Countless worlds exist throughout the multiversal cosmos, housing trillions of beings and an immeasurable variety of life. Some may be small and weak. Some may be massive and powerful. Others may yet fall between. But the worlds have been thrown out of balance. The walls between dimensions are worn thin, mere scraps of paper where they were once an impenetrable dam. With this degeneration, rifts begin to form, and beings from dimensions that have never met, now do so. A primordial chaos has stirred from its rest, causing this unthinkable collapse. But, when the forces of evil rise, heroes will appear in order to combat them- or, perhaps, the beings plucked from every thinkable universe will simply become eternally locked in combat with each other instead.

Welcome to When Worlds Collide, the first multiverse RP on NS in a while. If you're the kind of person that wants an RP without character restriction, wherein you'll be able to play any character originating from any media, then you've come to the right place. The main story of this RP will revolve around your character- or faction, if you should choose to lead one- being placed in various universes from fiction, and even non-fiction as well. You'll fight, make friends, make enemies, fight some more, irreparably destroy the canon of beloved fiction, and maybe even save all of existence while you're at it.

The player characters will be taken on a grand, and likely violent, tour of the various worlds of the multiverse. Worlds visited will be decided via poll, allowing the people to choose where they want to go next. Or, you can just sit back and let the winds of fate take you wherever they will. It's all your choice.

Current Universe: Marvel Cinematic Universe

In order to properly gauge the power of the various characters that will be apped and played over the course of this RP, the application format will require you to make use of the Anime Characters Fight wiki tiering system- more popularly known for its use by VSbattles wiki. This tier system measures a character's overall destructive capacity, and can usually be used to assess their power level at a glance. Of course, there are exceptions- being on different tiers doesn't mean that two characters aren't equal, especially when abilities that are easily considered 'hax' are able to be employed by one or both parties. Similarly, two characters that are on the same tier may not necessarily be equals. And finally, it should be noted that a character of a higher tier won't always beat a character of a lower tier 100% of the time. But nonetheless, the system is quite useful.

A certain character may be put in multiple tiers if they can increase their damage potential through the use of weapons, abilities, or transformations.

Note that tiers do not necessarily mean that a character can output the energy to destroy things- for example, a city-block level character may not be able to actually destroy a city block. However, he can damage characters that are city-block durability or lower.

Some abilities such as poisons or curses can bypass traditional physical durability. These do not need a tier raking, but should be noted under the Attack Potency section of the app.

The character tiers are as follows, from lowest to highest:
Tier 11: Lower Dimensional
  • 11-C: Point level. 0-dimensional characters, and those that are inferior to them.
  • 11-B: Line level. 1-dimensional characters- in physicality, not personality.
  • 11-A: Plane level. 2-dimensional characters.

Tier 10: Regular
  • 10-C: Below Average. Physically impaired humans, small animals.
  • 10-B: Average. Normal human characters.
  • 10-A: Athlete level. Athletes, obviously, as well as most fighting characters from action films.

Tier 9: Superhuman
  • 9-C: Street level. Peak human to low superhuman. A few physically strong athletes and martial artists can reach this tier in real life.
Most protagonists and final villains from action movies, as well as large animals.
  • 9-B: Wall level. Characters or weapons which can destroy a wall, or easily harm characters with wall-level durability. Very large animals.
  • 9-A: Small building level. Characters or weapons which can destroy a small building, or those who can easily harm characters with small building/room level durability. Extremely large animals, such as elephants or many dinosaurs.

Tier 8: Urban
  • 8-C: Building level. Characters/weapons that can destroy a building, or harm characters with building level durability.
  • High 8-C: Large building level. Characters/weapons that can destroy a building the size of most average skyscrapers, or harm characters with the corresponding durability level.
  • 8-B: City block level. Characters/weapons that can destroy multiple city blocks, or harm characters with the corresponding level of durability.
  • 8-A: Multi-City block level. Characters/weapons that can destroy multiple city blocks, or harm characters with the corresponding level of durability.

Tier 7: Nuclear
  • Low 7-C: Small town level. Characters who can destroy a small town or similarly sized settlement.
  • 7-C: Town level. Characters who can destroy a town.
  • High 7-C: Large town level. Characters that can destroy a large town.
  • Low 7-B: Small city level.
  • 7-B: City level.
  • 7-A: Mountain level.
  • High 7-A: Large Mountain level. Being able to destroy especially large mountains, or similarly sized objects, places a character or weapon here.

Tier 6: Tectonic
  • 6-C: Island level.
  • High 6-C: Large Island level.
  • Low 6-B: Small country level.
  • 6-B: Country level.
  • High 6-B: Large country level.
  • 6-A: Continent level.
  • High 6-A: Multi-continent level. Characters that can destroy the entire surface of the earth belong here.

Tier 5: Planetary
  • 5-C: Moon level. Applies to characters that can destroy a moon, or an object of similar proportion.
  • Low 5-B: Small planet level.
  • 5-B: Planet level. This tier only applies to those who can destroy a complete planet. Surface-only destruction is only a qualification for Multi-Continent level. Characters that can create a planet can also be put here
  • 5-A: Large planet level. Characters who can destroy or create a large gas giant such as Jupiter or Saturn.
  • High 5-A: Dwarf star level. Characters that could create or destroy a very small star.

Tier 4: Stellar
  • Low 4-C: Small star level. Characters who can create or destroy a star smaller than our Sun.
  • 4-C: Star level. Characters who can create or destroy a star the size of the Sun.
  • High 4-C: Large star level. Characters who can create or destroy a star larger than the Sun.
  • 4-B: Solar system level. Characters who can create or destroy a solar system.
  • 4-A: Multi-solar system level. Characters who can create or destroy multiple solar systems.

