Predominantly canon, but Legends or non-canon tech can be allowed under an extremely regulated/case-by-case basis.

What about ship classes and stats? Most of the technical data for warships and the best organizational information is in Legends (As is the best Imperial tank of the GCW Era).

Character Faction: Czerka Corporation --- The third largest arms manufacturer in the galaxy with a sorrid reputation from its early days during the old republic. The corporation, extensively working with the empire to provide adequate munitions and small arms to the imperial army, now wishes to expand beyond third place with the aid of the emperor and lord vader.
Systems: No direct control over any system
Allied Systems: Systems still in control of the emperor and those that house Czerka facilities
Biogrpahy: Hellman Stryder was born in into poverty in the year of 57 BBY. His mother died in childbirth and his father disappeared shortly after the pregnancy has begun thus leaving the young child an orphan to the streets. He spent the majority of his childhood living in the criminal underbelly of Coruscant. It was here that the young child would turn to theft and other criminal behaviors in order to survive. At age 14, Stryder had become immersed in the organized crime of Coruscant. He would quickly work his way into these criminal organizations as a gun smuggler, often killing members of the Coruscant Security Forces who patrolled the underworld. Upon reaching 19, Stryder had reached a notable level of distinction as an arms dealer and smuggler however he eventually decided to leave to the planet in order to begin an interplanetary arms smuggling ring along with some of his allies from Coruscant. This smuggling ring would take out contracts with hundreds of different criminal organizations throughout the galaxy. Stryder would operate in this ring until the age of 26 when he would retire from the criminal scene in order to pursue a nobler career. He would quickly find himself working among various arms manufactures that provided weapons to both the republic and independent systems. He would eventually settle down at The Czerka Corporation at the age of 35 where he was designated as the head overseer of several Czerka Facilities. This, and his knowledge concerning the arms markets, enabled Stryder to quickly rise through the corporations ranks. He was eventually elected President of the company in 8 BBY. The first 6-7 years of his tenure would see extensive dealings with the new galactiv empire resulting in a mass expansion of the company

Be advised that the following is a list of recommendations; I hold no real authority and just like to take the scalpel to applications.

• The formatting is meh. Bolding is everywhere and makes the application ugly.
• The application biography does not meet minimum length standards.
• "Hellman" is a meme first name. Not really a big deal, but honestly sorta made me laugh.
• Your RP Example is a link to a thread, not your individual posts. This stated, I looked-through that thread and found only four posts, two of which are retcons and the other two are...mediocre at best, if not less than average. Reading blocks of text is neither interesting nor easy, one of which being what seems to be a mere history of an organization.
• If you can't find a suitable image, describe him suitably. As it stands, I have no idea if the man looks like a kindly grandfather, his face with smile-lines, or a hardline bastard, eyebrows slanted down and thick like he's a James Bond villain. If you need examples as to how to describe, I suggest asking yourself the questions "How is his face shaped" (Oval, triangular with a sharp chin, circular with full cheeks), "Is he active physically" (Body fat, musculature, how musculature is distributed, is it obvious to a viewer if there is musculature), hair length, etc etc etc.
• Multiple misspellings are present.
• A rapid rise through the criminal underworld with no mention of the Black Sun is unrealistic at best. Were he to achieve the scope of work so easily, he'd surely have a few visits from assassins, a hostile takeover, be bought out, etc etc.
• One does not really retire from the criminal scene.
• A man with experience as a gun runner and arms dealing becomes a head of several facilities? With no experience, background, or education in the matter? Heavily, heavily unlikely.

Biography: Raith Sienar was a prominent engineer during the closing years of the Galactic Republic and early days of the Galactic Empire, producing countless highly advanced designs, most well-known among them the TIE fighter; he was also the originator of the concept for the Death Star. Ambitious and keen, Sienar was raised inside the Sienar family, which had run the prominent shipbuilding concern Santhe/Sienar Technologies for thousands of years. When Palpatine declared himself Galactic Emperor, he placed Sienar in command of a new company, Sienar Fleet Systems, where Sienar designed the iconic TIE/IN starfighter and became one of the new Empire's primary arms providers.

With the fracturing of the Empire, due to deaths of the Emperor, and his long-time friend and ally, Grand Moff Tarkin; initially, Sienar was deeply troubled by the news, as it meant that the company will lose the main procurer of their products. With the threat of the Alliance and Warlords, under the advice of Lady Valles Santhe of the Santhe family, Raith Sienar seized control over the remaining Imperial fleets in the Greater Tion region, in order to consolidate enough forces to protect the company's assets. Moreover, acknowledging the increasing need to counter Alliance starfighters, under Sienar's guidance, Sienar Fleet Systems began to replace the faulty TIE/LN starfighters with the increase in the production of the more adept TIE/IN interceptor, and also the increased investment in experimental craft such as the Defender, Avenger, and Phantom projects.

