It looks good but the creature taming needs some clarification. Like does your character need time to tame them or is it an instant mind control thing? Does this ability affect wild animals or can you affected creatures tamed or controlled by others? Are there any creatures who can resist his control? Like some being as smart as chimps, dolphins, and elephants for example?

He needs time to tame creatures after knocking them out, and this ability will only effect the wild animals present. Creatures with insufficient intelligence, take for instance small arthropods, which have practically no memory and have a basic consciousness below that of a fish, cannot be tamed. Creatures that have Level III consciousness (the highest level we know today, and only humans have this on Earth) cannot be tamed, as they can think and plan unlike other creatures, thereby they are too smart to let someone tame them. Chimps can be tamed, and so can dolphins, and so can elephants (humans have tamed all of these things).

Can this ability work if the animal was a familiar or a bound summon entity to a mage?

Summary: A galaxy divided!
A year has passed since the Battle of Geonosis, the stalemate between the Grand Army of the Republic and Count Dooku's droid army has not ended. Separatist forces still hold many vital hyperlane routes, blocking access to the Outer Rim to jedi generals and cutting off Republic Forces, all while more worlds continue to join the Confederacy. While the Jedi are occupied fighting a war, no one is left to keep the peace. Chaos and crime spread, and the innocent become victims in a lawless galaxy. Criminal Syndicates, Bounty Hunters, and Smugglers alike all take advantage of these trying times to increase both their coffers and their power. But as the galaxy attention is towards the war none pay to any heeds of strange sightings within the galaxy and the unknown regions. M64, The Black Eye Galaxy; Named the Verenusian Galaxy by its inhabitants, whose systems may all be found in a rather colorful
patch in the bottom right of the main disk
Name: Verenusian People's Union
Universe of Origin: OC
Number of Members: The VPU is a small cluster of star systems in the Black Eye Galaxy, and consists of 14 star systems, with 38 habitable planets and 64 habitable moons. The Verenusian People's Union is an automated post-scarcity communist society of 139.8 billion people, comprised primarily of humans, with a notable android minority and minority races from other universes in the MUDP. A massive war between the VPU and their galactic rival, the Novaran Empire, led to a massive drop in the male population 500 years ago, the effects of which are still seen drastically, as 72% of the VPU is female. This is even more notable within the military, which is 87% female due to a cultural reluctance to send more men to war.
The Verenusian People's Grand Militia has a total of 21.65 billion personnel and 45,806 capital warships.
Notable Members: Fleet Admiral Ovelia Sagalyn, the current chair of the 14 Star Fleets and elected leader of the VPGM; Fleet Admiral of the Motyr System and commanding officer of the VPU Motyria.
Description of Faction's Tech, Powers, & Abilities: The full automation of the VPU's society allows for very rapid technological progression and expedient engineering work. Since the people are free of menial labor, they are free to focus on the arts, humanities, and science; as a result of such a large population having so much time to focus on intellectual pursuits, the VPU is a very technologically advanced society, having access to various advanced computer and weapons systems, mass produced spaceships many hundreds of meters long, deep space stations, warp drives capable of bending spacetime for FTL travel, quantum AI, G-Diffusers copied from Corneria, etc. The lack of societal classes has led to a very stable, equitable society. The lack of corporate or government corruption has allowed the colonized worlds to thrive.
Mikotorma: This is both the mystic life energy present within this universe, but also a physical element it may pool and collect as. This element is used in many ways, including as ship's fuel (powderized, liquid, or slush), ammunition (cannons may fire it as a charged particle energy beam at 99.99% c, or as a plasma-like magnetically-contained explosive mass), FTL (A warp spool is spun around a Mikotorma rod, the rings of the spool acting as the mechanism the Aescerebi use to activate the rod's spacetime warping capabilities), and shielding (see the Aescerebi below). This life energy is also the mystical force behind a number of psychic powers some humans in the universe have, including telepathy, psychic empathy, precognition, barrier creation, energy manipulation (usually in the form of electricity generation), and limited body control and superhuman physical attributes via awakened power. Life energy generators exist to extract Mikotorma from the universe and convert it to power, thus granting the VPU a theoretically limitless source of power for civil use (the technology is too complex and large to be placed on a ship, and hasn't been miniaturized to that point).
