Image or description of the ship girl/boy: Pretty similar to her sister ship U-511, a captured Volkstradi type 7C, how ever, in reflection of her Parcian (Russian) Heritage, her hair is a raven black. She still maintains a lithe yet noticeably toned figure, due to her increased tonnage and stronger engines then her sister ships. Due to their similar design, her wet suit and and gear mostly match that of her sister ships, though her bow is larger and longer, and she is a duel screwed ship. This is both due to her increased torpedo magazine, but also due to her powerful Dsh model sonar system. She also sports a pair of twin 30mm gun turrets on her each shoulder, and her embarkation pod, when equipped, is mounted on her back. Unless on a mission required to do so, she usually leaves the pod off, as it disrupts her stealthy profile.

Character: She is outwardly shy and withdrawn, often taking a long time to fully get comfortable around new people. She is, how ever, a incredible sailor, not questioning orders and putting her best in to her mission. She holds a special hatred in her heart of most destroyer model Abbysals as well as select others due to past experiences in the Atlantic and Emerald Sea.
Special abilities:
Reinforced hull - due to her titanium hull, her maximum depth is pushed to an estimated 630 feet

advanced passive sonar when she was captured, one of the few pieces of intact equipment she had installed on her was a very sensitive "Dsh.mk27" sonar system, making her passive array extremely effective even 20 years after her first voyage. Her active sonar, due to the space the Dsh arrays takes up is smaller In size, thus limiting its capability to 81% of its normal capacity due to the smaller size.

Character: With his nature and the food he produces, unlike other ships he has a sweet and caring attitude, constantly going on sorties that involve heavy combat to raise morale. However, this does not mean that he is lenient as anyone, excluding older ships and destroyers and below, will get hit in the face with a block of Himito Youkan if caught stealing. The exclusions need to pay a slightly higher price.
Special abilities: As he is a supply ship, he can easily raise moral and provide food for ships during longer sorties
Technical Description of the vessel:
Built under the 6th fleet expansion: Supply vessels plan, he was built with some breaking edge technology for his time, including facilities for making sweets be it western or traditional, and even a small farm of cows for fresh milk and cream. The trade off was that he was slow despite his massive horsepower, most of it going into producing sweets, and the lack or armor or guns. But regardless, he was escorted so heavily that high command considered removing his sole gun. During his peace time service, he was known as 'The floating sweet shop' as he mainly produced sweets, while his sister ship was known as 'The floating restaurant' for her savory dishes over sweet ones.

Even after they were considered outdated, high command still refused to scrap them and instead modernized them. But as newer and more efficient ships came into service, he along with his sister ship were relegated to the task of museum ship, and to this day they are still making food from their original compartments.

Most naval officers that were in service when they were in active duty still say that their food is the best over the newer ones. This is primarily due to the fact that food was made on the ship itself.

Character: Like her brother, she has a kind heart and treats the older ships and children nicely, joining her brother sometimes to raise morale in the fleet. However, like her brother she slaps people in the face with a steel pan when they try to steal, excluding older ships and children.
Special abilities: She can also provide supplies for ships during longer sorties like her brother.
Technical Description of the vessel:

Built in the same plan as her brother, she was built with cutting edge technology but this time the technology was for more savory food. Regardless of type, she could make almost any kind of savory food from around the world, as she spent most of her service travelling with envoys throughout the world, the chefs being one of the best chefs in the entire navy and military that were only matched by her brother. She was built with more horsepower, but only had an increased speed of 2 knots due to most of it going to the cooking and production equipment. She was known to have carried a mini farm in her and even had the processing plants for certain ingredients.

Even after being outdated and modernized, she was still used as a museum ship like her brother in modern day, still producing mass amounts of food for people who come to see her.

Also before I send out an IC post, would it be alright to have Higashikawa pick up a broken/fragmented Sos signal from either one of the ships of the 5th supply convoy?

For explanation it's not that their radio is that strong, rather as a repurposed/former command ship he sort of retained the radio strength required.

2. didnt really make it obvious the time skipped happened, i read the post over 3 times before i noticed the surprisingly well hidden transition.

As op, Im going to say that since you want to interact, my own post will reply to his as though they are still in transit to the island. This I feel is a feasible compromise. I can use your character witnessing the abduction for the story.

EDIT: As well Jeb, she got the first three out of a six digit grid. Expect some Elite ASW destroyers within a few cycles, since an alarming number of Abyssal ships seem to have gone missing

Having to use Dumbfire G7es makes me sad.
I mean i get your point, but Acoustic seeker heads, even int heir basic form, were in working order nearly by the start of the war (prototypes going as far back as 1933 and in use by 1943 and are known for sinking quite a few merchantmen) The form Im asking for is the T-14 Falke, not the GNAT (G7ES/T5) which is larger and more accurate.