As news reached Lianna of the re-emergence of the Empire, under Emperor Vader; knowing it would help recover the lost business and help fund Sienar projects, Sienar declared his allegiance to the reformed Empire. Furthermore, due to the increased importance of the Sienar's starfighter facilities in the Tion Cluster, the Imperial ruling council decided to form a new Oversector, based around the Greater Tion region, in which the governorship of the aforementioned sector, was given to Raith Sienar. Moreover, due to the increased need for cheap resources for the various projects, Sienar heavily invested into the Corporate Sector Authority.

Due to his increased power, Grand Moff Sienar had an increasing role in the development of his company, as his new powers allow the greater procurement of materials for the various projects of Santhe/Sienar Technologies. Furthermore, with the increase of investment to the company by the Empire, Sienar was able to purchase many of the shares held by rival board members, ensuring that his control over the company will be unchallenged.

Biograpahy: Barath was born on Alsakan as the son of two prominent politicians. His earliest years were busy ones, filled with rigorous lessons in politics and etiquette. Barath was destined for the aristocracy or to perhaps one day himself become a Senator in the Galactic Republic. He did well in school and learned all of the necessary etiquette required for life as a diplomat or a politician. He graduated second in his class of around 4,000 pupils, with all by the slightest difference between his marks and the Durosian that outdid him. Following this first "defeat" he began to dislike Aliens in general, but Durosians in particular.

At the age of seventeen he was an adult in Alsakan. Free from his family's influence he fell in with a gang of Revolutionaries bent on taking over the planet by force and bringing about a "Galactic Revolution." Almost immediately he began to prove to be an asset to the group, though his ambition ultimately led to him violently beating out his rivals so as to eventually become the leaders second in command. He proved adept in organizing men and getting things done, by force if necessary. Killing, robbery and general savagery was the norm, though he expected ultimate loyalty from his men.

He is famous locally for leading the Ale House Coup with his Revolutionaries. They managed to seize several cities across the Planet but were crushed as they marched on its most important city. He was arrested along with many of his fellow Revolutionaries and while some of them were put to death, he was able to captivate the courthouse where his trial was held, using the situation to lay out his plan for Alsakan if he should gain power. He also exposed corrupt judges and politicians and other sensitive information, leading to a deal between him and the Alsakan Judge presiding over the hearing. He was released after only four months, with the promise that he would leave in exile after his imprisonment. He spent two months in prison and in that time created his political manifesto The Illness inx Our Government.

His intentions at the time were to return and lead a political revolution that would shock the Galaxy in its tenacity. Alas, he ended up following a different course. In a shady bar on Coruscant, he learned from a pirate about fighting on a planet known as Carnelion IV. Apparently the two sides in the conflict were locked in some sort of endless struggle. He saw opportunity in this and departed immediately for the planet. His first attempt failed due to the dense debris surrounding Carnelion IV, but on his second attempt he was able to land on its surface. He established himself as a Mercenary first with the Closed Faction, working with them for four months and making vast sums of money. Due to disputes with his employers, he switched sides to the Open Faction for the next two months of the war.

After six months on the planet, the war ended when a Jedi known as Anakin Skywalker landed with his Padowan. A peace was settled and without work on the ruined planet, Barath was forced to leave and search for further conflicts. For several years he traveled and worked alongside bounty hunters and others in the criminal underworld. Simultaneously he spoke again with his family, who helped him meet corrupt politicians. These politicians eventually helped him become an Officer in the new Grand Army of the Republic during the Separatist Crisis.

He was undergoing training during the battle of Geonosis and joined the 501st Legion on Christophsis. He would remain with the legion for two years until a falling out with the head of the Legion, Anakin Skywalker. Rather than resign from the GAR, he began training as a Naval Officer and proceeded to join the GAR's Navy. He was stationed near the core worlds and was close to the newly christened Emperor Palpatine. He was a long time supporter of Palpatine and quickly became a loyalist. He worked tirelessly to assist in the completion of Order 66, having become a crucial cog to logistics.

He participated along with other Imperial Officers in the Western Reaches Pacification Operations. He would later grow fond of Wilhuff Tarkin and became a close political ally of his, despite later condemning the destruction of Alderaan (which held a predominantly Human population.) He also developed a rivalry with Darth Vader, though it was never so intense as to escalate towards a confrontation between the two. He would continue as a Naval Officer for some time and would also remain a staunch loyalist to Palpatine, even when it was politically unsafe to do so. This loyalty eventually allowed him to attain the rank of Moff of the Cassander System.

When news of Palpatines death reached Cassander, Barath realized that there would be chaos. He purged and executed his enemies in a swift cull and began to ready his fleet for immediate action. No attack came as the Empire was thrown into shambles. There was no clear successor and when Vader declared himself the new Emperor, Barath publicly opposed him. Barath understands that both his career and his life will not be safe. He is determined to overthrow Vader and become Emperor, believing that is the only way the Rebellion can be crushed. His fleets are mobilized and he intends to march on the Albarrio Sector, specifically the planet Mygeeto. With its vast wealth he intends to begin construction of a second fleet, as well as reequip his stormtroopers with new gear. He has also received news that a young local woman that he had...relations with has given birth to his child, a son.
