Despite the apparent somber mood that the rogue appeared to be in before, he was quick to crack a lively smile as he heard Tira's voice behind him and listened to the question she made. "I wouldn't be myself if I said no to such a pretty face, would I?" He spoke, looking over his shoulder at the female swordfighter. With nonchalant ease he gestured at the seat next to him and waved the tavernkeep over, assuming Tira would want a drink.
To say that he was surprised the warrior princess had sought him out was an understatement, considering she'd made no effort to hide the animosity she'd held towards him and his admittedly less than stellar first impression throughout their contract together. However, he certainly wasn't one to turn company away, and perhaps someone to talk to was exactly what he needed after that quest.
Not that Tira was the most talkative of people.
"Should we toast, then?" He spoke up once the woman had a drink in hand. "To a job well done?"
