Battle Predictions:
Legion vs Anyone in Kalingway(I did what I could with the description of the powers given.)
Legion vs Kishi: The most important thing to avoid is Legion's Windigo form. With enhanced speed, strength, and wolverine-like claws, he's a formidable opponent for the average mage. But It seems like Legion is most effective at close range. Kishi's Astral Chains are incredibly strong. All he has to do is keep his distance from Legion, and either attempt to bind Legion and freeze/burn him, or just pierce through his skin (Kishi's Astral Chains can break through iron). I think the only way Legion can avoid the Astral Chains is to use his speed to dodge the attacks and strength to overwhelm Kishi. Legion's clones would also be taken out by the astral chains
Conclusion: I'll give the edge to Kishi
Legion vs Elakashi: Ah, this is one of my favourite match ups. Elakashi has not gotten much action yet (she literally appeared in just two posts) but this would allow her to show off and display a glimpse of the power of the Cheristi. Elakashi has the Mind Awakening Seal, a curse in the eye that gives her advanced perception and a few special powers. I have a feeling Legion will make his clones in order to get the upperhand, but Elakashi will be able to destroy them with the Wind Blades (Xichung did say that Legion's doubles can be killed in a single hit). Legion's Windigo form and his serrated blade will be the most dangerous things Elakashi has to deal with. Elakashi should be able to match or surpass Legion in speed with her Wind Magic, and although she can amplify her strength, Legion will probably be stronger. The interesting part is what happens if Legion manages to cut Elakashi (her Eye should be able to see it coming though). If he consumes Elakashi's blood, he may become aware of that she has Bloodline Magic. But whether or not he will know that is revolves around mind manipulation is not something I know. If he does, then he should be able to avoid Elakashi's Magic Suppression Seal and avoid looking into her Cursed Eye. But then we have her Summoning Animal: Sitran. If Elakashi manages to summon Sitran, it's a GG for Legion. The animal can shape shift and protect Elakashi from major damage, and will be able to deal some damage of its own while Elakashi uses her Ice Magic to freeze him.
Conclusion: Legion loses here unless he gets backup
Legion vs Matt Remarkable Legion wins in seconds
Legion vs Alune Silenor: Legion takes this battle quite easily if he takes no damage. If Alune cuts him, then the fight will get interesting. Otherwise, I see Legion wins
Legion vs The Black Phoenix: I'll start with Argus. If Legion takes Argus by surprise, then I see him killing him quickly (or however he wants to do it). If that doesn't happen, then Argus stands a chance. His creation magic would keep Legion off guard if he doesn't consume Argus' blood. However, Argus' teleportation is also something to watch out for. Argus' weapons may be destroyed by Legion in his Windigo Form, or at could require Argus to spend more energy. If that happens, Legion may be able to outlast Argus and win.
Conclusion: Legion wins
Next is Morgan. Morgan's blades can be summoned on his body, which means Legion must avoid contact. But even then, Argus has ranged weapons at his disposal and can fight off Legion if he can't avoid the hits. If he does try to get close to Morgan, he might get sliced by a fire blade. Conclusion: Draw. It really depends on how the battle goes
Legion vs Lisbeth: The thing to watch out for here is Lisbeth's Gravity Magic. There's no way Legion will ambush Lisbeth since her sensory abilities would discover him long before he reached her. Which means she can use her Gravity Magic at a range, and crush Legion from there. But if there are mirrors around, Legion could possibly teleport through them and attack and kill her. Her summoning is also something that Legion has to contend with, and the summoning is described as being an "incredibly powerful physics attacker". Conclusion Lisbeth wins
Legion vs Caimus: Legion, like Lisbeth, will not be ambushed as his "Scan" ability basically gives him sensory-like abilities. He can use Scan to predict a person's movements and see the points where magic flows (which, if using Wind Magic, he can leave Legion temporarily paralzyed and unable to use magic). And speaking of Wind Magic, Caimus has took the Wind Blade and put his own spin to it (called Forsetti) which I imagine will cut Legion apart. And if Legion goes into Windigo Form, Caimus has Absolute Zero, which will totally freeze everything near him. Long range attacks will also be useless as Caimus will see them with Scan, and will determine if he should use Earth Magic to block it, Fire Magic to burn it, Absolute Zero to freeze, or Wind Magic to deflect. Conclusion: Caimus wins
Legion vs Adelina: Unlike the last two matchups, Legion has a much higher chance to win against Adelina. Legion definitely has the speed and strength to take down Adelina, and his blades will most likely hit and deal heavy damage to Adelina. But, Adelina has access to Fire and Earth Magic, which is probably the best combination of elemental magic types. With Fire, Adelina has a technique known as Explosion, which she can use to either make things she touches explode or just make explosions coming from her hands. In close quarters combat, Legion will have to watch out for her explosions. And if he uses long range attacks, she can block them with Earth Magic. Conclusion: Draw. Depending on how the battle beings, Adelina will either die quickly or Legion will be blown up.

Legion vs Izayoi: Legion will most likely use his Windigo form here, which means Izayoi's Refined Force Magic will be countered. Legion also will attempt to use his serrated blade, but Izayoi can counter this with his Creation Magic. I think Izayoi and Legion are equals here.
Conclusion: Draw.