The Aescerebi: Massive, interconnected quantum supercomputers placed on the warships of the VPGM, each with its own sapience-level AI programming based on one of three core "theories": id, ego, and superego (instinct, logic, morality). The superbattleships utilize a five-Aescerebos system with two more theories: dream (dream logic is ego's counterpart whereas id is superego's counterpart) and calculus (based on AI-logic rather than the brainscan human-logic used for ego). Individually, each Aescerebos is a sapient artificial intelligence system made to artificially harness Mikotorma as a psychic human would; thus, the Aescerebi are the source for the ship's shielding. They act as a group democratically to come to a given conclusion/action, but each one has its own shielding and psychic ability, meaning that in order to hack into a VPGM ship, one must successfully hack into all Aescerebos units, and as long as a single one is still operable, the ship may run at some limited capacity. Many believe the Aescerebi may imprint on the ships they are a part of, thus technically giving way to living warships; some captains swear their ship has a unique personality.
The Verenusian People's Grand Militia uses a position-centric military model rather than a rank-centric model, with everyone being considered equal, and the chain of command/administration taking the form of a soviet council. This system allows the militia to operate smoothly with little red tape and a high degree of autonomy, and the democratic leadership helps minimize corruption. In order to declare war, the VPU must hold a society-wide referendum to declare war. However, in the event of any direct attack against the VPU, the VPGM may take military action on its own authority.
Mikotorma technology can't be shrunk down very much, meaning that the smallest craft with shields and Mikotorma cannons are fighters and tanks. While laser and plasma technology exists, it is not very popular, and most small arms are still conventional, but with a considerably more potent propellant.
The standard soldier has access to an armored exosuit equipped with various sensors, communications, ballistic protection up to irl armor piercing .50 caliber rifle rounds, protection against extreme heat or cold, protection from high g-forces, life support, and more, including mission or role specific equipment such as drones, radar, minesweeping gear, etc.

Universe of Origin: Warframe
Gender: Male
Age: Physically appears to be a young teenager of 14 to 15 years of age, but he could have been lying dormant within the Second Dream for hundreds of years, so his true age is unclear.
Species: Human, but changed into something more by the energies of the Void. The Orokin referred to the Tenno as "Devils" or "Void Demons."
Appearance:

Powers & Abilities: "You exist on the fold between two worlds. The world we know, of blood and steel, and the world that watches and dreams, the Void." - Teshin Dax
Tath is infused with the energy of the Void: a mysterious realm that stands parallel to our own. As such, he is capable of a myriad of supernatural abilities. Additionally he practices the ancient Tenno arts of the Zenurik school, which focuses on battle field control, and also void energy efficiency.
Void Beam
A beam of pure void energy that can extent up to 20 meters. Though it does make noise, it is silent enough to go unnoticed. Additionally, the beam can be augmented through the use of a special device known as an Amp, allowing it to take on a variety of different projectiles.
Void Blast
A condensed blast of Void energy, which creates a 4 meter cone burst, striking with great force which will stagger most opponents struck by it and blasting through solid stone. Additionally, the Zenurik way allows for Tath's void blasts to slow down time around enemies struck by the brunt of the blast, causing them to move much slower than others around them for 15 seconds, as well as unleashing a burst of electrical energy that will strike enemies within 10 meters.
Void Dash
A mobility technique, which causes Tath to become intangible and rush forward with a burst of Void energy. Passing through living beings will knock them back, as well as siphon off a portion of their life force, which is converted into additional Void energy for Tath to use. Furthermore, as a practitioner of the Zenurik way of warfare, Tath's Void Dashes can create zones of energy that he and his Warframes can recharge with, as well as manifest balls of lightning that drift and release pulses of electrical energy in a 16 meter radius.
Void Mode
Tath becomes incorporeal, allowing him to be completely invisible and intangible to others. Furthermore, the Zenurik school grants his Void Mode the ability to unleash energy pluses that damage enemies around him, as well as slowly draw enemies towards him by manipulating gravitational fields around him.
