So I've come up with a system/world/time travel gimmick/device called the Time-Stones. You can go anywhere, anytime, any place, as long as you have a certain crystal and know the location of where you're going. The Time Stones consist of 7 standing stones, then two inner layers, a circle of smaller stones for the second, with a circle stone in the very middle. To activate, you simply hold the crystal above your head, and merely say the time and place/location of where you want to go.
Can these be used in the RP? There'll be one on Outset in the Fairy Woods if you say yes

Hat Kid

Series of Origin: A Hat in Time

Hat Kid possess a wide variety of hats which give her special abilities. The Sprint cap lets her run fast. The Ice hat lets her turn into an ice statue. The Brewing hat lets her throw explosive concoctions. The Dweller Mask lets her bring special objects in or out of existence. The Time Stop hat lets her briefly stop time. And of course her standard little top hat. These hats can be switched between at the drop of a hat (puns, get it?). Hat Kid is also very cute, which might distract some people? Maybe?

Hat Kid is extremely agile, able to do a wide variety of jumps and dives to maneuver around. She also holds a hookshot, similar to Link's, allowing her to swing from anything from lamp posts to strings of flags. She also has an umbrella which she can use to float... or you know just hit people with.

While her hats' grant a lot of her powers, unfortunately if she loses her Hats she becomes severely weakened. Hat Kid is also not very physically strong, meaning she needs to win through cleverness rather than brute strength. Even then she's not really meant to fight in the first place.

Super Hat Powers! Hat Kid's hat abilities are given a boost! Running faster, seeing Dweller objects for longer, bigger explosions, ...colder ice...? But most notably, the Time Stop hat, allowing her to pause time for far longer. This can be used to get out of tough situations or to deal some big damage while they're stopped.

Big Ralph Jones is a skilled brawler whose punches are strong enough to break through wood. He is also a former bodybuilder who is able to lift up to 5 times his own body-weight.

Jab: Ralph throws a punch towards his opponent.
Kick: Ralph tries to kick an opponent in the abdomen.
Snarl: Ralph snarl's at his opponent in a attempt to intermediate them.
Tommy Gun Blast: Ralph fires a blast from his tommy-gun.
Dirt Throw: Ralph throws dirt in his opponents eyes.

Ralph is not the brightest bulb in the socket and can be easily outwitted.

Shoulder Ram: Ralph holds his shoulder out and uses it as a battering ram to charge at all of those in his way.
