Magic: The Witch of Arcadia has a vast knowledge of magic, and these are only a fraction of spells she knows. Most of her spells make use of this magic circle which appears as she casts the spell

The Ritual of Metempsychosis - This powerful magic ritual, when performed right, allows for Luana's soul to be transferred from one body to that of another living being. Technically the body does not need to be that of a human, as long as its the body of a living thing. The ritual requires quite a bit of prep work including the construction of a large magic circle drawn in blood, requires time to perform, as such it can not be performed on the battlefield. She can also perform this ritual on another person. If the soul that is being transferred does not bind to the body its being transferred to properly, then the body will experience accelerated aging, but still be usable.

Art de la Vie - The creation of life through magic, an extremely difficult and extremely complex form of magic that takes years to master. Unless it happens to be Through her Art de la Vie, Luana is capable of creating artificial life forms such as golems and the more complex Homunculi. To create any form of artificial life through magic, a few things are required.

First, ingredients are required, golems are simple enough as almost anything can be used to make them. Artificial animal life created through magic are often referred to as chimera (with a lowercase c), and require the use of deceased animal bodies. To make a Homunculi, the same ingredients present in the human body are required.

Second, the proper facilities are required. Golems due to their simplicity can be created anywhere, as long as the Art de la Vie magic circle is drawn around the ingredients. Homunculi and chimera require more sophisticated facilities, as the bodies must mature after creation in specific conditions, along with the use of the same magic circle.

And finally, time is required. While golems can be created in a matter of minutes, chimera can take just as long as golems to create, but require at least 24 hours to mature. Homunculi face the same situation, where the creation of the being takes a few minutes, but the body and being must mature, with Homunculi taking at least three days to mature.

It should also be mentioned that artificial life forms do not last as long as non-artificial life forms. Golems can live for a few days at most, chimera can live for a few months to a few years depending on their creation. Homunculi can survive up to 40 years, compared to the average human life expectancy of 79 years.

Golems are extremely strong physically, chimeras possess slightly greater capabilities than the animals they are based off of. Homunculi though are special. While they can be created to possess slighter greater physical conditions then regular humans, they can also be infused with extra magic, granting them the ability to use magic.

Summon Mantelet Arcadien - The Mantelet Arcadien is what Luana calls her robes and mask that she wears. Of course she doesn't carry it in a bag wherever she goes, or stores it in her home. Instead she possess the ability to summon the Mantelet Arcadien at will. She doesn't just summon it on the ground or in her hands, no, she summons it on to her, replacing her daily clothes.

Summon Lance d'Arcadie - Luana is capable of summoning the magic Lance d'Arcadie.

Vue de L'âme - Luana is capable of seeing ones very soul. In doing so, she can determine what sort of person someone is, and even what they are capable of. Of course, this does require some concentration

Sens de L'âme - Luana is capable of sensing the presence of living beings through their souls in an area of 100 metres around her.

Rêver Marcheur - Using her magic, Luana is capable of entering the dreams of her allies and enemies. She can only enter the dreams of one person at a time, and to do so requires intense concentration, the entering of a meditative state, and either a personal connection to the target, or an item that was once in their possession. As such, she can enter the dreams of any member of the Restoration

Brumeux Images - Luana is capable of using magic, to project her image via harmless illusions across great distances. These Misty Images are capable of interacting with the physical world, and thus provide Luana with information such as what the Brumeux Images saw, heard or felt. Of course, while they look like she is actually there, after being hit once, the Brumeux Images take on a more misty appearance. Each hit then causes the image to appear more misty, until the image finally dissipates. Brumeux Images requires concentration and the entering of a meditative state

Brumes d'Hypnos - Luana is capable of summoning the Brumes d'Hypnos, a purple mist that slowly causes those who breath it in to loss consciousness. It takes time for the mist to do its work, and that time varies from person to person. If someone is tired and they start to breath in the mist, then they will likely not last long before falling unconscious.

Bouclier Psychique - Luana's mind is protected from telepaths and those who would try and control her mind. This is done with her magic, and is a passive effect.

Sainte Barrière d'Arcadie - A powerful defensive spell, the Sainte Barrière d'Arcadie, is capable of blocking nearly all magic attacks, and attacks from magic beings such as demons. The Barrier can not bend, so it can only be cast as a straight barrier.

Vents Violets d'Arcadie - Luana is capable of generating and manipulating the Vents Violets d'Arcadie. These winds can be used for ranged attacks, enhancing her physical capabilities, and sustained flight.