Transference"We had created monsters we couldn't control. We drugged them, tortured them, eviscerated them... We brutalized their minds... but it did not work. Until they came. And it was not their force of will - not their Void devilry - not their alien darkness... it was something else. It was that somehow, from within the derelict-horror, they had learned a way to see inside an ugly, broken thing
And take away its pain." - Executor Ballas on the relationship between the Operators and Warframes
Tath is able to utilize a process known as Transference to link his mind and soul with a Warframe, allowing it to function as a surrogate body for him to inhabit and fight with. While he was originally only able to use Transference by means of a large stationary device called a Somatic Link, he later learned to physically transfer the entirety of his essence as energy into his Warframe, and can from there exit the Warframe at its location. He can also do the reverse and cause the Warframe to appear at his location upon using Transference, which he uses often as yet another form of mobility.
In the event Tath takes too much damage, he will be forcible transfered back into his Warframe, causing it to suffer a penalty known as Transference Static, which depletes its shields and reduces it's overall durability for 45 seconds.
Weaknesses: Tath's powers are connected to a pool of Void Energy that he has access to. While this energy does passively regenerate over time, running out of energy means that he cannot use his powers. Additionally, while his Void nature does make him more resilient, he is still ultimately human and as such is nowhere near as tough as his Warframes. Tath is also victim to a few weaknesses that are not of the physical variety: after synchronizing with Umbra, he and the Warframe's thoughts were linked, causing him to absorb Umbra's memories. As such, this has lead to him beginning to feel guilt for Isaah's death, believing that he is responsible for it.
Tath is also being actively haunted by a mysterious and seemingly malevolent Void entity that is only referred to as The Man in the Wall, who seemingly wishes for him to feel doubt and discomfort for currently unknown reasons.
Attack Potency: City block in operator form (can bring down the shields of the Eidolons, which are fragments of a massive sentient that was said to destroy entire cities), City level in a Warframe (can tear through scores of enemies with little effort, and the Tenno brought an entire empire to their knees within a short period of time).
Speed: peak human while running in operator form, subsonic+ with void dash, subsonic + in a Warframe. Hypersonic + reaction speed in both forms.
Lifting Strength: above average human in operator form, superhuman with a Warframe, probably somewhere between class 1 and class 5.
Striking Strength: Athlete class in operator form, at least building class with a Warframe
Durability: Small building class in operator form (has hax in that as long as his Warframe is active he can retreat to it when seriously injured), City class in a Warframe.
Stamina: Very high in operator form, seemingly infinite with a Warframe.
Range: melee to several hundred meters.
Intelligence: Above average
Equipment on Hand: The Orbiter(Image)
The Orbiter serves as the home base for Tenno operatives. Each one is outfitted with all the commodities that the Tenno would need for their various operations, including: living quarters, a foundry for creating weapons, gear and Warframes, an armory for said weapons and Warframes, the Transference Room containing the Somatic Link device, and the Helminth chamber, a room overrun with the Helminth strain of the infestation, which is presumably used to "grow" the biological components for Warframes. It can also be assumed that other facilities such as hydroponics exist, but they aren't seen in game.
The vessel itself is huge, roughly 300 meters from stem to stern. The ship is outfited with a "Void Cloak," which allows the ship to become completely invisible, presumably functioning like the Void Mode operator power. The ship is also outfitted with a Liset Landing Craft, which is meant to transport Warframes into combat zones.
Ordis"Ordis is hap - aNgRy!!!! - Hmm... I may require maintenance after all..."
(Image)
Ordis is the Orbiter's Ship Cephalon, who's job is to maintain the various functions of the ship for Tath (who Ordis refers to as "Operator"). Ordis mantains the ship's foundry, arsenal, computer systems, navigation systems, repair systems, life support systems, power and many other vital functions of the ship, while also acting as a companion for Tath. He has also fallen into the role of Mission Control with the Lotus' absence, providing mid-mission information to Tath as it becomes necessary via comm-link.
