“Well my side hurts like hell, the anesthesia is just barely cutting it but...” he sat up a bit “I’m happy to have a beautiful girl waiting for me” he smiled “we are also running out of time to find Hannah and good feelings say there is another group involved” “But it might be better if you gave me a kiss” He puckered up grabbing his mask prepared to put it on if she tries to punch him or stab him

“So you come here often” she tried to make conversation with the machine “so like anything new or what?” She smiles lightly

"I haven't been outside the factory where I was stationed as a guard. My armor managed to protect me from the gun mode of an assassin's blade and the lash of a light whip, but not from my blade. I only need repairs to my armor and internal components." The "Armored Metal Demon" said to Toshi as he stared at his Ōdachi, CHET etched onto the blade. "In case you are wondering, my name is Chet." The "Armored Metal Demon" said to Toshi.
Gith
"I received a message from your boss. She has transferred half of the reward for destroying the "Metal Demons" and their "Nest" into your account, but she said that you need to lie low for now." Gith said to Ophidian Viper.

[Xichung]

“Well I was only planning on making out with you, so what do you say?” He smiled innocently but his thoughts were the opposite of that “and anything after is for fun”

toshi

“Chet, Interesting, well I’m toshi Alice.” A half lie, least to hid her full identity “I’m hunting a young named Hannah, she is the way to rose” she looked at the blade “how did you loose your sword in the first place?”

[Flarbinia]

"Some wannabe treasure hunter stole my blade while I was in recharge mode, somehow managing to avoid tripping the alarms. I do not know this Rose, but I suspect that you are a bounty hunter." Chet said to Toshi before being escorted into the repair garage. "Could you do me a favor and go into sleep mode? I don't want to hear you scream. A lot of my customers tend to do that." The bull shark Faunus in overalls said to Chet. "No. I want to see the upgrades for myself, Jaws. Your sign did say buy a replacement part, get an upgrade free, didn't it?" Chet asked the bull shark Faunus. "Yes, but I don't normally serve droids and my customers usually keep their racism to themselves." The bull shark Faunus replied as he began the process, the armor and breastplate being removed. "The good news is that whoever stabbed you missed your reactor. The bad news is that your partner will be pissed when she sees the repair bill." The bull shark said to Chet as he took out wires, circuits, and components, his assistants providing him with tools. He then began the process of replacing what he had taken out and upgrading what he can. Once it was over, Chet walked out of the room, his armor having a shiny chrome and pewter finish, the bull shark Faunus handing Toshi the repair bill.

Toshi

she took a deep breath looking at the bill and breathed out clicking her tongue "your killing me chet" she took out a credit card and swiped, reluctantly putting in the code for it, watching with sadness as it drained her account "there it all goes" she basically at tears losing pretty much all her money she earned and saved.

"Why are you crying? There will be plenty of bounties for you to collect during your mission." Chet said to Toshi as he pointed towards a bulletin board where there were bounties posted, fifty in total. "The last three are deadbeats who owe me a lot of money. They are probably in Mantle by now. I will throw in a discount if you avoid any serious damage to their cybernetics." The mechanic said to Toshi as she took the bounties off the wall, seventeen of which were wanted for questioning in Atlas and Mistral.

She looked at Chet sadly “o-ok, curse my kind heart” she takes a few “I’ll get to them when I finish my current mission “

"One of my customers told me that they saw a Jane Doe with silver eyes cheaked into a roach infested no-tell motel in Mantle, right across the street from a funeral home belonging to a gang called the Snow Leopards. You can tell by the tattoo that the third deadbeats is a member. If Hannah Blikdase is pursuing Ruby Rose, she will most likely be trying to get to Mantle by now. Head northeast until you see a man with a hook for a hand and a Faunus with an eye patch in front of an airship. He says hook, you say fish. He asks for payment, tell him the trip is on Echo. He asks where you want to go, say Mantle. He will take you there." The bull shark Faunus said to Toshi, Chet taking the last three bounties off the bulletin board before the two headed out.

“Where is the motel?” Silver eyes like rose, he luck my be turning around she smiled as she wrote down everything to get to mantle

"You must have the appropriate clearance codes. That's the only way a pilot can get past the Atlesian border without being detained or shot down. Go up the road from the airport, take a left at Fifth and Rhea Avenue, keep going 'till you reach Hyperion Lane, then go right until you see a warehouse covered in feline-themed graffiti. The motel should be right across the street from it." Echo said to Toshi, the agent writing it down the directions before leaving the building. "Even if the target is not at the motel, one of the local gangsters may have loose lips." Chet said to Toshi.

“Indeed And we can easily make one talk if we need to” she smiled following her next lead

Gith. The Next Day
"That bill was expensive. My accounts are halfway from overdrawn. Fortunately, I have some good news. I was talking with one of the new arrivals and he spilled the beans for all the lien in three of your fifty wallets. I don't know how you managed to walk around with hundreds burning in your pockets and not get robbed. So anyway, he saw Hannah head in the direction of the ferry that takes passengers to Gator's Landing. It's the only village with a pilot who has the clearance codes. That should take her a week to reach it on foot, five for us if we stop to resupply in every village on the way. Luckily for us, not only your boss convinced the director of this hospital to have the janitor drive us to the ferry, but she has paid the pilot to take on two additional passengers. However, there is a small but very simple catch: if we harass, harm, or kill any other passengers, he will kick us out. In midair." Gith said to Ophidian Viper.