Tier 3: Cosmic
  • 3-C: Galaxy level. Characters that can create or destroy a galaxy.
  • 3-B: Multi-galaxy level. Characters that could create or destroy multiple galaxies.
  • 3-A: Universe level. This category is separated into two variants:
    • Universe level: Characters that can destroy all physical matter within the observable universe at full power. More specifically, destructive power that encompasses all of the stars, planets, and galaxies within a universe.
    • High universe level: Characters with an infinite degree of 3-dimensional power. Or, 4-D power that is shown as superior to 3-Dimensional beings, but is less than universal in scale. 4-D power should logically always be superior to 3-D power, so characters in this tier are not necessarily equal. Also, most small-scale space-time type abilities are counted as hax, not destructive potential.

Tier 2: Multiversal
  • 2-C: Low multiverse level. Characters that can destroy or create the entire 4 dimensional space-time of a single universe. For example, one who creates or destroys an entire timeline.
  • 2-C: Multiverse level. Characters that can create or destroy multiple 4-dimensional space-time continuums.
  • 2-A: High multiverse level. Characters that could create or destroy an infinite number of 4-dimensional space-time continuums.

Tier 1: Extradimensional
  • Tier 1-C: Complex multiversal level. 6 dimensional characters, up to 11 dimensional characters. The kind that can destroy more than an infinite amount of 5-dimensional space-time continuums.
  • Tier 1-B: Hyperverse level. A superior higher-dimensional existence beyond the confines of reality.
  • Tier 1-A: Outerverse level. Characters that are beyond dimensional limitations. A being that exists outside of time and space as we know it.

Tier 0: Boundless
[*]Tier 0: Infinite. Characters that are above concepts such as existence, nonexistence, possibility, causality, life, death, and others.

If the higher tiers seem confusing, don't worry- this RP will usually only be filled by characters that are around Tiers 10-6. Tier 5 or Tier 4 characters may be allowed sparingly. Tier 3 and above are not to be used at all, outside of final boss type characters that have been agreed upon beforehand.

R U L E S

1. OP's word is law. OP's word also takes precedence over Co-Ops. Sorry guys, that's just how it works.

2. Follow the NS rules, obviously.

3. Godmodding is a no-no.

4. Try and put at least two sentences per post, preferably more.

5. All characters must have a feasible weakness. Weaknesses may be simple or minor things, but they must be present in some form.

6. Don't kill other people's characters without permission. Try to come to a planned conclusion for a fight beforehand so we don't just end up in constant one-upping contests.

7. Stay true to your character's limits in fights. If they must break their limit, be sure to plan it out beforehand.

8. Basically, you can do whatever cool shit you want, just plan it out with the rest of us beforehand. This is a collaborative writing-type RP, after all.

9. Planetary and Stellar level characters are permitted, but don't just go blowing up planets and stars willy-nilly without- you guessed it- plotting it out beforehand.

10. Have fun.

A P P L I C A T I O N

Name: Gilgamesh

Alias/Titles: King of Heroes, The Oldest King, Wedge of Heaven, Archer, Goldie

Originating From: Fate/Stay Night

Gender: Male

Age: Around 25-30 years old. Though he manifests as a young man in his prime, he possesses all of the wisdom that he had in life.

Appearance:
Image

Image

Species: Demigod (2/3 divine on his mother's side.)

Brief Backstory: He is the King of Heroes, the hero of the oldest epic poem in human history, who possessed all things in the world. Two-thirds a god and one-third human, and born from the union of King Lugalbanda and the goddess Rimat-Ninsun, he was a despot that ruled over and protected Uruk from all things, eventually turning against the gods themselves.

While in his youth he was an earnest and kind boy, he grew highly arrogant as he matured, becoming a tyrant, and though Uruk's people suffered, the city prospered. Disgusted by his rebellious and destructive behavior, the gods created Enkidu to get him back under their thumb, and they confronted each other outside of the Temple of Uruk. In this fight, for the first time in his life, Gilgamesh was challenged by an equal. He emptied out his vault fighting against Enkidu for days, and when the battle eventually ended, the two of them had become great friends. They worked and adventured side by side for years, battling against monsters side by side and protecting Uruk. After the goddess Ishtar fell in love with him and he rejected her, the Bull of Heaven was unleashed on Uruk.

After the seven years of destruction caused by the beast, he and Enkidu bound it with the Chains of Heaven and defeated it. Enraged and humiliated, Ishtar begged for them both to be put to death, but only Enkidu was punished. He died, returning to nothing but mud, and a distraught Gilgamesh cursed the gods, swearing that he would never call another his friend. At that moment, seeing the only person to ever equal him die, Gilgamesh became obsessed with his own mortality and set out on a journey to become immortal. He searched out the sage Ziusudra, an immortal who hailed from an era before the Great Flood that had wiped out most of humanity. He searched for decades but only discovered that Ziusudra had joined the gods to become immortal, becoming half-plant in the process. But he told Gilgamesh of another method, a herb that would make him immortal without having to depend on the gods or give up his humanity in such a way.

He found this herb, and while he bathed, he felt true satisfaction and happiness in his own actions and successes for the first time in his life. But the herb, carelessly set aside in Gilgamesh's impatience and vanity, was eaten by a snake, which gained the immortal property of shedding its skin. Gilgamesh, realizing his journey had all been pointless, laughed hysterically, and returned to Uruk, having accepted his mortality and limited lifespan. There, he ruled Uruk as a wise king until he finally passed.