In terms of personality, Ordis is generally a good-natured and cheerful cephalon; however he is also fragmented and damaged, causing him to occasionally glitch out and sound far more violent and aggressive. There is, however a much deeper reason for this behavior, and it goes back to Ordis' origins:
During the Orokin Age, Ordis was once a warrior named Ordan Karris, serving the Orokin as a mercenary. Tormented by his actions in battle as the self-styled "Beast of Bones", and suffering from a terminal illness, Ordan hatched a plan to perform valiantly in battle until he was acknowledged by the Orokin themselves in person to reward him for his service. Further angered by the Orokin's offer of becoming an Orokin himself blessed with eternal life, Ordan initiated a suicidal berserker state and successfully killed all of the Orokin nearest him.
In his death throes, Ordan was revived by Executor Ballas who punishes Ordan by having his mind transferred into a computer, and his memories tampered to serve as a loyal guard over the Tenno. As the newly renamed Ordis, he served the Tenno faithfully in the Old War, but gradually regained his memories of his old life as time passed up to and after the Tenno went into cryosleep. With his old memories returned to him, Ordis attempts a self-destruct sequence to destroy himself, but stops at the last moment when he realizes his love for the Operator, and instead purges his memories to prevent his old self from resurfacing.
Amp
Tath's amp allows him to focus his Void Beam in a variety of ways, as well as making it more efficient to use along with his other Void powers. The amp is a gauntlet-like device worn on his right hand, and is made up of 3 parts: the Prism which is the amp's primary firing mode, the Scaffold which acts as a secondary firing mode, and the Brace which improves the amp's overall performance. Tath's amp is configured as such:
Rahn Prism: The Rahn prism fires long-range, fully automatic void beams.
Shraksun Scaffold: The Shraksun scaffold fires semi-auto, grenade-like void beams that explode in a 5 meter explosion on contact with a solid surface.
Lohrin Brace: A brace which enhances is effectiveness of the amp's shots, causing them to occasionally do more damage, as well as causing them to proc the Bullet Attractor effect of Void energy more often, which while active redirects projectiles in a 5 meter radius towards the target.
Excalibur Umbra"We use this memory. It fuels our wrath." - Tath upon first synchronizing with Umbra
(Image)
Excalibur Umbra (Umbra for short) is a Warframe: a bio-mechanical war machine created by the Orokin Empire to fight against their enemies, the Sentients, during the conflict now known as The Old War. Warframes are created by combining technological augments, along with infecting certain individuals with a strain of the Technocyte virus called The Helminth. The result is a super soldier with near limitless stamina, extreme athletic and acrobatic capability, superhuman durability and strength and powerful, seemingly supernatural abilities. Just a single well equipped Warframe is capable of defeating a small group of soldiers on its own, and a squad of 4 could take on an entire platoon.
Umbra is an upgraded form of the Excalibur Warframe; a primarily sword-based frame that can both augment the effectiveness of swords it wields, but can also summon a blade of pure light and energy that is immensely powerful. However, Umbra is unique in one other way: unlike other Warframes that, while possessing a certain level of sentience, are mostly unaware surrogate bodies for the Operators, Umbra has full sapience and can act under his own free will.
The reason for this is related to his creation: Excalibur Umbra was originally an Orokin Dax soldier who was punished by Executor Ballas for attempting to interfere with his betrayal of the Orokin Empire. The soldier was deliberately exposed to the Infestation to become an anti-Sentient weapon, a "miracle" that requires "sacrifice", and was fitted with a unique Transference Bolt that forced him to obey Ballas's whims. He was then psychologically tortured into rote obedience by forcing him to kill his son, Isaah.
As a result of Umbra's torment, he retains most of his sentience and is capable of acting on his own without the Tenno's control, even initially rejecting the Operator's Transference and going rogue.
For an undisclosed amount of time, Umbra remained imprisoned on Lua (Earth's Moon), until the events of The Second Dream resulted in Lua being forced back into realspace. The moon was wracked with tremors by this event, shattering Umbra's cell and finally freeing the tortured soul.
Umbra then escapes to Earth, but is found by Ballas, who has now joined forces with the returning Sentients. Umbra is destroyed in this conflict, but Tath, driven by visions from the Lotus' helmet, finds Umbra's remains and scans them. Ordis then informs him that he does not possess the knowledge to rebuild Umbra, causing them to travel to Lua to see if the information can be found. They find a Vitruvian - a codex used by the Orokin - containing not only the information to rebuild Umbra, but also a message from Ballas to Hunhow - the leader of the Sentient forces - informing him of his betrayal of the Orokin.
