I mean, does the sex change thing affect her looks as well or just the genitalia? If it includes looks, that's a sudden face change for escape if I've ever seen it.

Well I mean go for it. Shoichi is currently en-route so if you want she can see a kid with just shorts on being followed by a rather well-built individual moving towards the sounds of the explosions.
EDIT: By the way should probably let you all know Ryuu's capabilities:
- Extreme Strength/Durability: Due to his construction and nature, the being can generate heavy blows with his arms and legs and withstand more destructive hits than normal. This is enough to break concrete and steel, all things considered.
- Reactive hardening: Upon a blow, his 'skin' and metal with harden to five times their normal strength and durability. Not much to be said on that, aside from a stiffening of the region affected during the duration of the blow.
- Gaseous Breath: On command, Ryuu can emit a cloud of what is essentially airborne pepper spray combined with minor effects of bear spray to a radius of three yards, covering himself and those around him for up to twenty seconds. This lasts for around five minutes after use.

Simple. Lightning would react and go straight to ground, straight through him, and since Ryuu literally has no nervous system to speak of you might actually charge him of energy so uh...yeah. Also not sure why you'd fight him to be honest.

Ryuu doesn't have a throat. He literally is an energy-powered automaton, one of Shoichi's Ghosts, and again not sure why the two would fight.

Quirk Description: Official Transcript from IQD[Interpol Quirk Division] to be Submited to the Hero Offices in Japan:The individual known as Silver Hair Rhea is dangerous and not to be approached by normal forces under any circumstances. Report from the third "Heroes" division reported a fatality rate of over 65% after encountering her in Morroco earlier this year [2014], not including causalities attributed to the individual known as 'Lady Luck' nor any other members of the MSCF group. From reports gathered in the field, analysis have been unable to pin-point the specifics of her Quirk, but have identified key traits that operatives should be aware of going into future operations:Yet again, the IDQ recommends that those who are not registered Pro-Heroes to avoid confrontation with Silver Hair Rhea. Those that do engage her it is recommended to do so at range to avoid the effects of her Quirk and to only enter hand to hand combat as a last resort. Any sightings by civilians, Junior Heroes or sidekicks, should be reported to the policy or affiliated agency immediately. Attempt to monitor if possible, but make sure to stay out of sight and combat.
- Amplitude - Reports indicate that Silver Hair Rhea is able to control the power of her quirk as well as the range of which it is extended, though it is always active at some magnitude regardless of extended range
- Range - Reports further indicate that the ultimate range of Silver Hair Rhea's Quirk to be 100 meters where it is reported to cause an unnerving and intimidated feeling to befall most non-hero personal, and even reportedly some heroes [Up to 50 meters from epic-center], as well as most civillians. The next level laying between 50 meters to 30 meters is where most non-hero personal are reportedly knocked unconscious from the effects of the Quirk, the effect usually last until they are removed from the range of the ability, several heroes have also reported being frozen in place, atleast temporary and unable to move due to effects of the ability. The final range laying between 30 and Epicenter reports that most heroes find themselves either unconscious or temporary paralyzed at they are overtaken by the will of Silver Hair Rhea and her Quirk. Only five heroes have reportedly been able to close within 15 meters of Silver Hair Rhea but reported falling unconscious shortly after.
- Imprint - By far the most interesting findings from field reports lie in the eye witness accounts of heroes who have passed the thirty meter mark to engage with 15 meters have reported that, at what is assumed to be full output from Silver Hair Rhea's Quirk, the Quirk begins physically damaging the surrounding area, mostly resulting in cracks and the breaking of wooden objects.
- Additional Notes - Silver Hair Rhea is known to have had extensive martial arts training by Tier-One forces from a young age and up into the present. She is also known to have acquired vast knowledge on the use of various firearms, making her a danger at all ranges, though special emphasis should be placed on close range engagements
To clear up some confusion on nature of Rhea and her Quirk I'll explain them a bit better here. Rhea's ability is active at all times, meaning that not matter what she does she can't turn off the power of her Quirk. She can, however, limit it's power and range. A typical level would rest at a range of about 5 meters at level one power output. Thus, those within about five meters of her will begin to feel light effects of her ability. Thus I should explain how it works. Ultimately the Quirk is considered an Emitter, relying on the strength of the users will and mental strength to create an aura dominates others[Aura sensors or readers would immediately see her's as much more intense than normal, even w/o her Quirk]. Rhea's Quirk can be broken down into four power levels; Level one, Weak. This power isn't necessarily considered part of her Quirk, but rather a by product. This is what causes a feeling of chills in most people, and unnerving or frightening feeling to most civilians. Level Two, Normal. This is the first real level of her Quirk, but even so is just barely. At the most this power level can reach out to 50 meters from about 30 meters and is where most non-Hero personal, civilians, and most Sidekicks alike begin to pass out from effects of having their Aura overwhelmed by Rhea's. Pro-Heroes and Sidekicks begin to feel the unnerving effects of the ability more and some will even be over take by it, not all to the point of passing out, but will be rendered unable to physically move themselves, paralyzed by the force. Level Three, Strong. It's at this level of about thirty meters that Rhea's ability is mostly felt. At this range of thirty meters all non-Hero personal and Civilians will likely immediately pass out upon being hit by this level of power. Heroes and sidekicks will also begin to experience more adverse effects of the ability, with most either passing out, especially in the case of Sidekicks, or will end up being rendered unable to will themselves to most as the force of her Aura overpowers theirs. Level Four, Crushing. This power level has by far the shortest possible range, of only about 20 meters max, but it is by far the most powerful. At this range nearly all Pro-Heroes will find themselves having passed out or rendered unable to move, with only a small percentage still able to fight. It's also at this level that the ability will begin to effect the surrounding physical area casing wood to splinter and break, even going so far as to leave cracks in some stronger materials. The ability can target a theoretically unlimited amount of people within the radius of a given power level and even through physical objects. It can also be used in a specific way to not effect those the user does not wish to effect, but this must actively be thought about, meaning it will often effect non-involved bystanders. Those that have strong Aura [Are incredibly driven] are likely to last longer [Like Stain would have good chances of surviving and even fighting in the full power of the ability]
