Seems we've hit the three monkey quota; Evelyn for Sight [Can manipulate all light, including temporary absorbing], Koichi for Hearing [Can absorb sound] and technically Crater for Speaking [Since you can't speak if you can't breath].

I should also explain that Evelyn and Fletcher are from Germany [From western German, specifically Hesse] as well as R, though he's part French. Kyoko and Rhea are both half Japanese [Their mother was Japanese], but their other nationality is unknown

When I saw chaotic in reference to the rest of the world, I think more of Middle East style chaotic. The sort of chaotic you can't really escape easily.

Well, Kyoko and Rhea are Mercenaries and Arms dealers with a vast overseas trading business to back their movements, Fletcher is a highly trained and experience hitman who's killed many heroes villains alike and was part of the aforementioned PMC, MSCF, and Evelyn got accepted into U.A and since her mother died R went over as a Guardian

Yeah, Japan at the very least seems to be in a fairly alright state and at the very least the crowning gem of peace in the world due to Deku [Assuming he is the end all be all "Symbol of Peace"] and U.A [Though due to the high presence of villains for the above factors it could be considered even more unstable]

Sound absorption is not optional, thus his later hero costume, which is essentially a soundproof shell unless he decides he wants to absorb energy.

It makes objects more durable as well. That’s why his projectiles don’t dent or break upon impact with solid objects. By shooting them into the building, he’s transmuting the energy of spin into the building, increasing its durability. It takes a lot of spin energy to make larger objects spin. Meaning the building wouldn’t really move due to conducting spin. If you wanna know more about spin, it’s heavily based off the ability from JoJos Bizarre Adventure (which goes by the same name). But to answer your question, it’s basically magic.

He mentioned something about the entrance exam in Japanese and you can either have her go running off towards the gunfire or the explosions or to relax as the gunshots probably are done now while the damage in the city I do not know if they are visible from the beach or not.

Fray's pretty much over unless you wanna attack the beach or the heroes doing cleanup (Hippocrata's still pulling people out of the wreckage). I mean, you could have them attack the people going through Golden Boy's portal, but why tho?
