But nothing like the Smell of Napalm to restore the troops morale. I'll wait till we get moving and get something setup with Fischer and the others with him

On the note of the IC Post, technically, my weekend still hasn't ended. So ha, there. Alright folks, here's the down and dirty:

You've all arrived at Rally Point Alpha, while it's only about thirty minutes from the base by APC, it's been quiet for the most part out here until the last few nights. Starting with lights that one of the recon elements saw in the far woods at one point, and a few arrows launched from within the tree-line, there's been a growing enemy infantry force in the area. Command has prioritized Alpha being a holdover point for the evening to dissuade any enemy infantry attack until reinforcements can arrive in the morning. Your job is to hold Hill 239, AKA Rally Point Alpha until the rest of Highwayman Company can arrive to set up a logistics and motor staging area.

The assignments are currently with 1st Section holding the north side of the Rally Point, and 2nd Section holding the rear, with staggered sides. At the Nine-O'clock location in the formation is C-511 and her crew. 1030 Location is for C-512, 0000 Location is for C-521, and 0130 Location is for C-522. C-55 is currently holed up near the top of the hill and is using it's high-frequency radio set to maintain occasional contact with Janus. Hunker down guys, you're on night watch shifts, two from 1st and two from 2nd Sections for two hours apiece NUC, I'm putting it on you to pair folks off. I'm going to send out a Telegram to everyone who is currently considered 'in' the RP.

Alright sounds good. Still looking over the hill atm and thinking up how I want to split people up [trying to put active and 'in' people together so they can talk and such], and rotations. Some of you are gonna get stuck with an NPC, but I'll do something about that so don't worry.

However, on that note, I have to go away for business for most of this weekend. Shitty timing, I know. I will make my best attempt to work on it when the time presents itself, in hopes to have it up around Monday afternoon. In the meantime, I doubt the quality of the defenses we're inheriting for the night, so First Section can get to work on reinforcing our existing defenses and doing additional check ups out on the wire. Hopefully I will have better orders [and a post] for you soon.

EDIT: I'll also look to getting up a list of pairings and rotations later today or tomorrow so you guys might have a little something else to post about in my absence, since I doubt mind playing a little bit of catch up.

Just to get this straightened out; is Second section being factored into the night shifts? Cause the post indicates both that Fletcher's men are working the East, but also that it should be worked out with Second Section in regards to the rotations.

No worries. In the future though, I do want to point out that after commas, you should put a space. Otherwise, now we're just waiting on everyone else to get up posts.

Yes, the rotating night-time patrol around the camp will be split between the Sections. The individual fighting positions (which include only two Foxholes and then the eight APC's) are also the resting places, so one person on guard at each would enable all others at that position time to rest and sleep.

Yeah, your Section Leader'll have something up in the coming days. Would've worked on it today, but NS decided to shoot itself in the foot for most of today, unfortunately. Look forward to a lot of digging and fixing the wire
