3500 pokedollars is what you get in a gameboy pokemon game.

You can start from Sunset Town, but got a late start and missed seeing the Quinn sisters.

You can start in Esse Town and head for the shops and the tall grass.

You can arrive by airplane from another region in Lakesect City.
