Either combat or recon oriented, to be sure, but I don't have anything else regarding that yet, though.
Alright. If you create a Villain, maybe Jasmine and your character can team up. I think it may be pretty interesting. I believe Jasmine's mind control quirk would go well with a recon oriented quirk (such as Search)

Name: Kira Itsuwarino
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
Blood Type: A positive
Appearance: https://anhdephd.com/wp-content/uploads ... ep-rai.jpg
Bio: Kira was born during Deku’s rise as the new Symbol of Peace, and at one time admired him. Kira saw the hero’s strength, his will to save others, and was amazed at how one man could have so much power. He dreamt of developing a quirk such as Deku’s, and becoming a hero just like him. And oh how reality came crashing down when he developed his quirk. He would be constantly tortured by information of others lives that he never wanted. It almost drove him mad during his childhood. But as he aged, he grew used to the quirk, and began seeing the infinite amount of ways he could use it to personal benefit. He exploited people’s character flaws to manipulate them, steal from them, and ruin them. He went to U.A. (Hero Class), and graduated at the top, as his quirk allowed him to out wit others in combat, and used it to practically read his teachers for the answers to the tests. He became a pro hero, but never really took to it, and instead became a full time teacher at U.A. All the while, he used this position to draw attention away from his more...nefarious acts.
Occupation: U.A. Teacher/Villain
Quirk Name: Eye of the Beholder
Quirk Description: With a simple glance, Kira can divine every aspect of a person. Their name, their age, their quirk, their personality, their every strength and weakness, an he can even gaze into the past of those he looks upon. After he has looked at someone, he can also sense their presence if they are within a five meter radius of him. Eye of the Beholder also seemingly causes one to have an eidetic memory, as he can recall all the information he has ever gained from his quirk.

He deals drug from behind the scenes, and has maybe 20-25 henchmen working under him, none of whom actually know his identity or have seen his face.

Deku, Shoto and King Explosion Murder are probably the top 3
Deku is definitely the top hero. Todoroki has an argument for #2, but I believe Sparky Sparky Boom Man and Arlo have really similar quirks. But I'll give Bakugo the benefit of the doubt and say he edges out Arlo for the top 3. Arlo is still in top 5, right?

Sounds good, perhaps the two went to the same Junior High, or a program for kids with Quirks? Due to the subtle nature of his Quirk, his Trancewalk ability wasn't discovered until late elementary-early middle-school.
Which begs the question, in lore, when is the median age for people with Quirk, and why isn't there a Xavier Elementary School for Tenacious Toddlers?

First off, love the reference.
Second, that or Combustion Man is now a tempting Villain name...

I'm glad I gave you some ideas. Sparky Sparky Boom Man or Combustion Man would be nice names tbhDanceria wrote:Sounds good, perhaps the two went to the same Junior High, or a program for kids with Quirks? The MHA wiki page says that quirks usually manifest in children by age 4 at the latest.

I'd say JH, but that would mean they wouldn't be in the same test... Maybe they shared a favorite haunt and got to be friends that way??

Mutual friend of a friend? He's into soccer, video games, and martial arts. Perhaps the two went to the same dojo then became pals? I would imagine due to his tenacious trance-like ability, he would be Aoi's favorite punching dummy when she figures out her four forms of ultimate deathening.