As one of the Top Servants recorded in the Throne of Heroes, the ongoing collapse of the multiverse has resulted in Gilgamesh's manifestation.

Tier: 7-B, 7-A with Gate of Babylon, 7-A to 6-C with Merodach, 6-C with weak Enuma Elish, 5-B with full powered Enuma Elish.

Attack Potency: 7-B (City Level) physically, 7-A (Mountain Level) with Gate of Babylon, High 7-A (Large Mountain Level) to 6-C (Island Level) with Merodach, 6-C (Island Level) with weak Enuma Elish, 5-B (Planet Level) with full powered Enuma Elish.

Speed: Subsonic travel speed, though he rarely ever runs. Hypersonic reactions and combat speed (Has B-ranked Agility, making him on par with Saber, who was able to move faster than the human eye could follow, and ran up the side of an office building in seconds. Blocked an arrow from True Archer, whose arrows outsped the lightning generated by Gilgamesh's Auto-Defensors.) Hypersonic flight speed with Vimana. (Easily keeps up with an F-15 that had been amped by Berserker, while Gilgamesh was toying around.)

Lifting Strength: Class 25 (B-ranked Strength, on par with Saber, who could flip a trailer truck.)

Striking Strength: At least City Class, up to Mountain Class with Noble Phantasms fired from the Gate of Babylon. Large Mountain Class up to Island Class with Merodach.

Durability: City Class on his own (Comparable to other servants with similar stats), Mountain Class with his armor (Tanks multiple blows from Saber. Gilgamesh states that if she kept going for the whole day, she might make a dent. Able to tank the three simultaneous slashes of Tsubame Gaeshi. Withstood Merodach after its blast was reflected back at him.)

Stamina: Very High. With EX-ranked Independent Action, he can remain in the world indefinitely without being supplied by a master. Survives after having his arm chopped off, being stabbed through the chest, and shot in the head, only finally dying when the Grail absorbs him.

Range: Extended melee range, at least hundreds of meters with Gate of Babylon. Kilometers to Planetary with Enuma Elish.

Standard Equipment: All things within the Gate of Babylon. He almost always wears his Golden Armor, except in situations where he decides to fight seriously.

Intelligence: Created to be the pinnacle of all humans, Gilgamesh is an exceptionally intelligent individual when he wants to be, easily seeing through lies and discerning any number of forms of magecraft with a glance, predicting the number of weapons Shirou would project at once and countering him with an equal number of weapons from his treasury, instantly seeing through Caster's faked death, and backing away from Saber after she formed a contract with Rin. In addition, Sha Naqba Imuru allows him to see all possible outcomes, allowing him to always make the correct move and discern the True Names and Noble Phantasms of his opponent if he wishes. However, this intelligence is held back by his incredible arrogance, as he refuses to go all out against most opponents due to believing himself to be far above them, actively restraining the use of Sha Naqba Imuru, and only releasing more than a few Noble Phantasms at a time when he's feeling playful or irritated. In addition, due to his position as a king rather than a warrior, he has only mastered a handful of the Noble Phantasms stored in his treasury, preventing him from unleashing their effects most of the time.

Weaknesses: Gilgamesh is insufferably arrogant and almost always holds back whenever he fights. He will only battle seriously if he finds an opponent to be entertaining or deserving of his power. He barely knows how to wield most of the weapons within his Gate of Babylon. He refuses to use Enuma Elish against an opponent that he feels is weak, even though it's blatantly the most useful, powerful tool in his arsenal.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Noble Phantasms

Gate of Babylon - The King's Treasure
Anti-Unit
Rank: E-A++

Gilgamesh's great treasury. It is a storehouse that contains the countless treasures of the world collected by Gilgamesh, and using Key of the King's Law, Bab-Ilu, he can open an invisible door to its contents to summon them whenever he pleases. It contains countless Noble Phantasms, including their prototypes, and he generally fires them from the vault as projectiles- though he can summon them into his hand if he needs to. Due to the sheer amount of Noble Phantasms he possesses, it is impossible for one to try and take them on, as they possess various unknown abilities to counter virtually any kind of opponent. Additionally, he can summon them right next to his opponent, or fire from all directions to surprise or overwhelm. He can prepare and fire hundreds or even thousands of Noble Phantasms at once, and can return them to the vault whenever he pleases, even mid-flight.

The Gate of Babylon contains all of humanity's treasures, with only Divine Constructs escaping Gilgamesh's possession. It contains the basis for all things constructed by humans through human history, from the works of the Library of Alexandria to board games to airplanes and submarines. The only technology he lacks are things that would be created by humans with entirely new concepts, and the technology of extraterrestrial races. As he is the original mythical hero, he possesses the prototypes of all Noble Phantasms, due to all heroes' legends being derived from his in some way. While he does not possess Noble Phantasms that were made before or after his time, such as most Divine Constructs, or non-physical Noble Phantasms that are formed from a hero's life and legend like Hercules' God Hand, he could possess something considered their prototype- even it were a paradox.