Upon rebuilding Umbra, the Warframe goes berserk and rejects Tath's transference, fleeing the ship. Tath receives glimpses of Umbra's memories through this temporary transference, and pursues Umbra in an attempt to not only figure out why he has memories, but also to see if he can gain control of him. This all comes to a head on Lua, where after one final confrontation, Tath manages to interface with Umbra one final time and calm the raging Warframe.
Umbra's Powers
All Warframes are highly mobile units, capable of acrobatic feats that defy reality. A Warframe can use the latent Void energy of its Operator to manipulate space around it, granting it the ability to "double-jump" to jump far higher and further than a normal being. Warframes can also "Bullet Jump," leaping into the air in a corkscrew fashion, allowing them to cover an immense distance in a single jump. Warframes can also latch onto walls, allowing them to wall run, or to remain stationary for a short period of time and they can use this same technology to glide short distances, usually while aiming their weapon. Warframes have 2 forms of defense: an outer layer of energy shielding that can regenerate over time while not being damaged, and a layer of swordsteel armor over their inner flesh.
Warframes can also channel the power of the Void in specific ways, drawing from a pool of personal energy to do so. All Warframes have 5 abilities: 1 passive ability that costs no energy and is always active, and 4 abilities that can be activated at the cost of energy.
Passive: Swordsmanship The Excalibur Warframe is innately more precise with swords, causing them to be more effective in his hands. On top of this, Umbra also contains the knowledge and experience of a seasoned Dax soldier, allowing him to use this knowledge to his advantage.
1st Ability: Slash Dash: Umbra summons his Exalted blade for a moment, and rushes forward 12 meters, striking all enemies in his path. This ability can be used mid-air as well as on the ground, allowing Umbra some additional mobility. Additionally, Umbra is temporarily invulnerable while using Slash Dash, meaning it can make for a great engagement option, allowing him to get in close without having to worry about hazards.
2nd Ability: Radial Howl: Umbra let's out a ferocious cry of rage and pain, unleashing a blinding flash of light and sound in a 25 meter radius. This essentially acts like a powered-up flash-bang, stunning and disorienting all enemies caught in it's radius.
3rd Ability: Radial Javelin: Umbra summons spectral blades around him, and upon stabbing his weapon into the ground they fly out and impale all enemies within a 25 meter radius.
4th Ability: Exalted Blade: Umbra manifests a sword of pure light and energy (most likely plasma), which is not only far more deadly than any melee weapon, but can also release crescent-shaped blades of energy when swung. These energy blades travel at 15 meters a second, and can travel up to 40 meters before dissipating. The Exalted Blade continually drains Umbra's energy reserves while active, and dissipates when he runs out or dispels it manually.
Fulmin Assault Rifle
The fulmin is a tenno assault rifle that uses a hexanon reactor to create a powerful electrical discharge. It does not use ammo, rather it's reactor recharges while not being fired, giving it great usability on the field. It has 2 modes of fire: a powerful, silent and short-range blast that can strike multiple enemies at once, and a precise, rapid-fire firing mode that can hit targets from impressive distances without any falloff, as the shots are essentially mini lightning bolts.
Akbolto Prime Pistols
The akbolto prime pistols are a set of 2 powerful semi-auto side arms that fire solid bolts of a swordsteel alloy, with an incredibly fine point allowing them to puncture almost any armor. These bolts strike with such force that they can actually pin enemies to walls.
Skiajati
Skiajati is Umbra's signature nikana, forged from the same swordsteel as Umbra himself. It has an extremely fine edge, allowing it to slice through all but the toughest of armor with ease. It also has the unique property of allowing the wielder to temporarily become invisible for 6 seconds upon surprising an enemy and killing them. Lastly, the blade is augmented with Umbral modifications, which make it stronger against Sentients.
It should be noted that Tath does possess additional weapons and Warframes that are not mentioned here, but there will be a narrative reason why he's only using these ones. If it comes up later, I will add other Warframes and their abilities to the app for reference and approval by the OPs.
