They could "splinter off" and new players can be the "splinter tribes". I think it'll work out best that way.

Most probably. I just don't have the ~2 hours a day it took to run updates haha.

I'll cover for you if need be, if you want to keep your tribe. I rather play a char due to preference, so I will easily let go if you return with all your RL things neatly done. I've done 2 moves this summer, and finally settling down, so I'll be on NS for a good long while.

Ok ,that is completely understandable. I would be the same way if I was the OP of 12 different tribes and had to read and respond to pages of text. Maybe we should run a little election for the new OP, or we could just TG G-tech and he hand picks whoever they think is best for this job.

Depending on what G-Tech wants, whoever is the new OP should probably create a new OOC/IC so they can control the thread better. A restart is something that we should all decide on together, or we can continue from where we stand now.

I like continuing from where we left off rather than restart. This is what I did back when I ran Divinity reboot after G allowed me to do it

Agreed even though I haven't made a tribe or char; I doubt a restart would end well.