Notable items within the Gate:

  • Anti-Spirit Incense: Ash-like powder that attracts undead.
  • Auto-Defensors: A series of golden disks which float around Gilgamesh and can defend an area as large as a single-floor building. They defend Gilgamesh from projectiles by shooting down incoming attacks with lightning bolts. However, a sufficiently fast projectile such as True Archer's arrow can bypass them.
  • Command Spells: Command Spells normally used to bind a servant to their master. Gilgamesh has collected several.
  • Curtain of Night: A magical item mentioned as a means of countering Gawain's Numeral of the Saint, one which can block out sunlight.
  • Dainsleif: A demonic sword from the Nibelungen. It is a cursed Noble Phantasm that contains a curse of 'reparation' to be used on its target, and also drives the fate of its possessor to ruin and causes them to surely die. Within the Skáldskaparmál, it is possessed by the Danish king, Hogni. He became locked in eternal combat with the king of Serkland, Hedinn, due to the sword's curse, which requires it to always kill a man once drawn and does not allow it to return to its sheath until such is accomplished.
  • Durandal - The Peerless Sword: Originally the sword of Hector, he converted it into the spear Durindana, and after it later lost its features as a spear, it became Durandal. It was then later said to have been granted to King Charlemagne of the Frankish Empire by an angel and awarded to Roland. It is noted as the symbol of the Battle of Roncevaux Pass told of in the Song of Roland. Although Roland attempted to break the sword when he was on the verge of death to keep it from falling into the hands of the enemy, it proved to be impossible, but it was later prominently featured in Charlemagne's legends, acting as a symbol of Roland's bravery. The sword is a splendidly forged "symbol of power" much like King Arthur's Caliburn, and it is said to hold three miracles within it. It will not lose its sharpness even should its user's magical energy be depleted, proving indestructible even when Roland tried to destroy it.

Vimana - Throne of the Heaven-Soaring King
A flying contraption passed from Babylon and India that appeared within the Ramayana and Mahabharata, and one of the many Noble Phantasms within the Gate of Babylon. It far surpasses any jet from the modern era, fueled by crystals that burn mercury as fuel. Even when Gilgamesh was just fooling around, he easily outpaced Lancelot in a fighter jet elevated to a Noble Phantasm by Knight of Owner. He uses the Gate of Babylon freely while piloting Vimana. It has a wide array of functions including ancient machine guns, nuclear warheads, stealth functions, communication interception technology, laser cannons, and biological weapons, among others.

Enkidu - Chains of Heaven
Anti-Unit

Gilgamesh's most trusted Noble Phantasm, even more so than Ea. It is a set of chains named after his closest friend and made to bind even the gods themselves. It is one of the few Anti-Divine Noble Phantasms, growing stronger when used against those with divine blood, such as Heracles, becoming more effective the higher their rank of Divinity. Against a non-divine Servant, it is nothing but a strong chain. Those that are caught in it cannot escape even through the use of a Command Seal, though Berserker, in his last moments, in a desperate show of his own strength, is able to shatter the chain and escape. Gilgamesh can summon Enkidu from anywhere he can reach with the Gate of Babylon, and draws out its full length when serious to use it in conjunction with Ea.

Ea - Sword of Rupture
Also known as the "Sword that ripped apart the world", is the ultimate and final Noble Phantasm contained within the Gate of Babylon and Gilgamesh's most powerful weapon. A Divine Construct and the manifestation of the power which stabilized the planet, utilized by Gods to enact creation. The sword is crowned with the name of the God Ea who is believed to be the deification of the same power which stabilized the planet by moving, crushing and turning its surface. While classified as a "sword" its more accurately described as a staff, due to bearing a cylindrical "blade" with a dull tip and independently rotating segments with three lithograph that each represents heaven, earth, and the underworld while together representing the universe. Unlike the countless other Noble Phantasm within his treasury, which were passed onto countless wielders after his death and took on many forms, it is a sword only he possesses and is permitted to wield, as one who inherited the essence of the gods. As his most powerful treasure, Gilgamesh is reluctant to use it against "lowlifes", willingly drawing it only to face those he believes are worthy, such as Alexander the Great and King Arthur.

  • Enuma Elish - The Star of Creation that Split Heaven and Earth
    Anti-World
    Rank: EX

Ea's function as a Noble Phantasm, a space cutting attack that shows the "Truth", that was originally used as a powerful Nation-Building Authority that separated Heaven and Earth. It's Ea's maximum output as an EX-ranked Anti-World Noble Phantasm, as such it's well-suited for the destruction of Reality Marbles, in a manner that Gilgamesh describes as revealing the reality behind a dream. By rotating the separate sections of Ea at a rapidly increasing speed, it releases a vortex of energy while twisting, compressing and intertwining air until the pressure exceeds the laws of physics, creating a space-time dislocation. Once fired, the energy vortex and space-time dislocation deal catastrophic damage that can't be reduced without an attack of equal might or Anti-Purge defense. In addition, the attack cuts space itself, allowing it to rend the world to show the "Truth" or in other words the basis for hell, the planet's primordial form where no life can exist. While powerful on its own, Enuma Elish can be boosted by support from the Noble Phantasms in the Gate of Babylon, further increasing the damage it deals. However, most of the time, Gilgamesh does not use its full power, as it is hardly necessary; even a casual Enuma Elish easily overpowered Excalibur and gravely wounded Saber, rendering her helpless.

Sha Naqba Imuru - The Omniscient Omnipotent Star
Anti-Unit
Rank: EX

Gilgamesh's mentality sublimated as a Noble Phantasm. The mentality that's said to have spread across the world like the brilliance of the stars, and seen through all of creation. It is continuously active and does not need its true name revealed to use it. It grants him high-level Clairvoyance, allowing him to discern great truths with a glance, identifying Servants and their Noble Phantasm with ease as well as always see the optimal move to make. In addition, if he so chooses he is even able to look at the possibilities of various parallel worlds. The power of this Noble Phantasm is so potent that it's said that he discerned a piece of the truth regarding the demise of human history. However, even when he uses this ability to its fullest extent, his arrogance leads him to reject certain world lines as impossible, including one in which he was consumed by the mud of the Grail and broken down into magical energy.

