New Swabia was an unrecognized (including by your own country) claim that Germany made in Scandinavian Antarctic territory (Queen Maud Land) where they constructed one temporary whaling base and put up some flags.
You did not at any point before your non-aggression pact with Scandinavia accept the Nazi claim nor contest the Scandinavian claim, so this is an illegal violation of that pact. Iran wasn't a British territory at any point. Iraq and India were, kind of sandwiching it, but it wasn't.
