Name: Valentia Eversharp
Age: 29
Height: 171cm
Weight: 49kg
Appearance:(Image)
Race: Human
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Class: Warlock - Great Old One Patron (Atropus, the World Born Dead).
Biography: Born the daughter of a vaguely high-class courtesan in Barrfhionn, Valentia Eversharp never got to meet her father and, in her living memory, has likewise never met her mother, either, the young child instead swiftly given to an orphanage for the children of somewhat wealthier families. Her tenure there, luckily enough for her, involved being taught how to read and write, skills that would come to be of use later on in her life as she was sent off to work at a library as an assistant clerk, mostly responsible for dusting things off but for placing books on their respective shelves as well. From her sixteenth to her twentieth, Valentia worked there with not much else in the way of a future ahead of her and, while dull, this suited her fine enough - it was better than plenty of other lives one could lead, after all, although she has always been left wondering who her parents exactly were.
This life changed, for better or worse, when Valentia found herself having to rearrange some old books to put several returned tomes back on the shelves. One of the books fell off of its shelf, wide open, and when she picked it up, the woman collapsed - almost hurled backwards as a powerful, and in her eyes most certainly magnificent, force entered her mind, promising endless power and knowledge in exchange for the occasional service. As she put it back on its shelf, Valentia started pondering on the possibilities, and later that day, in the middle of the night, a deal was made with Atropus, the World Born Dead. Since then, she has set out, travelling across the world, exploring ancient ruins, dungeons, and all manner of forgotten places to find the knowledge both she and her patron crave, finding herself awarded for every service performed - this has so far primarily involved the acquisition of certain tomes and items, as well as other, more strange things such as the sacrificing of a lamb in an open field in the middle of the night as the moon shines from up high. And so it is she travels the world still, occupied with whatever she decides she wishes to know of more next, performing the occasional task for her patron, acquiring more knowledge and power in the process - although perhaps cruelly enough, Atropus itself remains shrouded in mystery even to her.
Personality: Valentia is a quiet and reserved person, generally with little interest or care for the feelings of others and those around her - except for when such information would be useful to either her, or her patron. Nevertheless, she is an inquisitive figure, ever on the hunt for further knowledge to obtain, shying away from very little to get what she needs, although she is not one to cross local authorities much. Her patron's instructions appear only on a rare few occasions and she is usually left to her own devices, and she is left to be a highly independent individual - although when she is given instructions, her behavior may very well change sporadically as she sees to fulfilling her orders at once. Self-preservation is key, and it would be unwise to deny the will of one of the Old Ones, after all...
Strength: Physically weak. Not entirely helpless, but certainly not strong (8).
Dexterity: Not particularly fast - slower than the average, even (8).
Constitution: Just about average. Somewhat frail, but notoriously resistant to illness, it'd seem! (10)
Intelligence: A real nerd, and a smart one at that. Reading pays off, friends! (16)
Wisdom: Relatively wise, thanks to a combination of book-smarts, street-smarts and overall experience (14).
Charisma: While not particularly charismatic, she is very good at both reading and talking into people, as well as lying and deceiving others where necessary (16).
Skills: Arcana, Deception, Investigation
Cantrips: Eldritch Blast (of course!), Prestidigitation, Poison Spray
Spells: Dissonant Whispers, Charm Person, Hellish Rebuke, Unseen Servant, Shatter, Illusory Script
Items: Leather armor, dark-grey cloak, shortsword, two daggers, light crossbow + 20 bolts, scholar's pack, component pouch.