Class Skills

Independent Action: EX
The ability to remain independent and exist in the world without the magical energy supplied by a Master, allowing the Servant to act autonomously and the Master to save their own magical energy for spells. It is of an extraordinary rank of EX, showed in his ability to survive even while in the Far Side of the Moon, a place normally considered to be unsafe for normal lifeforms to go there and operating completely by himself without the need of a master.

Magic Resistance: E
An ability that grants protection against magical effects. Unlike the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether. E-Rank merely reduces the amount of damage he takes from magical attacks. It is, however, further enhanced by his armor, raising it above the magic resistance of even King Arthur, whose A-rank magic resistance can negate magecraft from the Age of Gods. He has many other possessions that would also allow him to negate magecraft. This ability also provides resistance against indirect magical attacks such as Petrification, Hypnosis, and Spatial Manipulation.

Personal SKills

Golden Rule: A
A skill that measures one ability and fortune to obtain wealth. Having been fated to live a life filled with riches, and having said to collect all kinds of treasury, many of which are the originals to the numerous Noble Phantasms used by hundreds of heroes that he has also collected during his lifetime as well as possessing enough wealth to never have any concerns about poverty in any era he appears in, he possesses a rank of A in this skill.

Charisma: A+
The natural talent to command an army, which increases the ability of allies during group battles. In Gilgamesh's case, it is no longer a fame, but rather a kind of curse in itself due to his A+ Rank proficiency, causing normal humans to prostrate themselves at his feet in his mere presence. It can also be used as a form of subtle Mind Manipulation, getting people to do what he wants without much resistance.

Divinity: B (Lowered from A+)
The measure of one's Divine Spirit aptitude, reflected in high ranks by the user becoming part Divine Spirit. At A-rank, it is even an indicator as one who has reached the Throne of Gods. Additionally, it possesses another effect that allows one to reduce "Anti-Purge defense" in proportion to the rank of their Divinity, allowing them to break through defensive abilities such as Protection of the Faith and Saver's Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig. Gilgamesh would normally have an A+ Rank in this skill due to being two-thirds divine, but his effective rank has dropped to B due to his distaste for the gods after they killed his friend Enkidu.

Collector: EX
A "talent" in collecting high-quality goods, a sort of supernatural luck that draws rare items into Gilgamesh's hands. Gilgamesh is one who has collected all the Earth's treasures, grasping the very essence of human ingenuity itself.

Theme Song: Cosmic Air

Originating From: Doctor Who

Gender: Male...

Age: 2,000 or 4.5 Billion depending on how you count

Appearance:
Image

Species: Gallifreyan

Brief Backstory: A time traveler from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous, The Doctor stole a ship known as a TARDIS and ran away. He is part of a sect known as Timelords, the first to create and monopolize time travel for nearly ten million years. They fought of hostile races and protected all of time. And in all this the Doctor was a traveler, an observer seeing the miracles of the universe and helping out where he could. He became a figure of legendary renown, but one day there came a war unlike any other. The Last Great Time War threatened to extinguish all life in the Universe. Seeing no other way to end the bloodshed, the Doctor used the moment, the ultimate superweapon and killed every last Dalek and Gallifreyan. His own people.

The guilt haunted him, but it spurred him on for several more hundred years, becoming a legend, feared by some, and loved by so many more. Eventually, he righted his mistake and found a way to save Gallifrey and still end the war. He continues to run and travel, and help wherever he can. "Without Hope, Without Witness, and Without Reward."

Powers and Abilities:
  • Regeneration- The most flashy and well-known of the Timelords' abilities, they can use 'Regeneration energy' to heal any wound and even prevent death at the cost of their appearance and personality. It can be triggered at will, but is a very dire thing to do as Timelords only have 12 regenerations (except for the Doctor who had his regeneration count reset, but he is unsure of how many he now has. In the first 24 hours of a regeneration cycle, they can regrow entire limbs nearly instantly, though they are confused and muddled as their hormones, and mental state is coping with the sudden bio-chemical shift.
  • Extreme Longevity- The Doctor ages extremely slowly with each body being able to last for at least 1,000 years before having to regenerate if left alone.
  • Low-level telepathy- is sensitive to telepathic/psychic communication, and can manipulate the minds/memories of others with physical contact and concentration. Likewise, the Doctor is nearly immune to mental manipulation, posession, and time manipulation (can remember people erased from time). He also as limited extrasensory perception and can tell when events are fixed or fluid in time.
  • Resistant to poison, radiation, the heat and cold, and can survive in hazardous environments several times longer than humans
  • Acausality- Can exist outside of localised time loops, and is merely weakened when his past selves are taken or erased outside of time-line
  • Attack Eyebrows

Tier: 9-A Physically, 8-C with Sonic Screwdriver, 4-B with TARDIS

Attack Potency: 9-A Physically, 8-C with Sonic Screwdriver

Speed: 10-A: Athletic Human, Though reaction time is at least FTL or FTL+. The TARDIS is Massively FTL + aside from timetravel, being able to reportedly travel at 10,000,000,000,000,000c

Lifting Strength: Athletic Human, TARDIS can easily escape gravity of a black hole, and tow a planet with strong enough tethering, possesses a large stellar mass in its interior, and itself contains its own pocket dimension

