as the greatest he. And therefore truly, Sir, I think it's clear that every man that is to live under a Government ought first by his own consent to put himself under that Government. And I do think that the poorest man in England is not at all bound in a strict sense to that Government that he hath not had a voice to put himself under.

Hey Wood, couldn't Aerion have simply addressed Tristan after climbing up instead of stopping him?

I was thinking of making a 2nd character who's an ordinary human, does anyone have any ideas how you could make an ordinary human important for the group to keep around>

Giving him a valuable skill that nobody else in the group has would be a good idea to start with - some form of book smarts that could come in handy, or a specific trade (armor/weapon maintenance perhaps?). Besides, as long as the character's willing to help out, they should fit in the group just fine. Angelle sword aside, Eric's a normal human and he gets by - doesn't get overshadowed during battles either, since he has military training.

Jimhao's a genius and the spider can repair stuff. I was thinking maybe like a detective-esque character? But I'm not really sure how that could come in useful consistently, and it might be a pain for Const if he has to start hinting at clues.

That's definitely an option, you'll just have to wait to hear back from Const on that front, but at a glance it sounds interesting. As for the other options, fair enough on the second point, but on the first, I'm sure if you picked an area of expertise Min wouldn't mind steering clear of it with his character.
