There are actually more issues with the app now than there were prior.

The Cyrogenics "Vault" (Spoiler alert, Vault Tec had nothing to do with it) in Aurora wasn't known to anyone but the Canadian and British governments, not the US Army, not the The Enclave, not a single person past 2076 knew because they'd all been executed. Even if, and this is a very colossal if, he managed to get into the crygenics facility in Aurora, he'd still be locked in there over 200 years later, probably dead as a matter of fact, but that's for a quest-line down the road, thus why I specifically said it hadn't been touched for over 200 years.

Seattle also became a crater because a SLBM from a Chinese sub impacted, causing the half dozen Freedom class subs moored in a naval base to get hit as well, and have their nuclear payload cook off and detonate. At 9:13, a missile launch signal was detected. At 9:37, Seattle became a glowing hole in the earth crust so radioactive and damaged that that is all it remains in 2289. He would not have been able to fly to Seattle, and then escape before being reduced to ash.

HalluciGen was exclusively a Boston company by the way, so it wouldn't be in Canada.

This app is basically the exact same as the one before, except instead of two locations that didn't exist, it's one location that exists, but currently contradicts established lore. Rectify this issue.

Biography:
    Abigail Williams (Y2-13) is an Institute Synth created pre-2281. A Courser, she served predominantly as a scout in the Commonwealth, but, on at least two occasions, would assist in the retrieval of runaway Synths (both successful) and would be involved in the assassination of a troublesome Railroad VIP. However, a growing disillusionment would eventually take its toll, and in 2284 she would abandon her masters at the Institute with the help of the Railroad, undergoing a successful memory wipe before joining caravaners striking west into New York and eventually Pennsylvania.

    The new Abigail was no longer a dour young woman questioning the actions of her life. She was energetic, youthful, spontaneous, a tad bit reckless, and prone to absentminded forgetfulness. The only tie to what she had been was the suitcase she carried: password unremembered, contents unknown. An item which carried no value yet so much sentiment. The caravan would travel as far as the Pitt, and from there Abigail would join another company, traveling down to West Virginia and then Ohio. Freedom beckoned, and the woman could not be stilled for long. A free spirit bound to no cage. A year passed, and Abigail, surviving as a traveling mechanic and vendor, would find herself west of the Mississippi, arriving to an independent New Vegas free of Legion and NCR interference. She'd settle for less than a year, operating a small shop in the surrounding area selling and fixing junk, robots, and general equipment. Eventually she'd move on if only to be somewhere new.

    Heading west, into the NCR, Abigail would reach the great ocean, and from there would head north towards Canada, joining the migration not to escape but to stay on the go. She'd join caravans as needed, but, mostly, she traveled alone, just herself and her cart and the eyebot she'd salvaged from a wrecked Vertibird. The journey was interesting, but it was about to get even more so.

Biography: Born in 2256 in the village of Arroyo, Joe was born of parentage from both tribal and vault dweller, leaving him with a set of skills and opportunities at birth that not many would have elsewhere. Taught in nearly every facet of life from tracking animals, all the way to maintaining and treating firearms, Joe was well equipped to explore and survive in the wasteland. At the age of 18 he enlisted with the NCR Army, going on to serve with the military for 5 years until coming home from the Mojave. Having fought in the first battle for Hoover Dam, and missing the second battle by nearly 2 years.

Upon returning home he would find work as a cartographer, and at the age of 27, he settled down and found himself a family in the form of a wife and daughter, finding more stable work in a ranch rather far north of what most people would consider civilized, in fact, not too far from his home of Arroyo. But it wasn't meant to be.

While Nemo remains tight lipped about what happened that day where he lost everything, it's rather notable that he takes a very serious offense of NCR patriots and blind loyalists. To the point where it's not unusual they come to blows.

Biography: Born in Sacramento, or ‘Sac-Town’ as it would be named after The Great War, Elias grew up always on the move. His family a perpetual target thanks to their relation to the Enclave. His grandfather, one Sergeant Jonathan Granite of the Enclave Control Company had escaped but not with the rest of the Enclave headed for DC. As a child he grew up idolizing his grandfather, despite the negative connotations that came with it. The old man always had epic tales for the young boy. Granite along with his squad fled east towards the Vegas area to seek shelter for a time. The NCR hadn’t gone out that far yet giving the small remnant group some breathing room. Granite Sr. and Jr. taught Marcus how to fight and survive, while his mother and Grandmother taught him how to socialize and blend in.

In his youth he’d often accompany his father and grandfather on low-risk mercenary missions like clearing out insects, scavenging, or hunting. Due to the expensive nature of energy weapons they were forced to use more conventional ballistics. The family stayed for the first battle of Hoover Dam, but with the NCR doubling down in Nevada, they quickly made themselves scarce, and headed north for Oregon and Washington. They made residence in The Bend (The Pre-War city of Bend, Oregon) where they were able to make a good living. His grandfather, father, and himself worked security, and hunting, while his mother worked in the local hydro-dam. Her past vault experience invaluable. This however was not meant to last as the NCR quickly focused their expansionist sights on the Bend. The beautiful scenery was home to many pre-war luxuries, resources, and taxable persons. It wasn't long before the Granite family was once again on the move.

Wandering north for some time they wound up in Coulee. A small but prosperous city that relied on power from the local dam. Again the family found fast work, easily blending into the local population that relied on the Grand Coulee Dam for power. The Granites was happy to be able to settle down again but remembered the Bend. NCR scouts would see this place and make it a priority. The Bear's lust for expansion would not be soothed for the perceived future. So while the Granite family continued life in Coulee they made plans to leave as soon as the NCR started gaining a strong foot hold in the region like they had Oregon. In preparation of their probably relocation they sent young Elias out with a caravan north-west to find a new back up home.
