Stalin sits at his desk, puzzled on his next acts with the short rebellions in Prussia, Poland, and Czechoslovakia. Stalin knows about the abdication of Walter Ulbricht as well as the Polish President. Stalin looks at the resource statistics for the Nations, when he comes to a conclusion, Poland gives a great amount of resources to keep Soviet factories going, while Czechoslovakia and Prussia offer coal. Stalin would see this as an opportunity to seize more resources, but then, he glances out of the Soviet Sphere, he looks at Finland, Finland has metals such as Silver, Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Chromium, and Cobalt, which would give the Soviet Union to produce more weapons. Stalin would stand up and head to the Foreign Ministry by his car. He arrives, and would step into the Northern Baltic-Czechoslovakia office. He strides to the Meeting room where he gathered the Foreign Ministers of Czechoslovakia, Poland, and Prussia. He'd sit down at the head of the table. "Gentlemen, I'm very well aware of your nation's constant rebelliousness, and I have a solution that will benefit the stability of the Region. I will incorporate your states into my Union." Stalin would assert. "I'm Sorry, Comrade Stalin, but I don't think you were clear, you set our states up to put a barrier between you and the west, how could you possibly take this back and incorporate our states?" The Foreign Minister of Czechoslovakia would ask. "Your nation's natural resources, and my ability to quell rebellions quickly, if I incorporate your states and quell your internal rebellions, then there could be more stability to form a ideal communist state." Stalin would answer. "I see, well, if it's for the good of our people, then we have no choice." The Foreign Minister of Poland would respond.

• Czechoslovakia will join the Soviet Union
• Soviet-Occupied Austria will be set free

Prime Minister Gerung Walason and King Niketas Willeson have both noticed the ever expanding USSR. As such, they have urged the US, UK, and France to consolidate their portions of Germany into West Germany. The three have agreed to the deal, and have also set up a pro-western state in their portions of Austria.

The response to Barland's nuclear treaty proposal read.

This could be very risky if the Soviets find out so you must agree to keep this an absolute secret and promise not to use these weapons unless necessary. But we do agree to this the missiles will be shipped out but due to security reasons they will be sent in civilian ships and arrive slower than a normal voyage would. The weapons should arrive in Two to three months.

The message to Barland would be sent in maximum security and the weapons would also in maximum security begin to be loaded with only a handful of people knowing about the weapons.

Meanwhile President Truman stepped out to greet King Edwards. At his side was his wife the First lady of the USA Bess Truman who would be touring the capital with Queen Wallis Simpson. Truman spoke saying.

"King Edwards, Queen Simpson, Field Marshal Montgomery it is good to see you three." Truman said as he reached out his hand for a handshake.

"Just don't burn the city while you're at it." Queen Willas laughed at her own joke. Good thing the tensions between UK and US when King Edward became an absolute monarch has cooled during the Second World War.

After shaking hands with Bess Truman, King Edward turned to the President, "Right, President Truman. If you please lead the way."

This response from the United States was seen as not only a future casus belli for the Chinese to become directly involved in the Korean War if needed, but also as a way to speed up industrial and social growth under the pretext of war. For now at least, the North Sea Fleet of the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) was to be deployed in the Yellow Sea and the western end of the Korea Strait in case further intervention were to be needed, and half of the PLAN's South Sea Fleet was to patrol the South China Sea and the Philippine Coast for reconnaissance.

Meanwhile, a "Resist America, Aid Korea" campaign was launched among the populace in order to garner support for the war until its end. Its main tactic was to change the public's feeling towards the war from an external threat of war to a spirit of sacrifice and patriotic emergency at home. If the Chinese could be at least somewhat militarily successful on the peninsula, then the resulting popular support for the new communist government could ensure its safety at a position of power for several years, perhaps even longer.

Chiang Kai Shek, after the collapse of Japan, decides to purchase the island of Taiwan as a new nationalist base for only a few million Yuan. Meanwhile, Japan itself descends into a civil war between the communist North and the nationalist South.
