Character Backstory: Born in Ironbound, Lucas Moore joined the New Ark military at the young age of 10, serving the required 5 years of conscription and then choosing to leave when he turned 15 years of age. He moved to The Port, a hot spot for scavengers, and Lucas discovered he was very charismatic, amassing a reasonably sized scavenging team himself. This is where he met his future wife, Elizabeth. They frequented former manufacturing facilities formerly owned by companies like RobCo, Nuka-Cola, Chryslus, Abraxo, and BlamCo. After a sizeable portion of his team was wiped out by Nukalurks in a Nuka-Cola factory, he decided to give up scavenging. Instead, he turned to the world of politics. At the age of 28, he became the governor of the community of The Port, serving his 6 year term. He won the votes of the scavengers, being a former one himself, and the majority of the populations of The Port and Boken were scavengers and travelers. He put his high charisma to use and won the election for president of New Ark easily. In his first year in office, the people of New Ark look at him and hope that under his administration, the nation of New Ark will prosper.

History: Portions of the Mojave and New California Followers of the Apocalypse traveled alongside the Brotherhood of Steel and Dietrich on their voyages to New York in order to provide for the travelers and spread their ideals. Upon arriving, the Followers quickly established themselves in the New York Public Library and made their humanitarian intentions clear. When they demonstrated their knowledge of medicine, pre-War technologies, and other subjects they became respected among the wastelanders. They set up many more outposts around the city serving all factions, mainly in Midtown. In their outposts, they provide medical assistance for wastelanders of all factions who need it and provide fresh, radiation-free food grown in the facilities. They are widely commended by all the factions of the wasteland, and possess the ability to create pre-War technologies and medicines from raw scrap materials.

Character Backstory: Hostus Vincius (formally known as Luke Willshaw) was born in San Francisco to abusive parents where he lived in constant fear most of his life. Sometime around the age of 7 he escaped their confinement and went to a community on the outskirts of San Francisco where he was adopted by a woman who showed him affection and love even going as far to enroll him into the local school. He was a talented learner and by the age of Fourteen.

The school held combat training and Hostus proved to be an excellent fighter and tactician. Upon graduating the school with some combat training experience under his belt he headed east to New Vegas where he encountered Caesar's Legion. He became a member of the Legion and formally adopted the name Hostus Vincius. He became an excellent leader in the battle for Hoover Dam which resulted in a Legion Victory and the conquer of New Vegas until a counterassault by the NCR pushed them back out of New Vegas and the Hoover Dam.

Hostus fearing what happened to Joshua Graham would happen to him as Caesar had accused every officer who led the offense of being insubordinate idiots who would be crucified or burned alive left the Legion during the night and headed east with a group of men who called themselves Dietrich's Legion. On him then was his trusty NCR helmet and visor which he had kept from a dead ranger he killed as a show of mark. Sometime later, the group arrived in Northern New York where they established a major presence.

Hostus was given special operations training and turned into an elite warrior. Fitting to this, he needed an attire that would differentiate him from the "lesser" soldiers of the Legion in his eyes. He acquired a black bodysuit along with old combat armor which he upgraded and painted solid black. He did the same with the NCR Ranger mask and helmet. He donned this new uniform and looked badass needless to say. He vowed to never show his face in combat or while subjecting the slaves of the Legion.

He was one of the first members deployed to the Legion's outpost in New York City. Upon their arrival in Queens. The local populace there greeted them as saviors but Hostus wouldn't have any of it. He massacred entire families for stepping out of line and once even going so far as shooting an entire school in a peaceful settlement to the west in Queens up. Slowly, he became a very feared man in Queens and word spread of his horrendous crimes. New York Regulators and good-karma bounty hunters put prices on his head to kill him but given he had rarely shown his face, they didn't know how he looked outside of his uniform.

Sometime around 2291 after the Legion's full move to the city, he acquired a Chinese Assault Rifle which he promptly modified for his purposes while disposing of his old rusty M16 that he carried across the Wasteland. As of 2297 he serves as the literal fear of Dietrich's Legion and remains to be caught or killed.

Standing at 30’2”, Elsewhere is taller than most if not all documented Super Mutant Behemoths, having the characteristic green skin and upscaled musculature that one would come to expect from his irk. However, he does differ in several key ways. For one thing, he retains a rather ragged head of hair, along with a beard, and his overall body form is not distorted or otherwise misaligned as can be seen in the vast majority of Super Mutants. Both shoulders have evenly developed in terms of muscle mass and his legs continue to support him. Various large scars criss-cross his body.

