A very large mess has taken place in the Balkan area. However, it has come to Russia's attention that due to this new radical terrorist group that has taken power in Austria Hungary, our troops are tapped in cities lest we wage war.

Russia, her principalities, her duchies, Andy her territories are more than prepared to take the nation and place Victor and his future wife on the throne. However, we must have British and German support in this conflict.

Should such a conflict arise, Russia must begin at one by claiming vast regions of the former Empire of Austria Hungary. This conflict could in fact be a gift from the divine, as I think offered Russia to unite with its Principality of Anatolia in Europe.
