Hmm, I would ask the orignal owner first. While they have not returned it is reserved for them if they were to. Send them a simple TG. I would give you the nations name, but im working and typing via phone.

NPC Char: Athelwulf Drakon
Title: Head Falconer
Full Name: Athelwulf Phillip Louis Drakon
Age: 19
Appearance:->
Height and Weight: 5'9 | 148 Lbs
Religion: Luaricism
Culture: Osharian-Galeacian (Mixture)
Biography: Athelwulf was born the second legitimate son of Duke Robert of Weslingwood. Fond memories of his birthplace still fester occasionally within him, he was born in a summer house by a lake to the glee of his father. When he was a boy they would often return to the summer house to pick grapes and fish in the local lake. When they returned he was smothered with tutors and nanny's, nurses and servants. He hated his normal life in Weslingwood, he hated that he was born a noble and oftentimes wished he were born a simple fisherman. He grew out of this phase when he was nearing his teens, at least somewhat. He was expected to be diligent and fit the role grudgingly. He learned the standard swordsmanship, he learned to read and write both Osharian and Galeacian as well as the customs from both cultures.
Nothing was quite so boring as lessons on how to properly hold your cup when sipping wine. Or dancing, he dreaded his dancing lessons with Monsieur Tarote. He was able to get out of dozens of these lessons by feigning illness, at least until his father heard and beat him for it. Eventually he did become a passable dancer, enough that he could attend court when in the capital. He would have rather preferred a marshal education but alas that was reserved for his older brother Karl. He was not expected to become an heir, his brother was incredibly fit and unlikely to suffer an unfortunate accident, as such he was simply to settle down and find a wife, assist his brother in running Weslingwood. That was to be his life and he prepared for it with the needed vigor. he attended meetings all over the Kingdom, including in the home of the King. It was during these meetings that he fell in love with Olivia Arlette de Runate. She was four years his senior and he only had a smattering of short chats with her but he eventually came to be incredibly fond of her. His father disapproved of the match, marrying into the royal line would only cause trouble.
His brother was more sympathetic however, and promised to try and arrange introductions with Miss Olivia Runate when he became the Duke. This day did eventually come, his brothers ascendance to power. The preparations were just beginning to be made when a bastard child from Osharia sailed across the sea and stole the Duchy from Karl, before pressuring the defeated man to commit suicide. That was only earlier that year, he was devastated but had kept himself under control enough to feign loyalty to the new Duke. He intends to speak with Oliver promptly about rearranging a meeting between him and Olivia.
Notable Relationships:
-Duke Oliver Drakon (Half-Brother)
-Duke Karl Drakon (Brother) (deceased)
-Duke Robert (Father) (deceased)
-Olivia Arlette de Runate (The love of his life, according to him)
Professional Skills: Dancing | Falconry | Tutoring & Administration
Personality: Athelwulf once wished he could live the life of a warrior but it wasn't meant to be. Subjected to the life of a courtier, he become something akin to it. He used to hate dancing but that faded somewhat, as did the lust for adventure he once had. He is strongly in touch with his feelings, a trait his father once said was overly feminine. He is infatuated with the sister of the King and intends to make his supposed love known to her, before asking her hand in marriage. He also has a deep hatred for Oliver, his half brother. Oliver stole his brother from him, the brother he had known since he was an infant.

NPC Char Burke Drakon
Title: Heir to the Barony of Prescot (A fief within Willowshire)
Full Name: Burke Pierote Jean-Louis Gustave Charbonnier Auberjonois Drakon
Age: 22
Appearance:->
Height and Weight: 5'7 | 136 lbs
Religion: Luaricism (He only pretends piety, he's irreligious)
Culture: Galeacian
Biography: Burke had a hard, dangerous birth that nearly cost his family the life of his mother. Brought into the world on a sailing ship during a storm. Its said that from that moment on he would have a turbulent and violent life, and this has certainly been true thus far. As a child he lived in a strict, authoritarian household as the sole children of Liagra and Voltur Drakon. He was beaten on a regular basis, something that caused him deep emotional and mental trauma. He began to lose his empathy throughout this sustained beatings, it brought out the worst in him and he grew into a difficult child.
He resisted authority however he could. Burning holes in his bed, stabbing adults with dull silverware, breaking dishes, running nude through the town, kissing peasant girls, beating the smiths son and stealing from a small bakery. He was a deviant child, it earned him more beatings which only made his resistance stronger and more determined. He grew to hate his father and mother with vehement anger, they stopped mattering. He began to focus on his studies as he reached adolescence, determined to become powerful despite his destiny as a courtier. He studied day in and day out and freed from the common persuits of teens his age, he advanced quickly. He speaks four languages, a feat he is highly proud of to the day. He became an excellent swordsman and archer early on as well, despite lackluster tutors.
His megalomania grew with his age. His desire to manipulate and build his own base of support grew and grew. Financing highwaymen and bribing other courtiers brought his influence and some degree of power, but it wasn't enough. Eventually a distant cousin died and it was found that he was the heir, a barony would be his before long but it still wasn't enough. His ambition burned brighter and brighter, even when the Duke died, even when a bastard sailed across the ocean and made himself Duke, killing the second Duke, even with all these events transpiring his ambition burns bright. His first step is to rip the Duchy from Oliver Drakon, then he'll march his armies east, then south. Conquest until he either died or had no men to fight with, it didn't matter. He who was terrorized as a child will rise to become the tyrant. His biggest fear is to be forgotten from the pages of history, a name cast aside. He wants to be remembered desperately, being worshiped and loved would be a bonus.
Notable Relationships:
-Oliver Drakon | Cousin
-Karl Drakon | Cousin (Deceased)
-Robert Drakon | Uncle (Deceased)
Professional Skills: Manipulation & Intrigue | Swordsmanship | Poisoner | Polyglot
Personality: Burke is in essence, a megalomaniac. Everything to him, is about him. His opinion will always trump the opinion of those around him and he will do anything to get into more power. He believes that he should have been born a prince, when he was born as nothing more than a simple courtier. He hates children, he hates women, he hates just about anyone thats not immediately useful. He trusts even fewer people and tends to act very strangely for fear of being assassinated by his rivals. He has no empathy for humans or other living creatures, he sees them as a means to an end and will sacrifice them as pawns if the need arises. He is extremely ambitious and driven and is also asexual, though this he would never admit it.

To clarify, he is a decent military commander but not brilliant in that aspect. He's somewhere between Napoleon and Hitler in terms of skill, but he has Hitlers ability to rally people behind him, and Napoleons endless ambitions of conquests, anyways he's my last character for now, can't wait for the IC

Hmm, that is quite a problem. Perhaps you and your family are foreigners who the previous King believed you to have changed to Lutholic; granting you land of the forests of rebellious tribesmen and women under the belief you would be relatable thus can convert these filthy pagans.
Allowing you to merge your faith mixing with theirs. Like how shinto merged with buddhism.