Biography:

Born in Vault 87, Elsewhere was one of the unfortunate souls to have participated in the F.E.V. program. Subjected to the virus, he would experience the great pain and agony that comes from sterility, from the changes in his body and skin, his mind. There’d be a song in his mind, and every time the pain would come, he’d sing it over and over and over, held onto it like a drowning man holds onto a raft. His mind slipped away, his memory of any form of previous life disappearing, and all that was really left was a poorly-written notebook, scribbles and scrawls turning from an adult’s writing to that of a child’s, dark and messy, a style that suggested brain degradation. He could never remember his name, never after that point, not after the pieces fell-away and not after the skin turned to green.

When they escaped en-masse, he didn’t follow the other mutants. The others traveled to the east, traveled to the Potomac and the great white needle that pierced into the sky, yet Elsewhere didn’t think that such a thing was the best option. Instead, the fledgling Super Mutant traveled west, west to the forests and green of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest, and it was there that he made his living. He stalked the mutated foliage with a panther’s grace, the lightest of steps and the subtlest of maneuvers aiding him in the hunt, in coming to blows against radspiders the size of rooms, yao guai bears, ambushing them without a sound. As his size grew over the decades, as he aged and aged, the hermit grew more and more capable, less and less conversive. Elsewhere had never been a great public speaker, yet the isolation didn’t aid him in any manner. Yet his step never could leave him.

Elsewhere built a ‘hut’, though the structure could more be described as a barn-like place, built a hut and built his campfire every night. As his size grew, so too did his appetites. The Mutant moved-on from hunting the yao guai to the deathclaws, claiming the forest as his own, and in it he roamed. There was many a time where he would come to blows with such a reptile, grappling it before swinging the beast into a rocky ground, into a tree, cracking it’s skull and piercing the brain. Elsewhere learned the better ways to cook animal, the better times, and with practice he became well-versed in how to get the meat just right. Yet he lacked companionship, then more than ever, and in this he decided to take some little form of action. The Mutant would, a decade after, have his chance and adopt several yao guai cubs whose mother had been killed by a radscorpion, raising them in one manner or another, creating his own little family. He gave them names, gave them names and talked to them as though they were his children, and in that manner Elsewhere gained just a little bit of his humanity back, just a bit. Elsewhere kept them safe and, when they grew old, they wandered-off to go and make more yao guai. Every once in a while, after that point, he would find one in the forest that would recognize him and, feeling some form of moral obligation, Elsewhere did decide that it would be far better to stop killing and eating the bears.

Growing larger and larger, eventually Elsewhere ran out of game to hunt. The animals didn’t roam so freely anymore, didn’t have so much joy, and so he did what came natural; he returned back to Vault 87, back and away to where his brothers and sisters had gone to before, a family of yao guai in tow. It had been a three fourths of a century at that point. He found the city at war, Super Mutants acting as raiders and humans acting as raiders and, overall, the entirety of the region going to hell rapidly. Elsewhere set-about rapidly, going to the coast and attempting the greater joy of fishing. He figured that the largest creatures would be in the ocean and, as such, set-about to find a method how. Starting with a streetlight pole and sharpening it to a fine point and singular hook, he would stand for hours in the shallow water waiting for his prey. Eventually, the Mutant would be rewarded for his patience, catching a massive squid, speaking it into the ground, and summarily smashing it against the ground until it stopped moving. Cooking it was a difficult test, but Elsewhere did manage to make it edible and continued-on with that plan for several more years.

The conflicts that swirled about him went unnoticed, the Super Mutant often plying his trade farther north than the Capital Wasteland could reach, the Brotherhood of Steel patrols never reaching him and the Enclave having concerns elsewhere, with eventually an insane Vault Dweller systematically murdering them in entirety. Due to his peaceful nature compared to the vast majority of mutants, the budding Behemoth simply went on his way, simply kept on fishing and harpooning squids, mutated seals, and larger fish. During these exploits, Elsewhere came upon a larger vessel’s wreckage, what looked to have been a Pre-War United States cargo vessel off the coast of Delaware. On boarding it he found several packages labeled “Med-Tek” and, driven by an interest to know what the packages did, he opened them up. In it was a semi-solid sludge, raw materials that would otherwise have been used for Mentats. Elsewhere recognized the tin, recognized that people did take what was labeled before and in connecting the two decided that it would be a good idea to at least try the sludge. He drank a gallon jug and, finding it to be agreeable, proceeded to drink the rest of the shipment. The shits the Mutant had afterwards was such that a settlement downwind had to move several miles away, for fear of dying from exposure.