Striking Strength: Human Class

Durability: Small building Level himself, but High-Complex Multiversal inside the TARDIS

Stamina: Very High (Even when too injured to regenerate, Time Lords' bodies will keep on trying, sometimes taking days to succumb to their injuries. Was able to crawl up a stair case for 1.5 days in critical condition and with highly minimal rest after punching a wall 400 times harder than diamond, which shattered his bones. Withstood 500,000 rads after being heavily damaged)

Range: Universal+ with his TARDIS, and several dozen meters with Sonic Screwdriver

Standard Equipment: TARDIS, Sonic Screwdriver, Sonic Shades, Psychic Paper, TARDIS Key

Intelligence: Super Genius. Knows incredible amounts of things about the universe (Claims to be able to speak 5 billion languages, and is capable of easily deducing equipment to its point of origin). Can know details of objects just by tasting/smelling them and can tell where he is in the universe by looking at the alignment of stars. Has created various equipment/weapons out of nothing but junk on several occasions. Has a very in-depth knowledge on Earth history (Because of traveling their lots) and has picked up many skills from various historic people in his travels.

Weaknesses: Mercy. Destroying both hearts (yes, he has two), or killing him before he finishes regenerating will kill him for good. Sonic Screwdriver does not work on wood(or other organic structures) or anything with a deadlock seal.

Notable Attacks/Techniques: Is Clever, but feigns ignorance, naivety, or stupidity so others let their guard down while he mucks about. Is extremely dangerous with prep time, the main way he overcomes more powerful adversaries. Master of Sass.

Theme Song: A Good man?

A P P L I C A T I O N

Name: Zadkiel

Alias/Titles: The Pennant

Originating From: OC from Yigros

Gender: Male

Age: 247

Appearance:
Image

Species: Jül

Brief Backstory: A being created to be part of a powerful legion of celestial beings by a god in a little universe isolated from the rest of creation. Zadkiel was ordinary among his kind, not special or important in any sense. He was just one soldier among many. That was, until, he was hastily chosen to perform a mundane task. The Jül had imprisoned one if their greatest foes on the mortal planet of Yigros, and he was chosen to serve the duty of being the monster's 'warden'. He chains that bound the beast had to be recharged with the Jül's magical energy called 'The Light'. Zadkiel attempted to perform his duty, but he was ambushed by allies of the demon he was charged with keeping imprisoned. The allies of the monster captured Zadkiel and released the demon who in turn would release his evil brethren from the dark realm of Sheol.

Fortunately, powers were also conspiring to stop this from happening, and after being freed, Zadkiel was instrumental in fighting back the darkness incarnate of his world, their version of the devil. He served his penance for his failure, and became one of the greatest heroes to the people of Yigros.

Powers and Abilities:
  • The Light- In the place of a heart, Jül posses a cavity that houses a substance called Ether. It generates magical energy called the Light. It allows Zadkiel to manipulate physical light, photons from any source, and create barriers/shields of golden-white light, fire blasts of energy, heal the wounds of others and himself. It can also be used to increase the strength and physical attributes of others
  • Voice of the Angels- Anyone can understand his speech, regardless of languages they know, and he can understand anyone who wishes for him to understand them. Additionally, he can hear those who 'pray' to him from any physical distance if there is no psychic or telepathic barrier or interference.
  • Healing- As long as Zadkiel has Ether, he can heal from nearly any physical damage, though extreme damage will still take extreme amounts of time to heal.
  • Flight- via a garment that can transform into wings
  • Superhuman strength, speed and stamina
  • With focus, Zadkiel can call his armor, wings, and sword to him if they are physically capable of flying to him

Tier: 7-C

Attack Potency: 8-C on average, being able to combat and kill large demonic creatures about the size of a building. Low 7-C at maximum, releasing the pure power of the Ether contained in his chest is comparable to a small nuclear blast.

Speed: Running- Superhuman, Flight- transonic

Lifting Strength: Class 100

Striking Strength: Small building class

Durability: Building level, City Block level with armor

Stamina: Does not usually require sleep and will never tire at full Ether level. He can sleep to regenerate his power and heal at an accelerated rate, but by just performing physical actions he can go for an indeterminate length of time.

Range: Energy attacks will travel for several kilometers, but will decrease in potency exponentially as the light energy disperses.

Standard Equipment: Armor made from a silvery material that could withstand a tank round (not that it would not hurt the wearer), and protect from most magics, as well as channel and store energy from 'The Light'. His 'wings' are a garment that looks like a fine woolen cloak that transforms into large, white feathered wings roughly 7' long. A sword made from the same silvery material as his armor. Nearly indestructible, but not infinitely sharp, cuts like a regular sword. It can channel his magic.

Intelligence: Average Human

Weaknesses: An extreme aversion to Iron and materials containing Iron such as steel. It causes physical burns, physically weakens him to human levels, prevents him from healing (and wounds inflicted by Iron heal at normal human rate), drains him of all excess power in about 3 days worth of contact, stabbing him in the 'heart' with Iron will instantly kill him. Likewise, sufficient and repeating damage of any kind will kill him as his Ether runs out, like the homonculi from FMA.

Notable Attacks/Techniques: Smite- by focusing all his available energy through his blade, Zadkiel can instantly vaporize any unprotected object or opponent with less durability than him if he has line of sight, and is at full power himself.

Theme Song: Gotta love 2 Steps from Hell

Welcome to the Multiverse.

