I appreciate the effort, but this is awfully ambitious for someone new to the RP. I would much prefer you do something smaller then build up to something like this. If you want to do this later on, that’s fine. Perhaps you could app as a single character with ties to the Sons of the Machine, then build up to the faction and entity having more importance.

Secrets of the Raven: An investigative mystery around a series of murders in an occult world based off the Lovecraftian and SCP Foundation mythos. It's currently fairly active and very character centric, with lots of intensely violent intermissions. For the most part, it tries to be a coherent story - so you'll probably need to be on the Discord to help coordinate the arc. If you want to join, message Naval Monte.
The Third Wizarding War: A story set in the universe of Harry Potter and The Legend of Zelda. It's currently the most active and chaotic arc, with Ganondorf, a superpowered demonic entity, an SCP Foundation equivalent known as AEGIS, The Ministry and many other characters all vying for control over England. If you want to join, message Skylus.
L-Fel Labs: An arc about investigating a series of incidents perpetrated by an organisation known as L-Fel, which has been kidnapping people and unleashing deadly bioweapons against large population centres; apparently in some bid to generate a supersoldier army. Shadows of the Empire: Probably the best fit for your character - since there are no characters above 7-C, or Town Level attack potency in any other arcs. However, in Secrets of the Empire, there are two characters capable of town level destruction, and multiple interstellar fleets/factions. It's set in the universe of Star Wars and centres around the conflict between The First Order and an extrauniversal faction known as AEGIS dedicated to exploration and preservation of reality. Well, Ty being Large Island Level extends to Destructive Capacity now, too, since my whole idea regarding the split AP/DC turned out to be overthinking on my part.

This being said, higher power feats from Ty are particularly exhausting for him, and all stem from specific moves with either a lot of knockback, or a relatively harsh/long cool down. For instance, if Ty used Blast Burn, it would be Large Island Level, but there would be a period where he couldn’t make any use of life energy at all, meaning that he would be very vulnerable, and would only be around wall level/superhuman speed for a short amount of time.

So, the tier 6 stuff for Ty is kind of situational, and comes with a plethora of major drawbacks.

And yeah, it would be more accurate to say Kongou is kind of a faction in and of herself. Being a battleship, there’s also a lot of places where she can’t go (and her mental model isn’t nearly as powerful as her ship).

Stamina: It can, assuming no damage is taken to its core systems, fight for 12 days without recharge. This is remarkably long because of the extreme density of its battery, and its hydrogen-helium make.
Range: 5km when using ranged weapons.
Intelligence: Supergenius
Equipment on Hand: Very little equipment 'on hand' except power cells, which, he can also use as a food substitute. He, however, within his suit, has several hundred different weapons and rockets, along with long tentacles and grips, plus lots of deadly melee weapons, tools and even a laser beam.
Brief Bio/History*: A former Venomian scientist, once even being considered for a Head of Science and Technology position by Andross (oddly enough, they were both quite close friends) and responsible for many advances. He still has lots of old intelligence from the Venom, making him a powerful asset to any anti-Venom faction. Is still factionless, resting on a faraway planet on the edge of the galaxy.
Brief Personality Description*: Loyal, Determined, Risk-Taker, Aggressive, Cunning, Friendly, Leads rather than Follows, and is intellectually aligned.
Extra Notes*: He has an extreme capability for building, able to build massive bits of machinery and even entire buildings by himself due to his intelligence and strength.
