I say put it to a vote. I don't think Technology on Terratus should progress beyond steampunk/magitech

I was thinking perhaps PMT as a max non-magitech level.

I don't think this necassarily needs to be put to a vote unless there's dissenting opinions that cannot compromise.

It would be interesting for Terratus, being neutral ground, to be a mix of FanT and FT, but nothing too ridiculous, and better tech and magic can be achieved outside of it.

Yeah, like Magic being more flexible but less reliable, and tech being reliable but less flexible, and Magitech being a powerful but complex fusion between the two.