This RP is character-based at the moment. I'll consider allowing faction apps later on if things escalate.

A P P L I C A T I O N

Name: HLFFS Gibson Grover

Alias/Titles: Gabriel the Gilded

Originating From: Of Ships and Girls and Shipgirls - a KanColle-RP (Original Character Here)

Gender: Male

Age: 26-Years-Old (98-Years-Old as the actual ship)

Appearance:
Image

Image

Currently, Gibson is a black haired and green eyed male who stands at 172cm tall (5'8") and retains the distinctive Kraician pale skin tone. Prior to the 1950s and beyond, Gibson Grover had been the bud of jokes by the Kraician heavy cruisers and larger allied carriers for his short stature and 'elf-like' appearance - something that would make other carriers similar to his size, like Ryuujou and Zuihou, giggle in the background. From the 1960s and onwards, Gibson would no longer become the bud of jokes as he grew older, increasingly becoming more adult-like and losing his 'elf-like' appearance and stature along the way.

Species: Male Kanmusu (Shipboy)

Brief Backstory: Originally conceived in early 1917 as an ordinary destroyer tender, Gibson Grover was supposed to be designed with the intention of supporting Kraicia's naval defenses in the First World War; however, Gibson Grover was unfortunately incomplete by the time the First World War came to an end. Throughout the inter-war period (1920s), Gibson Grover would eventually be completed in 1920 and pressed into peacetime naval service; however, following the Great Depression and Kraicia's rearmament in the 1930s, Gibson Grover was brought back to the drydocks and was remodeled into an amphibious assault ship - with Kraician diesel-powered torpedo boats as its primary armament against other ships and submarines. By the outbreak of the Second World War, Gibson Grover had been reborn and reclassified as an amphibious assault ship, having undergone a complicated redesign spanning from 1933 to 1937. Unwieldy and vulnerable at first, Gibson Grover was kept close to home with a constant escort of destroyers, since Gibson Grover was the only 'large' amphibious assault ship available at the time; however, following the early months of the North Africa Campaign, Gibson Grover was sent to provide limited amphibious landings for the allied forces. Unfortunately, Gibson Grover was called back to home once again in early 1942 for another remodel, this time Gibson Grover would receive an additional vehicle in its arsenal that would make increase its amphibious warfare capabilities.

Inspired by the successful testing and flights of Igor Sikorsky's first helicopter in 1939, as well as the later R-4 helicopter, the Kraician Naval Research Department were inspired to create their own helicopters; the result being the tandem rotor MB-52 Helicopter. To give HLFFS Gibson Grover greater versatility, the Kraician Navy decided to grant the Kraician Naval Research Department to test a new doctrine called, Dove Pen. Under this new doctrine, Gibson Grover undergone a third renovation that largely altered its appearance and giving it an armoured aircraft deck designed for helicopters; however, when Gibson Grover was commissioned back into service in April 1943, the MB-52 Helicopters in mind were still undergoing testing and trials by the time Gibson Grover was brought back to service. With its helicopters still unavailable at the time, Gibson Grover was deployed almost too late into the amphibious landings of the Italian Campaign landings, and was once again called to help land allied troops and tanks onto the front. For the time being, Gibson Grover's flight deck was repurposed to accommodate the British-made Fairey Swordfish biplanes; however, Gibson Grover would eventually receive its MB-52 helicopters in February 1945, and he would remain in trial and testing throughout the remainder of the war.

While a test bed for the new Kraician naval doctrine (Dove Pen), Gibson Grover would quickly be worthy of wielding helicopters and torpedo-boats (or landing craft) at the same time, and this with final testing and training concluding by January 1948. Unfortunately, Gibson Grover was largely outdated when compared to the other allied carriers, and he was deemed to be succeeded by more well-designed and successful Kraician carriers; however, Gibson Grover was once again called to arms when the Korean War erupted in 1950. As the only helicopter carrier available by the outbreak of the Korean War, Gibson Grover decisively fulfilled the role as a major amphibious assault ship among the UNC forces, and played a major role in the Battle of Pusan Perimeter and the Battle of Inchon. Remaining in service until the end of the Korean War, Gibson Grover would eventually be fully decommissioned in mid-1955, and was considered to be scrapped; however, by the request of its crews and the Kraician Admiralty, Gibson Grover was instead to be converted into a museum ship. While Gibson Grover only served in the Korean War as an early helicopter carrier, Gibson Grover became a groundbreaking influence to other major navies and conveying the importance of helicopter carriers in modern warfare, despite the technical setbacks that Gibson Grover had experienced throughout his lifetime in service; however, just as he was posted for decommissioning at home, he was called back into service, not for combat but for coastguard duty.

Because of his outdated design, Gibson was no longer fit for maritime military operations, but he was still useful as a helicopter carrier for the coastguard and emergency response services. He was called for numerous emergency calls and rescue operations, with his biggest rescue being the recovery of HLHFS Bailee's remains in March 1975 - HLHFS Bailee had a ran aground in the Northern Kraician Islands and had broken up into quarters (already calling for rescue prior to its destruction out at sea). Eventually, Gibson would be retired in 1983 and converted to a museum ship as originally planned in the 1950s, thereby marking his place in history as the first helicopter carrier to enter true military service...

