Do you really think they will be able to do that? How are they going to compete with the dragons? Or the other abomination which will eventually hunt them and feed on their fear... I just created the grim from Rwby didn't I? Anamara is Salem apparently.
Btw I suggest dissecting a human and using it's brain as a base for the dragons brain.
