A Strange World :: Civilization's Dawn (OOC/Signup)

I plan on doing them daily. I have been sick these past couple days. Makes it pretty difficult to get all the info collected and posted up. Not to mention, actually putting my own character somewhere on the map.


I plan on doing it tonight. I know last night we didn't have everyone's post completed yet though.




Long legged arthopod, legs are approx. 2m long and the largest adults will be 3m long. They are docile, won't be attacking you and just seem to keep themselves out of your way the best they can. Think Silt Striders from Elder Scrolls.

Talking about life, does that mean there are some fictional ones, because I think scaled cats refer to Sabertooth cats, and I don't find results on the internet for Psarmelon, other than referring to the IC of this RP

Literal scales or "scale fur", because a "scaled cat" if you look it up, shows a distinct fur pattern of a everyday cat. I assume its actually just reptilian scales though.

While I'm not sure about the fictional creatures before my assumption of OPness, many of the fictional ones you will come from here on out, will have some sort of source material. I don't feel like inventing new animals when I have dozens of sources to pull from. I even made a RNG table for which source to pull exotic creatures from.

Look, I already have Dune's sand worms in the desert, about half a dozen morrowind plants or animals scattered across the world, D&D creatures causing havoc, and now at least one star wars animal thrown in for good measure. This is gonna be a weird planet.

Eh, I feel bad that I didn't get one out last night. I'm not feeling 100% tbh, but I don't want us getting too far behind.


Additionally, unless there is a post for them before the next update, I'll be dropping clan Nure, who hasn't posted in our IC since the restart and only once in the OOC here.

The salamanders attempting to cough at my dudes, terrifies me a bit. Perhaps I should domesticate the sheep at my home, before dealing with the salamanders and lizards. Since there skittish, a net wouldn't hurt either.

Hopefully they wont evolve to much.

Nah, seems like Nuxipal's tribe is discontinued to keep up with us. Not only he didn't update his tribes status, but it also says extinct on the OCC. Seems like he is sacrificing his tribe to keep up with us. A shame that is, but a understandable choice. Perhaps you can loot his tribes base or something?

I do plan on her eventually finding a tribe to join. After s he is properly adept as a character first. Have a few barriers to break through and perhaps some ant-hounds to learn about.

I don't know what region is that from, but I have a feeling that you might be close to my tribe
