I've decided to give it a go. Hope you except the entry. For myself, I enjoyed the reading the other entries.

Nation Name: The Sskiss Hegemony

Description: Non-Humanoid Saurians (primordial). The Sskiss themselves are actually a collection of several closely related clades of genera and species all based on the ancient terrestrial therapod dinosaurs of the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods of old earth. They have been perfected over eons of evolution and its primary mechanism, natural selection. They are a true example of primordial evolution in that their basic morphology has changed little throughout the passage of time. There is also considerable morphological variation among the Sskiss; Overall size, proportions, skin colours and patterns and specific adaptations are among the most obvious. Both gracile and robust species exist as well. There are currently an estimated 3000 or so species of Sskiss. Most Sskiss species range from 3-12 meters in length and 1.5-4 meters in height at the hip. All species are obligate carnivores. Refer to factbook for more info. In general, smaller forms are more common than larger forms.
Demographics:100% Sskiss - Various species. The current population is 31 billion and growing.
Culture: Darwinists - by sheer necessity, "survival of the fittest", the ancient cycle of birth, life and death, raw power (individually and collectively), fecundity and hunting. Sskiss social interaction is very dominance/submission interactive. A caste ridden social structure is comprised of the following; Rulers - "those who dictate", Soldiers - "the teeth and claws of the sskiss", Hunters - "those that feed the sskiss", Scientists - "those who hunt knowledge/wisdom", Workers - "those that are dictated too/those that build". it should also be noted that along with the senses of sight and hearing, smell plays a critical role in social interaction among the Sskiss.
Government: Oligarchy and Military Junta. Classic Hierarchical "top down" command structure.
Economy(Pick two resources for trade): The Sskiss's two largest industries are based on production of food and mining/resource extraction. Food industry: Foodstuffs (includes Bulk foodstuffs, livestock - various species, sea foods, various delicacies etc.), Mining Industry: Raw ores, processed/purified elements, alloys (made to order) and exotic elements. The Sskiss have perfected the manufacturing of a dense degenerate matter known as "Collapsium". Said element comes in various "grades" and is used exclusively by the military for ship and personal body armour, hulls, etc... It is not for sale and the secret to it's manufacture is a heavily guarded secret.

History (Optional): The Sskiss have recently underwent a concerted colonization effort with their massive industrial sector mining and smelting resources for use in the constructing of various ships, orbitals, bases and military industrial complexes. This current effort was largely due to overpopulation on some worlds and a strained food industry. Ancient records and the folklore of other species across the galaxy indicate that the Sskiss are, as a whole, a very ancient race that once spanned several thousand star-system at it's height.

Species Name: Sskiss ("Those that think and speak")
Homeworld: Riiss' Sslash A and B (binary planet system) Both planets are lower mass super terrestrials with rather thick atmospheres laced with high amounts of both carbon dioxide (CO2) and sulphur dioxide (SO2). The atmospheric oxygen content are also high on both worlds (34 and 32 percent respectively). Water vapor on A is also rather high. Conditions on both worlds are predominantly tropical/sub-tropical with cooler, more temperate regions towards the poles. Generally speaking, Riiss' Sslash A is hot and wet, Riiss" Sslash B is hotter and dryer. Both planets possess massive highly diverse biospheres.
Species Physiology: See above. Also factbook. Sskiss as a whole possess dense fibrous flesh and tissue. The cardiovascular system is extremely efficient and is based of the avian model. Sskiss are oviparous and may my live from 90-150 years depending on species. Overall, strength, stamina and vitality are impressive.
Description: Non humanoid Saurians (primordial). Basel forms has changed little throughout evolutionary history. High diversity within phylogenetic groups. The Sskiss themselves have no real concept of "race" - only species.
Other Information: The Sskiss as a whole are ruthlessly logical, pragmatic, methodical and expedient. They are governed by such dictates as well as the dictates of nature itself - that is, to mate as often as possible, to expand ones territory and to get as much food into ones jaws as possible. They are, on a personal and collective level, highly territorial. As such, the Sskiss as a whole possess a relentless need to colonise and expand their dominion frequently.