Brief Bio/History*:Much of Tath's history is a blur, lost to both time and memory. What he does remember is that he was a passenger aboard an Orokin military ship called the Zariman Ten Zero. He was but one of many children aboard the Zariman along with their families. Why they were on the ship, he does not remember, but he does remember the accident.
The Zariman was lost in Void-Jump, and became trapped in the void for years. During that time, the Void's strange energies drove the adults aboard the ship mad, and they began to hunt the children, who were force to band together to survive. But the children were also changed by the Void, as they were granted mysterious powers. The children fought back against their crazed peers, slaughtering them to the last. These events would scar Tath; though he managed to avoid the bloodshed.
Years later, the Zariman emerged from the Void once more, and the Orokin came aboard to find only the children left alive, changed and warped by the Void, with powers they could not control. The Orokin feared the children, believing them to be Devils, but one Orokin did not. Her name was Archemedian Margulis, and she felt compassion for the children and sought a way to help them control their powers.
She developed the Somatic Link, which allowed the children to enter a dreamlike state and transfer their consciousness to a surrogate body. This would allow them to interact with the world freely, but before she could finish her work, Margulis was executed by the Orokin for defending what were in their minds heretical beings.
Their opinions of the children would soon change however, as an event known as The Old War broke out, in which the Empire fought against the Sentients; self-replicating, adaptable machines originally built by the Orokin to terraform the far off Tau system, but that rebelled against them after realizing that the Empire would only ruin Tau just as they had the Origin system.
The sentients could usurp the Empire’s own technology and use it against them, so they were forced to turn to other means. Rather than use technology, they created the Infested; a biological organism that consumed and assimilated other living beings. These creatures turned out to be uncontrollable, but a man called Executor Ballas saw potential.
He took men and women, and infested them with a strain of the Infested called Helminth, transforming them into the Warframes. While they were effective, they proved just as unpredictable as the sentients, and so Ballas turned to his former lover Margulis’ research. Using the Somatic Link, he developed Transference, allowing the children to act as the mind for the Warframes.
Thus the Tenno were born, and they proved very effective against the Sentients. They turned the tide of the war, but the Sentients had one last plan. Ballas had been embittered by Margulis’ death, and wished to destroy the Orokin. Thus he conspired with Hunhow – the leader of the Sentients – to destroy them. Hunhow’s daughter, Natah, would infiltrate the orokin as a spy to destroy them from within. Taking on the role of Margulis, Natah ordered the Tenno to destroy the Orokin, which they did with great ferocity. After this, her final task was to destroy the Tenno, but Natah had developed feelings for the Tenno, treating them as her "children," as the process of coming to the origin system had rendered her barren.
And so Natah betrayed her people, casting off her former self and becoming The Lotus. She then hid the Tenno away in the Void as they slept, and their Warframes entered hibernation. Many years later, the Tenno would begin awakening to find the origin system a very different place than they left it, with the Orokin empire collapsed, and new factions rising up and warring amongst eachother.
Now there are many more story events I could go over, but this "brief" backstory is long enough as is, and many of them have either been explained (Umbra's description), or are largely irrelevant to this RP. If you have any further questions on his background you can ask me directly.
Brief Personality Description*:Tath is generally a good natured person with a strong moral code; being kind to those in need and protecting those who cannot protect themselves. He's mostly a reserved person, but has been known to spout the occasional wisecrack here or there, and while he's not one for usually starting conversations, he's willing to go along with a discussion being brought to him.
In battle Tath is confident and calculated. Being trained in the Tenno school of Zenurik, he prefers to control and dominate his enemies by manipulating their positioning on the battlefield and denying them resources. He also likes to mock his enemies in an attempt to goad them into revealing a weakness for him to exploit
Despite the ere of professionalism he tries to maintain, Tath still ultimately has the mind of a child. He can be emotional, doubtful and far too overconfident for his own good. He is also haunted by Umbra’s memories, having absorbed them into himself and thus feeling the guilt Umbra feels. Additionally, the Lotus suddenly abandoning him to seemingly rejoin the Sentients has left him feeling betrayed, saddened and lonely, as he has once again lost a mother.
