Didn’t die, just slowed down. This will go on even if everyone leaves, as there will still be a few to wrap up the storylines

PLEASE READ THIS
Okay, everyone. I've made an official decision on regulating population in this. So, provinces in this are able to hold anywhere from 500k to 1 million. The smaller ones would be closer to 500k, and the larger ones closer to 1 million. So, with this in mind, you can only do a population that your provinces can support. (i.e. with six provinces, you can only hold 3 million to 6 million) But, I would also say it shouldn't exceed 29 million (Nosewagania is the exception, since it has the main focus in the story). I mean, this is a medieval rp. If this is this world's equivalent of the medieval period, then it would make more sense for populations to be smaller and not like populations today. And trust me, that would do your realms a favor. Less citizens means less mouths to feed and less peasants to keep in line.
So, you can only go up to a population that your provinces can support. However, to the bigger realms: keep in mind that just bc your provinces may be able support that population doesn't mean that it should and it has to. The bigger realms should keep a more smaller number (not exceeding 29 million) I would say. If anyone would like to refute this with me, has any objections or questions, then please discuss it with me by telegram.

Btw everyone, I will be adding something new to this rp. A little bit of light elves to go deeper into elven lore.
Character Name: Lindir Allandor
Race/Ethnic Group: Light Elf
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Appearance: has pale skin with hair so light-colored it looks white, as well as pinkish colored eyes, is somewhat slender but has a good build
Personality: emotionally distanced, vengeful, determined, sort of a damaged spirit
Strengths and skills: in tough situations, he is able to come up with creative solutions, he is a natural born leader
Magic Abilities: The normal magic of the light elves is that of white magic. They heal people and can cast protection spells and expel demons and evil spirits. This comes mainly from channeling Lys, their "God of Light".
Flaws and weaknesses: he is reluctant to trust others and to accept help, and many times he is well meaning in his actions but can't see the negatives they may bring
Wealth and special possessions: none except for the Staff of Lys, the last artifact of the light elves and their culture
Biography: He lived in the Elvish peninsula (dubbed by humans, since it's where elves had settled) with his parents, who were Enzes, spiritual/religious leaders and almost like kings or chiefs or lords. They served Lys, the God of Light. His life was good. He loved his parents, and had friends he loved. But then, things changed when Nosewagania attacked. Nosewagania came in and took over the Elven peninsula. They came in and occupied it, nearly wiping out the elves on it. They came for the light elves last, but first asking for the light elves to bend the knee, since the light elves were more religious men than fighters.
The Light Elves refused to bend the knee, as they thought Lys for the one true god and felt Nosewagania had no place in the Elven peninsula and controlling the elves. So, Nosewagania killed the light elves one by one, starting with Lindir's parents. They were able to send him away beforehand with the Staff of Lys.
There are few light elves who survived the scourge of their species. Lindir is one of the few left, and one of the few left who have the blood of an Enz. Now, he goes around just trying to survive. But, he hopes one day to take revenge on the Nosewaganians for the scourge of his people.
Closest family and friends: none
Affiliations: The Light Elves, the Church of Lys