Flammes violettes d'Arcadie - Luana is capable of generating and manipulating the Flammes violettes d'Arcadie. These flames can be used for ranged attacks, enhancing her physical capabilities, and can burn away any magic or metahuman ability.

Glace violette d'Arcadie - Luana is capable of generating and manipulating the Glace violette d'Arcadie. This ice can be used for ranged attacks, enhancing physical capabilities, and can freeze opponents in place.

Foudre violette d'Arcadie - Luana is capable of generating and manipulating the Foudre violette d'Arcadie. This lightning can be used for ranged attacks, enhancing her physical capabilities, and can pierce most all defenses.

Supernatural Abilities: The Witch of Arcadia possess the ability to a heightened physical condition, and a healing factor
Skills: Highly skilled with her spear, a highly skilled shot, and highly skilled in hand to hand. She is also a skilled strategist, and trickster, preferring to avoid direct conflict if necessary. She is also capable of communicating telepathically, and is fluent in English, French, Italian, German, Japanese, and Russian.

Personality:
The Witch of Arcadia is a terror to anyone who gets on her bad side. She will stop at nothing at achieving her goals, and while she tries to turn others to her side, if she finds it impossible or they aren't worthy of Arcadia, she will kill them. She also enjoys manipulating her enemies into doing what she desires. Her attitude towards her allies is completely different however, as she cares deeply for them, and isn't the kind of boss to strike fear into the hearts of her underlings all the time. She only gets angry when she needs to be, and as such only strikes fear into her allies when she needs to. The Witch of Arcadia is also known to be forgiven to her underlings, understanding that they are still only human, or artificially created, and thus are not perfect.

Just the bare essentials here, but he'd be operating in an underground-styled resistance group who're partially supplied by the Cascadian Republic and who could be eradicated by Giwashi forces later on?

Bio: A very recent immigrant to Giwash from Europe, Marcel is a small-time musician with a dream of making it big - and where better to try than in the great international city, Giwash? Of course, success doesn't happen overnight, so at night he works on his pieces and tries to get commissions, while in the day he uses his talent to support himself by teaching at the University of Giwash. Having been there for just under a year, he mainly teaches introductory music (and subs for more advanced classes), as well as a class of introductory theater. Additionally, he's made an effort to be active in student life by becoming one of the advisors for the music and drama clubs, looking to have some fun outside of work, and hoping that maybe it'll give him some inspiration for a hit piece.

In reality, this is all a lie. Marcel, who's real name is Edward, is a member of the Appalachian NSB's Special Collection Service, operating under non-official cover in his first tour. Headhunted while in officer training due to his college major of computer science, years of training and service turned him into a fully equipped operative of the NSB. He hopped around Europe for a year on NSB-falsified documents in preparation to penetrate the city, spending time in France in particular to build up his "legend", before finally coming to Giwash. For now his mission is just to watch and listen, but whenever his superiors need something, he'll be ready.

Bio: Jörg was born in a strict family of 5 German immigrants on the 5th of April, 2032. His family was a civil engineer, and chose to migrate from Hessen in Germany to Cascadia, as Cascadia was in need of engineers to improve the infrastructure during wartime. His uncle Johann Brößler fought the Giwashi troops on the outskirts of Giwash 2022 during the civil war, but he fell against a numerically and tactically superior foe at the age of 16, after lying about his age. This has plagued Jörg ever since. Jörg wasn't born when his uncle passed, but the barrage of propaganda and family stories did really give him in. His two older brothers were smarter than him and graduated at the University of Portland, but Jörg didn't make it, and was so irritated that his inferior intellect gave him such a rough life in his traditional and strict family that he ran from home.

He wanted to join the miitary, but all that Cascadian grunts did was cower to their COs, and the COs were very much like his brothers; Ivy league students and frat boys with little to no combat experience. So, he joined a frontline paramilitary Cascadian seperatist unit near the great big city of Giwash, which often harassed Giwashi farmers and looted their supplies, but more importantly, hacked at the cargo routes that the Giwashi had set up, and sabotaged infrastructure to impact the city state enough to take notice of them. Jörg and the other 9 freedom fighters in their chapter work covertly, with most of them living on the other side of the border where they try to get a level of cover from Giwashi authorities.

He stole his M1911 from his dad, and his experience with the pistol was one of the reasons why the seperatists let him in. They gave him an ArmaLite AR-180B, a model designed in the late '80s, a complete artifact compared to the more modern arms of the time. And so his group marches on, living in constant fear of complete annihilation of a larger Giwashi force, with better equipment, but until the first shots are ringing across their heads, they'll have to get caught, and they're not planning on getting caught yet