“Magic is how and” he smiles “I only really like messing with you, your my favorite” he laughs a little and shrug “I’ll get her eventually”

Hannah. Three Weeks later
Hannah Blikdase and Geist were approached the pilot and handed him an envelope full of lien, nine other people waiting behind them. They boarded the airship first, the others following suite.
Gith
"If she's here, I can't see her. Too many tall guys in front of us. We will just have to tail her once we land." Gith said to Ophidian, not even attempting to hide her intentions. Half of the people boarding the airship were bounty hunters, rookies judging by their clothes and equipment, small fry. They weren't a threat, so long as they did not know that Gith and Ophidian were after Hannah.

“Well all I need to do is give her one drop of poison and that’s it” he smiled and kissed her cheek “remember we are a couple going on vacation” he cracked his knuckles “we could get her on the ship, if we find her”

[Flarbinia]

"We are not allowed to harass, harm, or kill passengers. You may have a death wish, but I want my early retirement to not involve falling to my death. Besides, I prefer not to get into shootouts that can be avoided, especially ones where conditions are going to be too cramped for me to use my weapon. As I said before, we will have to tail her once she leaves the airport." Gith said to Ophidian Viper.

“You may not know how poison works, but it does take time to kill a person, it all depends on which one you use” he sighed “Plus this is really our best hope of getting her before she vanish again” he looked at her “trust me she won’t even feel it till it’s too late” he then looked forward “but if you wanna be like that then we must be swift when we land” his mask hiding his frustration

Toshi

“So this flight is taking us to atlas, wonder where in atlas we are going” she smirked happy to go back “man it’ll feel great to go back, I wonder what changed since I’ve been there”

[Flarbinia]

"Considering that your outfit is above a bounty hunter's pay grade, I can safely assume that you are from Atlas Intelligence. I do jobs for them from time to time. Mantle was one of the last known locations of Ruby Rose, so it is Blikdase's most likely destination. I hope you have your clearance code on hand. If you don't, you will be taking the long way home." The pilot said to Toshi as the agent and her android companion boarded the airship. After a few minutes, the airship took off and headed to Mantle.

"i always do, just in case" she smiled and boarded, finding a seat in the back near the entrance

Over International Waters. A Month Later
"Multiple Grimm detected off the starboard bow! If you have a weapon that can shoot, get to a gun port and open fire! If not, get to the starboard turret and open fire!" The pilot shouted as the co-pilot headed to the port turret, knowing that the Grimm could surround them and that more Grimm might be attracted to the fighting. Chet ran to the starboard turrets and lined up his shots, his upgraded built-in targeting system calculating the odds of hitting a target, time momentarily appearing to slow down. He then opened fire, shell casing falling to the ocean below, the Nevermores and Griffins that couldn't dodge the shots dropping like flies.

he watched and scanned the ship for Hannah, to eventually pinpoint her. "she is here, let's keep watching till the ride is over" he smiled, knowing that there is more than enough people here to take out the grimm

toshie

she assisted chet and other members by bringing over more ammo. she shot at any grimm within range.

Hannah
Due to heavy battle damage, the passengers were forced to jump to a platform that was lowered to allow them to board, the airship Hannah had been taking being a civilian vessel while the other was an antiquated supply ship that had been converted into a transport. The passengers who had guns ran to the gun ports while everyone else who could fight boarded the turrets and opened fire. Hannah Blikdase and Geist were firing from the port side of the bow while Ophidian Viper was firing at the Grimm from the starboard side of the stern.

He slowly made his way next to Hannah, using the gimm as an excuse to move closer. He had picked up a tracker bug and he was making his way over to place it on her.

[Flarbinia]

However, Ophidian Viper felt a bayonet getting pressed to his side. "Was denken Sie, dass Sie tun? (what do you think you are doing?)" Geist asked the masked assassin, eight others with the same rifle pointing their bayonets at his throat. "An engagement ring? It is beautiful, but now is neither the time nor the place to try your luck. Sorry about my clones. Ever since my former commanders placed a bounty on my head, they've been overprotective of me. Now get back to your gun port." Hannah Blikdase said to Ophidian Viper as she snatched the tracking device out of his hand and placed it in her pocket, its outward appearance concealing its true nature. Ophidian returned to his side of the ship and resumed fire. After three hours of shooting their way, three Valhalla-Class Destroyers appeared and opened fire, taking out what was left of the Grimm horde in half an hour, the turrets retracting and the passengers getting back to their seats. "Looks like we flew close to a field test of the Atlesian Military's latest airship." Gith said to Ophidian Viper as the airship continued on its way, the pilot habing received the all clear after receiving the clearance code provided by Toshi.

“Wonderful, haven’t seen Atlas in forever, also she is tracked” he smiled and pat gith on the back “maybe we can find you something warmer than that bikini” he put both his hands behind his back head “Hannah, I wonder why you hunt the Rose” he said to himself “you still have your life ahead of you and yet you hunt death” he smiled and laughed a little “look who’s talking, death is the ultimate reward, but it must be filled with honor” he looked at gith “you look beautiful no matter what”