Powers and Abilities: As a humanoid incarnation of the helicopter carrier himself, Gibson can launch and service helicopters, retaining twenty (20) MB-52 Helicopters (with a flight deck retaining two lifts), whom he can deploy as tiny autonomous flying units that can serve as either reconnaissance, ground attack, airlift troops and materials, or anti-submarine duties. He can also carry the following Boats/Landing-Craft:
- 2 x Medium-Sized LCMs
(OR)
- 15 x T-15 Torpedo Boats
(OR)
- 30 LVTs

Aside from aircraft fairies and his own fists, Gibson Grover's only defenses against airborne targets and ground targets are his eight twin-barreled 57mm Automatic Cannons. Lastly, While technologically inferior compared to its allied counterparts and its other fellow Kraician ships, Gibson Grover's previous incarnations as a Destroyer Tender has gave him ability to change roles either as an amphibious assault ship, a Torpedo Boat Tender, or a Troop Transport. Having the experience of being a torpedo boat tender and destroyer tender, combined for as long as he has materials lying around, Gibson can make new T-15 boats and MB-52 helicopters; however, this should be kept in mind that this was a feature that Gibson received when serving in the Korean War.

Tier: Tier 8-B

Attack Potency: City Block

Speed: Athletic Human

Lifting Strength: Class K

Striking Strength: Wall

Durability: Small Building

Stamina: At full capacity, he can be able to cover 22,000km for as long he is going at a jogging pace (12 knots); however, he will eventually need to refuel

Range: With his MB-52 helicopter fairies, he can attack or keep a look out from more than 360 miles away

Standard Equipment: When unarmed, he has nothing but his fists and own body as a weapon; however, as a male Kanmusu, Gibson is armed with his helicopters, torpedo boats, and his own 57mm automatic cannon armament

Intelligence: For previously being a destroyer tender, Gibson is very adroit at mechanical engineering and logistics, whom he retained even as he became an amphibious assault ship and an early helicopter carrier. By heart and mind, Gibson is a natural mechanic; he can fix anything that is mechanic given enough of the right materials, tools, and time. Having stuck around for a long time (98-Years-Old), Gibson had undergone 1960s - 1970s era modernization, enhancing his natural abilities as a mechanic; allowing him to gain the knowledge of fixing and maintaining electronics.

Weaknesses: While he is invulnerable to small arms fire, blunt trauma, blades, and grenades, Gibson is easy prey to large caliber artillery guns and powerful explosives (e.g. TNT). Plus, Gibson has a limited ammunition and fuel count, which naturally forces him to conserve his resources and restrict his to a maximum range of 22,000km (at 12 knots, or otherwise at a jogging pace), and when refuelling and resupplying ammunition does come to mind, Gibson will consume quite an appetite (though it is light and controlled when compared to how much resources that much larger carrier shipboys/shipgirls consume).

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
  • (T-15 Torpedo Boats) - The T-15 Torpedo Boat was designed as apart of Kraicia's 1930s militarization and rearmament against Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy. The T-15 Torpedo Boat was designed as a response to the German E-Boat, with the only differences being simplified construction, sturdier and heavy-duty hull (nickel-steel hull), and a more fuel-efficient diesel engine with redundant ignition systems. While heavier and slower than the E-Boats, the T-15 was much more well-armored and robust against the harsh and frigid Atlantic ocean, able to withstand much more punishment than its German counterpart at the expense of speed and greater weight. In Gibson's arsenal, the T-15s have two torpedo tubes (4 torpedoes; two pre-loaded and two spare ones), and can either arm himself with four 20mm cannons (all single barreled) or two 30mm cannons (all single barreled). Able to get up to a top speed of 37 knots, the T-15s are able to travel up to a range of 1,000 miles at 28 knots, allowing Gibson to cover lots of nautical territory with very good fuel efficiency.
  • (MB-52 Helicopters) - Inspired by the successful testing and flights of Igor Sikorsky's first helicopter in 1939, as well as the later R-4 helicopter, the Kraician Naval Research Department were inspired to create their own helicopters; the result being the tandem rotor MB-52 Helicopter. Powered by a single 1,500 hp Madison-Bradley W750 radial engine generating 1,118 kW of energy, the MB-52 helicopter was considered the strongest helicopter as of the 1940s until it was surpassed by the later turboshaft-powered helicopters of the 1960s and beyond, especially the American CH-47 Chinook Helicopter. Capable of a top speed of 90 mph (144km/h) and a range of 372 mi (598 km), the MB-52 helicopter can conduct reconnaissance (cabin is converted to an Internal Bomb Bay that can carry two sonobuoys and one passenger), submarine hunting duties (cabin converted to an Internal Bomb Bay that can carry a single 1,000lb depth charge but no passengers), ferry soldier fairies (room for four passengers in an unconverted cabin), or ground support with the help of a single side-mounted 12.7mm Machine Gun (Flexible Semi-Rigid Mount, Fixed with 1,000 rounds of ammunition carried in the cabin).
  • (Kanmusu Traits) - As a kanmusu (specifically a shipboy), Gibson Grover can travel on water as if it was just ordinary land; however, only if he is critically damaged that he'll sink underwater like an ordinary ship. Powered by three diesel engines, Gibson has a top speed of 24 knots when traveling on water, and has extra horsepower to tow an actual destroyer ship. As machine-like humanoid being, however, he will eventually run out of fuel and find himself 'dead' in the water, requiring that somebody tow him back to land. But unlike an ordinary human, being part machine makes Gibson a deceptively durable opponent, since he has a 2in-3in armor belt and 2in armored deck, on top of his metal hull and construction. The secret to a kanmusu's creation and construction is hyper-condensed composition, which upon anyone foolish enough to attack a kanmusu, it will feel like he/she has punched a metal wall than actual flesh and bone.
