Firstly, 10. Capital. Ships. In one so-called Chapter, to boot, implying that as a whole your non-government organisation has potentially more than 10. May I ask, for starters, how big are these ships?
Secondly, I reckon you're severely underestimating how expensive a capital ship is to maintain. I don't see an appreciable profit margin for your outfit after factoring in fuel costs and repairs. And there will be a lot of repair, because...
Thirdly, do remember you're a non-state actor sitting in a state's (or several states') territory/territories. I have it on good authority that most of us (that is, nations), aren't exactly gonna sit around and let you bop around in something that's practically a small nation's navy. Even if you started with these numbers, it's unlikely to survive a hundred years.Good rule of thumb: If you have enough military power to even begin to rival your host nation, your host nation generally isn't going to view it kindly.
Summary: Capitals for a PMC? Not a good idea.