Age: 21
Height: 5 foot
Weight: 140 lbs
Appearance: She's a curvy, kinda chubby young lady who has curly, cloud-like hair (which she colors pink with potions) that reaches to her shoulders, deep brown smooth skin, a round face with round dark eyes and full lips. She wears round glasses and traditional wizard garb (robes, staff, hat, you name it). She usually wears short robes and trousers for traveling and battle, full-length robes for formal occasions.
Race: Human
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Class: Wizard
Biography: Dio was born in Neverwinter to Nia Hawkthorn (née Elsamar), a retired wizard adventurer, and her father Diomedes (whom she was named after) was a paladin devoted to the service of Oghma. She was the only child and as her parents had retired from adventuring a few years before she was born, things were rather uneventful and her life was quiet except for her growing up on adventure stories, both of her parents and the patrons of the inn that they ran. She would dabble in a little bit of everything when she was a kid, hoping to find her niche. Swords definitely weren’t her strong suit; and she wasn’t religious enough to be a cleric so she decided on wizardry...something she took to with absolute gusto. Her mother taught her some things at home, but then she went to a real wizard school when she got old enough and proved quite an adept student. She was no prodigy but she picked up things fairly quickly and always applied herself to her studies.
It wasn’t all work, work, work though...she made time for her friends which included one Ciril Teak, the son of a local warlock and one of the people Dio played with as a child. They often worked together on projects, studied together and hung out together...eventually they grew closer and their friendship turned into something a bit deeper. The two would go on to marry after their graduation, and it was then that they started their travels together. They would go around the world to learn all the different types of magic they could and do some adventuring on the way...eventually they may settle down, but not anytime soon.
Personality: Dio is a sweet and bubbly character, almost uncharacteristicallu cheerful. She’s friendly to almost everybody at first and is willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, but she’s a creature of highs and lows as well. When she’s happy, she’s really happy but when she’s in a foul mood, it takes a LOT to get her out of said mood. She’ll give anybody a chance, but if you fuck up badly...good luck getting a second chance. Although she usually has her nose in a spellbook, she’s far more introverted than most wizards and loves hanging out with friends and her husband (they’re joined at the hip, those two.) If anybody ever screwed with him, you’re definitely on her shit list for life.
Strength: She’s decently strong, can throw a hard punch/kick or swing a weighty staff as a weapon if necessary, but not much beyond that (9)
Dexterity: Without magic, not very fast unfortunately (7)
Constitution: She’s quite healthy, she rarely got sick as a child and even now (12)
Intelligence: Top three in her class? I can say so (15)
Wisdom: She’s a bit naïve about seeing the good in people so I’d give her about a 11
Charisma: Charming, funny and adorable. What more could you want? (12)
Skills: Arcana, History, Investigation
Cantrips: Magic Missile, Arcane Lock, Shield
Spells: Blade Ward, Ray of Frost, Dancing Lights, Fire Bolt, Lightning Lure, Mending

Race: Dragonborn
Alignment: Lawful Good
Class: Paladin
Biography: Born to a humble family of stonemasons in the Barrfhion Kingdom, Valyassa grew up idolizing tales of heroism, especially the tales of valiant knights charging into the field in protection of their allies. Some would say her fascination with those stories is a tad bit childish, but they gave the lass something to look up to in her formative years, and long after. When she learned at fifteen that the local temples were training dedicated members of the faithful as clerics and paladins in response to the aftermath of the Magic Wars, to say she eagerly jumped at the opportunity to answer the call, promising her family she would visit as often as she can.
Her time as a squire could have gone better, though. Her size and strength, which normally was of great help with her clan's work with masonry, proved to be a hindrance at first, with her refusing to talk about what she calls the 'Chapel Incident" for months, though she soon learned how to control her strength for the most part. After completing her training years later, she left the city in which she was raised to wander the region, much like the knights in the tales she enjoyed growing up. The first few months were hard, but she never lost her faith, even as she saw communities occasionally struggle to rebuild from the war, stopping to help in any way she could. Little did she know the paths she walked would lead her to an adventure that would truly be worthy of song.
Valyassa, like many members of her race, is quite tall and resplendent, standing at a towering 7'0" with hefty weight to match, a hide of silvery scales gently shimmering across her frame. Some have joked that it's hard to tell wear the scales end and the armor begins with her, but none can doubt her enthusiasm and desire to lend a hand wherever she can, even as she follows the example of her fellow Paladins and the knights in the stories she loved as a child.
Personality: Valyassa, to put it gently, is extraordinarily trusting of others, always seeing the best in people even in the worst of times, and like most Dragonborn wears her heart on her sleeve. There are times when it seems she has difficulty comprehending the very notion that some people can be cruel for the sake of it, but hopes that some people can be turned to a better path. She always tries to handle things diplomatically, with varying degrees of success, due to a gentle disposition and overall distaste for violence, though her protective streak towards those she considers friends can be... problematic depending on the situation.
Strength: She greatly annoyed the leadership of the knights who taught her when she accidentally tore the chapel door off it's hinges. God only knows what a punch would do...
Dexterity: She can sustain a sprint for a few moments, but overall is of average speed
Constitution: Robust physical health and physical endurance is a must in her field of work
Intelligence: She may be of average intellect, but she still enjoys a good book every now and then
Wisdom: She could use some experience in the field, but her street-smarts are passable (if a tad bit naive from time to time)
Charisma: To say she has a charming, if somewhat unnerving smile (pointed teeth are a little off-putting to people, as it turns out) is putting it mildly. Her fellow squires once joked that if she weren't training for the calling of a Paladin, she would have made a good contender for a political position due to having a "tongue made of silver".
Skills: Persuasion, Athletics, Insight
Cantrips: (Does Lay On Hands and Divine Sense count?)
Spells: Wrathful Smite, Crusader's Mantle, Remove Curse, Cure Wounds, Shield of Faith, Bless
Items: Longsword, shield, plate armor, holy symbol and text, spare clothes, rations

Huh! Paladins only have 3 spell slots at Level 3. I was not aware of this (pardon me, I am still learning). What it seems you picked were your starting proficiencies, not actual Cantrips. At level 1 a Paladin would have no spells available to them...but it seems you’ve picked your Spells already. Did you check that all of them are available for Paladins to use?
