Also, I'm going to be looking for (perhaps real world) inspiration for the specifics of his fighting style. Any help thete would be great.
At most I have the idea that his fighting style would revolve around hitting weak spots with his iron fists. It'd probably be a fast sort of style.

“We are guided by her speedful sands. We shall exact vengeance for the day that we were betrayed. We are the Jatu.” - Jatu Warlord
Faction Name: Jatu
Faction Region: Travels to all regions to raid and pillage
Description/Lore: During the D’shar Principalities Secession Crisis, the Jatu were a religious warband of fanatics - devoted to the worship of Vata, God of Sand and Dust. They attempted to upstart a theocracy, however were defeated by Hamid in the latter years of the crisis. The remnants of the Jatu would retreat to the Southern Bog, in hopes of grouping there. Once gathered, the Jatu decided that it was best to wait and regain their strength. Eventually, the Jatu recuperated their loses and struck out again - this time, raiding the likes of travelers, caravans, and much more. The Jatu’s reputation would grow immensely as they travel the world on their mounted horses, even beating lone armies - gaining them the tiles of “Devils of the Sands,” “Tejis Demons,” “Vatta’s Vengeance,” etc. When meeting these mounted men - don’t mistake them for mere outlaws and bandits - for they are highly masterful users of both bow (on ground and horses) and melee. Death comes quick, if not cautious around the Jatu.
Dominant Faction Races: Humans and any other race that wishes to join them.
Additional Info: N/A

Okay pretty much all of it looks good. The last issue i see is the boon. It seems overpowered for a starter boon so I'd recommend removing the last two paragraphs on her boon as the first one is good enough plus adding the "she cannot use her boon when she isn't in danger" to the first paragraph if you want.

I'm going to ask you to lower the age by more or less ~1000 years as elves have only been around for 2000 years.

Name: City State of Rhodesia
Dominant Group: Humans, with a spattering of Elves and Dwarfs.
Region: The far Flung islands of the Eastern Sea, on the farthest flung of these islands (still large enough to support its own population)
City Size: In between an Average city and a large
Notable features: Tenacity - Rhodesia has been sacked time and time again, and despite this, the scattered people of this little City state come back together at a new location and raise a new banner after every defeat. Notably, in the last 40 years Rhodesia has actually fought off and repelled its last attackers and gained a small bit of fame in doing so, with the saying "Rhodesians Never die!" being heard.
Age of City: 300 years
Major Industry: fish, Rice, and small number of well crafted swords and armor.

- Eagle Eye: Morgan is scarily accurate with almost any form of ranged weapon. Bow, crossbow, sling, even throwing an object he is terrifyingly accurate at close and long range.
- Rapid Calculation: Morgan can rapidly calculate the distance of a target, and adjust his aim to hit the target in question. This also applies to strategy in general, taking into account all viable factors to come up with the best possible solution to a problem at hand.
range.- Slight of hand: Outside his shooting abilities, his years in the streets and the need to steal in order to survive have given him masterful hand eye coordination and a gentle, silent touch that allows him to be a skilled pickpocket.
range.- Parkourist/agile: Morgan is incredibly quick on his feet, and has parkour skills on par with the best of them.
range.- Unarmed Combat: Even without weaponry, Morgan is semi exceptional with simple unarmed combat. Easily outclassed by most who actively train in close combat, but better than the average joe.
- Luck: Morgan rides with Lady Luck it seems, as he seems to have an extreme luck streak, having not failed in any task he has set his mind to ever since he established some strange connection with “Lady Luck.”
- Magically impotent: Aside from his auto reload gun, a phenomenon that has nothing to do with his own abilities, but instead occurring because of the gun itself, Morgan is absolutely terrible with any form of magic.
- Range oriented: Like I said before, Morgan is easily outclassed in the physical combat department by almost every well trained physical fighter.
- Climbing outfit: Morgan wears special traction oriented boots and gloves that help him climb. The boots also assist him with running.
- Fancy necklace: Nothing too special, just a trinket from a past love.
- Throwing daggers: Just some standard issue throwing daggers.
- Stilleto dagger: Just a regular old dagger.
- Dragon Breath: *See heroic boon
