Primary species:
The 'denizens' of the Xoran Remnant look very different from on another, but could be considered the same species. There are three classifications based on physical characteristics.
Mimics are the most comparable to basic two arm, two leg humanoids. They are the bipedal plantoids and may have multiple limbs.
Stalkers lack humanoid characteristics: limbs, faces, etc. Some may have two legs, some may have none.
Hunters resemble non-bipedal animals and are usually the largest of the categories.

The One is a massive entity at the core of its own planet. It carefully monitors the progress of each planet through the installations and watches over The Entrusted (the government) carefully to make sure its vision of planetary purity is fulfilled.

The plantoid Xoran are divided into primal and sentients. The primal are used primarily as laborers or soldiers to construct factories, installations, docks, buildings, and growth centers. The sentients are much more intelligent, comparable to unmodified humans. Civilians work to monitor, manage, and continue to ensure that their planets ecosystem is functioning. The Xoran tend to live underground where the natural world may function undisturbed. The only big Xoran cities are on barren moons and asteroids. If an outsider was to visit a city they would find nothing more than a work environment with little recreation. The plantoids acknowledge their existence has guardians to wounded planets and dedicate most of their time to working. Artificial intelligence exists on ships, installations, and to help with the plantoid's labor.

The buildings can be plain or complex in appearance. Basic structures were created to be barren and easy to navigate however the installations and military sections are complexly constructed and laid out. Installations are located underground, in mountains, in the skies, or on the tree tops. They are databanks that contain critical information about the planet which The One can see.

The Xoran are not physically controlled by The One. This allows some Sentients to leave the Xoran system and develop their own cultures outside of the work-maintain system within a Xoran planet. There are several locations in the galaxy where Xoran sentient live their own lives as traders, shipbuilders, or more. These Xoran are prevented from rejoining the installation planets however are given the opportunity to set up trade outposts for the Xoran Remnant. The Xoran

Once the Xoran Remnant liberate a new planet they will make sure there is 'no foul presence' hiding within the planet. Next the Xoran begin to terraform the planet and reform the atmosphere of the planet.
Installations are built first and then military set ups. The plantoids will begin to establish a workplace and start rebuilding the planet. After these processes the plantoid inhabitants would work towards maintaining such a beauty.


Nation History: The Xoran were an alien race much different from the plantoids. They had a growing civilization and were beginning to emerge as a power in their region of space. This wouldn't continue. A organism had slowly built up under the Xoran's noses. The Xoran's population center was destroyed within minutes. Their growing military was unsuspecting and many important assets were not on the planet at the time of the attack. Their planet had been destroyed. Billions of lives were lost. The only Xoran who had survived were those off planet. The ravaged peoples struggled to band together but once they did their vengeance made way for the creation of a weapon. A weapon to rid them galaxy of the hivemind that had obliterated their planet.

They had constructed a small planet. Within it was what would eventually be known as The One. The construct was originally supposed to be something similar to a orbital cannon which would glass the surface of a planet and eliminate the Hivemind. Construction broke off however as a lack of resources led to fighting between the groups. What was left was a massive AI superstructure with a programmed hatred for the hivemind and the need to eradicate it. The cannon had never been installed though, so the AI had to create its own weapon. Knowing that itself would deteriorate over time it decided to kill two birds with one stone: Create a counter hivemind that would protect, maintain, and purify ravaged planets aswell as maintain The One. The Xoran had established an atmosphere over The One which allowed an ecosystem to establish itself. The One had tended to its surface and, after years of work, had created a race of plantlike organisms to help itself. The One named its plantoid nation the Xoran Remnant after its creators.

The One, using leftover ships and munition aswell as the parts that were going to originally make The One a superweapon, had its denizens modify their existing fleet of ships with parts of the orbital canon that would allow them to glass the surface of the old nation's home planet. When the time came, The One dispatched its plantoids. The resident hivemind was the unsuspecting one this time around and the ships scorched the earth below them. The planet would eventually be terraformed and the Xoran Remnant would develop itself over time. The One and the Plantoids believed that it was their duty to protect the planets around them from corruption. The Xoran Remnant continue to reclaim, purify, and maintain corrupted bodies.

Unique Technologies:
Natural Camo The Xoran, being plantoids, can potentially blend in to the environment completely assuming there is lush vegetation.
Weapons crafted by evolution Throughout the years the perfect guardian has been pursued. Researchers in control of the creation and growth of new Xoran apply the newest hormones and boosters to genetically modify their sentients to make them smarter and stronger.
Gateway Warp Gateways allow for the transport between planets. Developed to make traveling easier.


Military Size: 9.1 Billion
Military Description:
Xoran Primary Core
The Xoran Primary Core function as the sentient plantoid's military branch. They have more of an emphasis on tactics and military tactics. They are primarily trained to help purify foul-touched planets but also function as ground combatants against a hostile alien race. The Primary Core is in charge of operating the machinery, aircraft, and other non-cannon fodder activities. Uses plasma-energy weaponry.

Xoran Reserve Core

They are reserve in name only. The non-sentient plantoids are unintelligent and are primarily used as canon fodder. Some with experience constructing will be used as emergency mechanics for the Primary Core. This is the largest branch. They do not travel on navy ships and have their own transport ships.

Xoran Navy
The navy is the second largest and functions like the Primary Core. Some of their ships are reclaimed from other situations and some are imported in. The Navy is in charge of glassing diseased planets. They are trained to fight other Alien vessels aswell.

Terraformers
The terraformers are in charge of terraforming operations and are a mix of primal and sentient plantoids. They only function in terraforming operations.

Soldier appearance:

The sentient's armor comes equipped with an energy shield and biohealing chemicals to sustain a plantoid in the event of serious damage.

Tyk- The gateway warps are basically just portals that take the user from set location to set location. It won't teleport you to a random place. The One is a AI that was supposed to be something like a death star. Its planet killer weapon was never installed and the civilization building it vanished. What was left was a large AI with a disliking for hiveminds and other planet-destroying civilizations. It raised an army of plantoids to function as its inhabitants, caretakers, and weapons. It now focuses on 'liberating' planets from the taint and corruption of those who wish to harm them.

I reckon gateways need approval by Mitch, he had plans regarding gates of some kind. I'll hit him up