Senator Appearance: A middle aged male allosaurid form some 7 meters in length and 2.8 meters in height at the hip and weighing in at just over two metric tons. A deep ash grey in colour with faded white bands on the tail. The face is dusted in a faded white, while the orbs around the eye are dark ash, giving an appearance of a Sskiss skull. The head, neck and fore quarters are heavily scarred through numerous fights for the right to mate.
Senator Personality: Direct, Pragmatic, a Realist, Intense, despises weakness - in any form.
Senator Bio: Sskor' Raak is perhaps, the best the sskiss have to offer for a diplomat ("speaker to other") was tasked by "those that dictate" to represent the Sskiss within the galactic senate. Even the Sskiss realise that sometimes, the act of negotiating with other species across the galaxy can achieve as much as any victory in war. Although he did, to his credit, skillfully negotiate several successful policies that made all Sskiss industries more efficient and cooperative working more effectively in tandem. He was also partially credited with pushing the earlier mass colonization effort. However, the greater challenge set forth for him will be to achieve a similar success with alien species. A challenge he dare not fail...
Senator Main Strength: Shrewd, 'reeks' of power.
Senator Main Weakness: Stubborn - difficult to change his mind once a decision has been made.
Political Party: Non affiliated - but tends to favor a galactic government that is rather lax with a low level meddling and intrusiveness in Sskiss affairs. The Sskiss resent the fact that in the past, the power of the galactic senate had used the Sskiss as a cat's paw....

So I was planning on doing a character roleplay set in the same universe as Galactic Republic.It would be set tens of thousands of years in the future though to not create conflict with the present.

Government: The Expanse is headed by an Empress and Brood Council representing the various clans that take part in a rotational mating program with the Imperial Family (meaning that at all times the Royal Family is related to clans and thus the Empress is ceremonially the 'All Mother'). Expansion of Purshean territory has largely come form infighting in the Imperial family with various princes and princesses being expelled to the far lands where they establish their own little dominions that remain part of the Expanse by custom. In truth the species is the Expanse and the Expanse is not kind to those who betray it.

History (Optional): The Purshean enrollment in the Galactic Republic was not considered a possibility in the time before the Republic. Purshean's where known for having caused the extinction of entire sentient species and the thought that they could cooperate on mutual rather then selfish grounds was deemed improbable. Even now it's considered unlikely that they are. The Purshean Expanse is the result of the planet's people expanding- for many years they didn't recognize the sovereignty of other life and moved in to occupy as beings apart from and above those in a system- a Purshean fell under Purshean law- no other would do. Other being where assets to serve Pursheans- and this lead to certain members of the species becoming slaves to those they met while also demanding that under Purshean law the contract be enforced as 'caretaking' of them. A situation that caught more then one alien court off guard. At some point they determined that slavery under contract was an acceptable way to ensure the spread and prosperity of their kind. Most wars between the Pursheans and other sentient life derives from the Purshean custom of each Purshean being under Purshean rather then local law. Protection of their citizen's is justification for most wars they have fought though with the law allowing them to hunt, mate with, or enslave any other life this 'protection' has not always been for good aims (hince the extinction of so many the people have encountered). While their laws favor their kind they don't see themselves as oppressive- rather they insist it's the other's 'choice' or that it's 'natural' - denoting that Oppressive has to be forced and unnatural. Indeed many see Pursheans as 'good friends', 'clingy', 'a tad demanding' but 'affectionate'.

When word of the Galactic Republic's formation reached the Empress of that era's ears she sent a demanding request to take part and stated that it was an insult not to have been invited- of which some domains in the expanse decided to act upon and commenced to raid some worlds. It was a long while after such happened for the Expanse to be invited 'apologetically' to the Republic (should it accept the conditions of membership). As the republic was a loose confederation the Purshean Brood Council accepted. They spouted some utterance about it being the first time such a thing had happened but this just made the galactic community more cautious.

• The Pursheans as a species has not displayed issue with the consumption of intelligent beings- alive, freshly killed, or dearly departed. Occasionally news spreads of some inter species couple where the spouse chose to dispose of the body with kin in some ritual feast. It's disturbing to many.

Before I continue I'd like to know if any party other then the Liberty Party is around as there currently seems to only be them. Purshea will likely be represented in such a party (for reasons I think will be obvious as the Pursheans have always favored their liberties) but I'd like to know of other options (if any) and since I've posed work to ask about such- just to make sure it looks good thus far- like I'm not filling it out improperly as the Description/History sections seem a bit like the same to me but - I know I am in error on that and I seem to have woven a bit on the species into the history. Critical reaction is welcomed.

Are their any named regions in the setting? I don't see an Alpha Beta Gamma or Delta quadrant listing on the OP but I see region in the app.