And so, he continued his trade, plying the water for food and taking the bounty he needed. Perhaps it was the factors of his lifestyle, the fact that he didn’t travel into the radiation-tormented wasteland of the cities immediately after the bombs fell and instead went to the forests, the fact that he was as he was, yet whatever the reason, Elsewhere continued to grow and continued to have strength in his mind and body. He reached the height of a Behemoth during that time, twenty feet tall and yet lacking the body structure most of his kin had. He lacked the gorilla-like structure, the heavy arms and overdeveloped neck, instead keeping far closer to humanity. He continued to fish, fish until the Boston Commonwealth came under the flag of the Minutemen, the Brotherhood of Steel beginning diplomatic ties and the two becoming connected. With the additional traffic and fanatical religiosity of that organization the region grew to be infested with several Brotherhood scouting parties, ones with which Elsewhere would be forced to deal with. However, with those multiple disappearances he was forced to travel north, north and up to the Empire Wasteland.

He earned the nickname "Chugger" because of the signature railway rifle. Jason also found a pair of sunglasses in an abandoned shop which he took a liking to. People often commented that he looked like a hornet with them, and he embraced this nickname, putting yellow armbands on his leather jacket. When they both turned 16, the two were dispatched to the raider outpost in Army Garrison Fort Hamilton, a pre-War military base in southwestern Brooklyn. There, Jason discovered a minigun, which he named "The Swarm", due to its "swarm" of bullets. The Hornet and Chugger became renowned around the raider faction for their shooting abilities. When they turned 20, they were allowed to roam the city freely. They now normally stay perched in the skyscrapers of Manhattan sniping any hostile people, observing the raider base in Staten Island from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge using his binoculars, or scavenging in the ruins of Coney Island and John F. History: Rising from the ashes of the Old world, a single Company of New York National Guard stationed on Staten Island began Martial law, allying themselves with the NYPD, NYFD, and other Pro Government Militias. They fought back the raiders of the CUNY, and united western Staten Island. They recruited more members, pushing east, killing any Raiders. They FInally secured the island after 5 months of fighting. They Barricaded the bridges with scrap walls, with one gate on each bridge. They formed a Military Junta for a while, and then reformed into a democratic Government. They slowly rebuilt the population centers, making most of the parks into community farms. They continued pretty much isolation, sending out a few expeditions into NYC proper. I'm very sorry and I'm interested in having you in this roleplay but denied, you have too big of a population and army and modern technology. The only helicopters and airplanes allowed is what has been seen in Fallout 1 - 4.

Teh backbone of the Military, trained in weapon usage, physical fitness, and discipline. Armed mostly with pipe weapons, basic firearms, and melee weapons. They have the standard military rank structure, and wear Regular clothes with Blue and orange armbands with their rank.
14,000 Republican Army, The Standard soldiers of the Republic, armed with M4s, AKs, and m16s. They are trained in the basics like the militia, then sent to advanced training, in one of the following,marksmanship,radio usage,policing,engineering,heavy guns usage, anti tank training,and demolitions. They wear this as a standard uniform, with patches symbolizing their rank.

1,500 Republican Special forces, they do all the training from the last two, and are trained in, Parachuting, under water survival, anti Tank training, and torture presentation. They use the most advanced weaponry, using laser weapons, rocket launchers,plasma weapons, and advanced ballistic weapons. They also have a subdivision called the Republic Power Armor Corps, with 200 hundred members, but only about 20 suits. The other 180 use recon armor, and repair the suits.

Accepted, I have no problems with you having a Service Rifle as I have one in my Fallout 4 gameplay that's modded. I ironically have almost the same setup as you in the game but I have a reflex-sight instead. Has it been converted to fire any specific caliber or what not?

5.56, surplus,armored piercing or regular, you can get them in NV, and specialized bullets are used widely in the NCR's military

Character Backstory: Hiroshima Yuro was born to a Chinese military father and a Japanese mother, the daughter of the Japanese ambassador to the Chinese. During the Chinese Civil War, she was forced to stay with her father after her mother was killed by Nationalist artillery during the Battle of Baoying. Yuro, as she was called, had to forget about her family name. At the end of the Chinese Civil War, she was taken into the Chinese military at the order of her father (who now was a high ranking official in the army) and trained to be an infiltrator. During the Sino-American War, she did not see too much action as she was quietly brought into the United States as a Japanese citizen and was able to spy on the Americans without too much suspicion. However, when the time came for the Great War, Yuro was caught and imprisoned just when the bombs started to drop.

She escaped as a ghoul and found her way towards the PANY, coming to them severely injured and in need of help. They gave her help and in return, she served as a veteran for them, a trainer and a teacher and a mother to a few female ghouls which she chose to adopt in order to guide them and protect them.
